From the moment we booked with ODVR, it was a fantastic experience. The folks at ODVR were very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and had everything you needed...a home away from home. We were close to everything. The views from the balcony were great. The other family vacationers were very nice and respectful as well. It was a great place to have my older kids all back under one roof for a week to spend together. We definitely will consider this condo again. Hats off to the owners and ODVR. Thanks!!

Very clean, fully stocked condo! High chair and pack n play crib were clean and in great shape. Public areas and pools were all very clean as well. Beach was clean and beautiful. We’re hoping to use this condo again in the future!

First of all, let me just say the people at the check in place were very friendly and went over everything. The office is about 3 minutes from the actual Unit. Once we got to the the place, it was clean and was even better looking than the pictures. The kitchen was fully stacked with everything you needed since we were planning on cooking to save money. There was an issue with the hallway bath and the water not draining fast enough and they had a guy out within the hour. He was friendly and fixed the issue right away. The storage unit had lots of beach stuff for us to use which was great. The view of the ocean was amazing as well. We liked the area as it was less crowded than most of the Crescent beach area. If you are on the fence about renting this unit, I would say pull the trigger. Next time we plan on going to Myrtle Beach we will definitely look at renting this unit again. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a slight problem with the ice maker when we first arrived but that problem was solved in no time and the gentleman who did fix it was friendly and a true gentleman. There were about 15 beach towels provided and the storage locker had plenty of things needed for our days on the beach. Toys, boogy boards, sand chairs, umbrella everything was provided by the owner. The rooms were spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. I will definitely stay here again. I loved sitting on the patio and listening to the waves every night. This place was heaven to me.

The location on the beach is nice but the unit and property overall seem a bit dated. Room was a little dirty upon arrival and we had a couple of issues with the shower in the hall leaking and not draining so that we couldn't use it. I sent an email about it because the paperwork indicates that if you call after hours and it is not an emergency then they charge you. I told someone the next day when they called to confirm out checkout the person i spoke to was a little rude saying that i should also call but i am on vacation and busy so think the email should have sufficed. Otherwise, everyone was friendly. The whole binder thing and all of the long list of checkout instructions seemed unnecessary considering the large cleaning fee you are paying. Did the job for our trip but would not choose this property again.

This condo has it all! The owners provide beach chairs/umbrellas/toys/beach towels...that is uncommon and much appreciated! Also the high chair & pack 'n play was a plus for us, we would have had to rent those otherwise. Beds were comfy, layout is great! The only suggestion I have is to stock a few more kitchen/dish towels, we only found one.

stay for a week, we had lots of room. The condo was clean
and well maintained. It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony

When I arrived, it was everything that I expected. It was just like I imagined, a home away from home. As my husband and guest began to get settled in. we discussed our itinerary for the 5 days. We were making plans and enjoying one another company. We decided to watch movies and cook for the holiday. On Thursday, my husband and I noticed that we were eaten up by some type of insect. It appeared to look like flea bites. It ate us up real bad. The other two guest only had 1 bite each. I realized that my husband and I sat on the 3 seat coach. The other couple sat on the individual chairs by the sliding glass door. I could not believe what was happening. My upper back, lower back and my arms were ate up so bad. I tried calling the emergency number, but I could not get a hold of anyone. I wondered, if the house was on fire, what would have happened. I left multiple texts and voicemails and still no one reached out. I had to wait until the next morning, Friday, to call the office and complain. I was upset that I had to call them instead of them calling me to find out what was going on. They finally sent the pest control company over to inspect. That did not go good at all. They did move us to another unit. This unit was awesome as well, but at this point my husband and I were bitten us so bad. I had to go buy calamine lotion and Benadryl to help with reducing the itch. My bites on my back actually started turning into white pus bumps. I was so distraught. I thought about going to the hospital, but I wasn't running a fever and I did not want to deal with bumping into COVID patients in other state, so I just dealt with it and tried to enjoy the last 2 days of my stay. I was paranoid in the new unit. Of course, after the first night in the new unit, I was looking for new bites, but thank God I did not see any. I spent around $10, 000 this year alone on vacation rentals because I love the beach. I will NEVER go to a pet friendly resort again. SORRY

The only other thing that was much more important is that the kitchen sink did not drain. We told the management co. when we checked in and they said they would send someone over - I do not believe that ever happened. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed out stay. Thanks for having us!!!

The place was nice, but I showed up at the property management building area early, and at first, precheck-in went smoothly. Then I had to wait until check-in time to finally get my binder and when I got to my hotel room it was not cleaned at all. The cleaning crew had to come and scrub the whole place. The check-in time was unclear as well, everything I received said 3 pm but I was told it was 4 pm. I still have not received any word about my cleaning deposit/damage deposit I put on the room and it has already been 4 days since I left and I know for a fact the room was left and in very good condition.

Excellent Getaway!!
The pictures and description are perfect! The owners were available if/when needed. We only had a minor hiccup with the property manager as far as what start up supplies were available. However, they made note of it for future renters so I'm sure they will update so renters will be prepared. We would certainly stay again!
