Recently remodeled in 2022, our condo has new granite and quartzite counter tops, newly painted walls, and refinished cabinetry, doors, and molding, new living room leather sofa, and new bedding. In 2023 we added all new Frigidaire appliances, fans, and converted the third bedroom from a bunk room to a twin bed room with all new furniture. All the bedrooms got new 43" HD smart tvs, USB ports next to the beds. Las Palomas is the premier resort destination in Puerto Peñasco. As owners we can offer you the lowest rates while still giving you full access to all resort amenities. There are no separate cleaning or bracelet fees. When comparing ours to other condos at Las Palomas, find out if they have a golf membership (ours does) or if it is resort managed in the rental pool (ours is) before deciding. *RENTERS BEWARE* Our rates are the lowest authorized rates for a 3 bedroom. If you see lower rates you are most likely renting illegally. Illegal renters have to charge you separately for cleaning and bracelets and will ask you to lie about how you rented. You will also be paying them directly instead of paying Las Palomas, depriving Las Palomas of the income they need to provide the services enjoyed by everyone. Las Palomas knows which condos use this tactic, and you will be questioned at the front desk and possibly denied basic services (internet, television, cleaning). You could be asked to park off the property and walk to your condo (a long distance), and you may have to pay extra for your services. Avoid embarrassment and support Las Palomas; Rent only from rental pool condos and request a confirmation from Las Palomas. Our condo is in Phase I on the 8th floor of the Topaz building. Not sure if you want Phase I or Phase II? Phase I has a wider pool area, slide, and we think a better beach! Our three bedroom, two bath, Ocean View model has a full granite counter kitchen and a laundry room with full sized washer/dryer. The living room has a large 60" HDTV with a premium sound bar and subwoofer, and each bedroom has its own flat panel TV. DirecTV satellite broadcasts HD channels including Phoenix and Tucson local and Spanish language broadcasts. There is an in-room hotel safe large enough to hold personal belongings. You set it with your personal code or credit card swipe when you lock the safe, and the code resets for the next person when you open the safe. The dining room table can seat 6 comfortably - 8 if you like each other, or, 2 people can eat at the counter. Two of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading to the balcony and have ocean views. The 442 sq foot balcony has plenty of dining and seating space. Playing hooky from work or school? There's even free high speed wireless internet if you need it. Our condo has a platinum golf membership and is entitled to reduced greens fees and 14 day advance tee time reservations. Not all condos have a golf membership. Platinum card guests should expect to pay a lower green fee than someone staying at a condo that does not have a golf membership condo. Rates change, but the current platinum card rates include a cart and should save $10 or $20 per golfer. They also rent clubs, and offer specials for twilight and 9 holes.
