Very cozy place

We loved the location: central but quiet. Beautiful, clean, quirky apartment.

We could possibly have appreciated a few more shower towels as it was very hot during our stay.

it’s central location

don’t book this apartment if you can’t do stairs and worry about fire exits. It is on third floor up a very narrow and steep staircase. the shower facilities were up another spiral staircase and has a very low ceiling. no sign of any fire exit in a very old building.

Just as the photos and description, lovely quirky apartment in the heart of old Rennes. Not for those with poor mobility, and you will bang your head. Really quiet location, no noise from neighbours at all during our stay. Clean and tastefully decorated.

Kitchen equipment (no oven) and utensils a bit lacking. Bed a bit soft for me, but slept great nevertheless.

Excellent location. Very central on a beautiful medieval street with lots of lovely restaurants yet quiet in the apartment. Very clean, plenty of space and beautifully presented yet quirky. Great place to stay for somewhere a bit different and close to everything. All walkable. Comfy bed and host Francoise is really friendly. Lovely little touches in the apartment.

Nothing we didn't like just things to be aware of as other reviews have pointed out. Noise of pigeons in the morning but didn't bother us. Hot in apartment in summer but fans were provided. Winding staircase and low ceilings and floors not even. Again not a problem for us but people need to be aware if this doesn't suit you.
