Home is very spacious, we even had one empty bedroom. Living room furniture is a little dated, but we didn’t spend much time there. We did not need to contact property managers for anything. Kitchen is well equipped with all appliances. Bedrooms and bedding all comfortable. I was a little disappointed with the resort itself since it is a lot smaller than the photos.
The house is definitely worth looking into if you need separate bedrooms and no bunk beds.

What a wonderful place with all the accommodations for all ages. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, everything was in working order, very comfortable beds, and overall highly recommend. We would definitely rent again.

There were many issues during our stay. Communication was extremely poor. The worst part of the stay was when a male entered the back pool without knocking or announcing himself, while we were sitting there, including my wife and sister who were there without a hijab, VIOLATING our religious beliefs. There was a slit in the screen to allow this. He also placed chlorine in the pool which prohibited us from using the pool the last full day of our stay - one of the primary reasons I paid for this property. This was done without asking us or checking. No time was given before had and no knock or announcement before entering the property. I spoke with the property manager and they have not been cooperative. I was astonished at the lack of concern and empathy. Attempts to reconcile were made but property manager consistently says owners are overseas and it takes them 3 weeks to reply. Assuming that was true, it's 2022!!! Is she mailing them a letter???

Great stay
Great home and property to stay with a large family. Home has all necessary amenities required to host a family including kids. There is enough space in the house where it never feels crowded. The property grounds are also wonderful, excellent club house, pool areas (incl lazy river), etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic spring break getaway
We loved our stay at the Four Corners. It was everything we hoped for and more. The home was incredibly clean and spotless. It was so wonderful to have a crib, high chair, and stroller at the home so we didn’t have to travel with any of these items.
We spent almost all of our time by the pool. It was a wonderful view in that it backed up to a beautiful pond with fountain. In the evenings the fountain even lit up.
April was great to communicate with and made sure everything about our stay was going well! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation in the area.

From the beginning it was a very nice experience. April was very informative and gave us some ideas which made our stay much more enjoyable.
The home was very nice and our family group of 17 were very comfortable with nothing but good things to say.
The beds were VERY comfortable.
A couple of very small items came up, but with one call to management they were almost immediately corrected.
We are happy to give this home a 5 Star rating.

Big group for dance
We booked four homes with April after they were recommended by our friends, for a big dance competition at the convention center. All the homes were immaculate and we were able to book them close to each other, the girls loved that. The bed sizing was great for adults. The lakeview was nice, but we didn't get to enjoy it much since we were out most of the day. We used the pool and hot spa at night, would recommend the heating since it was quite cool at night. We will be back again next year for our dance competition.

Beautiful home, great experience
Beautiful home, great location, conscientious and attentive management. Everything was as advertised.
The only issue was the neighborhood gate access. The clubhouse told us it would be open, but it was frequently closed throughout our stay, forcing us to wait and follow in other residents. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, and took advantage of close access to Disney and other attractions.

Awesome Property!
We had a family of 16 travel out to Florida for a Disney/Destination Wedding and chose this home as our place to stay. We were worried bout putting that many people in one home but there was plenty of room for all of us. April and Bobby were great to work with answering all our questions with a prompt response. We will definitely rent this home again should our travel plans take us back to the Orlando area.

Beautiful House
I booked this property back in June for a family vacation in September. I own a travel agency and work with hotels and rentals on a daily basis. For my own travel, I am pretty particular on what I want. After reviewing probably 90 - 100 properties, we finally decided on this property. April was very easy to work with and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The home was very well equipped and we had no issues with our stay. After check out, I received an email within 48 hours and was told that my security deposit would be refunded to my card.
I would highly recommend this property and will stay with them again when traveling to Florida.

Wonderful Family Vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation in Florida! Three generations (14 total) all under one roof and this house was perfect. It was large enough for everyone to gather for meals and swimming in the backyard with enough bedrooms to read and nap in peace and quiet. All the comforts of home and then some. Close enough to Disney Parks to come and go at will and the community pool with slides was a hit with the kids. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Amazing home to celebrate with our family!
This beautiful home was the perfect home to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our family of 18 aged 7 months to 70 years. When we walked into this amazing home we were just so happy with how beautiful, spotlessly clean, and spacious it was with the added bonus of a lake view with a beautiful fountain right out our windows which is even lit up at night. I had looked at 100's of homes in the Orlando area and always came back to two homes. They ended up being properties owned within the same family. All I can say is if you end up finding one of these homes look no further. You will not be sorry. Everyone just loved everything about the home and everyone had a wonderful time. The spaciousness, all the really comfortable King size beds and bedding, every family had their own bathroom with the jack and jill bathrooms, our two older great granddaughters had their Frozen room, the game room, and the outside patio with lots of chairs and tables by the beautiful, warm pool and jacuzzi all made the week perfect. The kids are little waterbugs and were in the pool every second we were home. With two babies, a toddler and a 7 year old all the baby equipment in the home saved us from renting also. There are 2 high chairs, 2 jogging strollers, a wooden crib, a pack and play, a gate, and two booster seats we were able to use in the car and at meals. It all got used. The week went so fast we were only able to use the pool, lazy river and game room at the clubhouse for a couple hours and we were able to walk to it. It was also very clean and very nice. Wish we had had more time. We all hated to leave. Thank you April for sharing your beautiful home with us and also to the management company who was so kind and were there to answer any questions we had. This home truly helped make our 50th anniversary celebration very special.

Wonderful experience for our family reunion. Kids enjoyed the pool, cooks enjoyed the kitchen, and the entire family enjoyed the open living spaces and cozy bedrooms. Hope to stay again in the future.

Don’t look any further!
We had a fantastic stay at April’s property. The house was very well equipped, super spacious and very comfortable. The huge beds in particular! It had everything you needed and some stuff you didn’t even know you needed!
The kids amazed faces when they saw the house said it all! The layout was great for us as we were 4 families but never felt on top of each other. The kids loved the pool and the the big kids (aka the husbands) loved the pool table.
We stayed in October and booked pool heat which was great. The jacuzzi got super warm if you turned it up & left it on a bit, perfect for soothing aching feet from all that theme park walking.
The amenities at the club house were wonderful and the staff very friendly. We loved the free arcade games! We didn’t get to spend as much time as we would have liked either at the house or the club house. In fact next time I think we’ll just stay at the house and not bother with the theme parks! I’d certainly get no complaints from the kids.
A couple of minor points were that we never figured out how to use the smart TV’s, but I know if I’d have emailed April to ask she would have told me straight away (excellent communication and service). It wasn’t really a big deal for us as the boys were happy watching sport (eye roll), the kids were happy in the pool & us girls were happy just chilling out! There really wasn’t much time for TV.
Also, on a couple of nights there was a little noise from some of the neighbours, but everyone is on holiday to have a good time & they had to put up with listening to my kids splash in the pool too! There were guidelines in the welcome book to address this if needed but it really wasn’t a big issue for us. I think we could have slept through anything anyway after all the exercise we did in the parks!
To sum up, I was responsible for booking this holiday and I looked at countless villas over a period of months before deciding on this one. Every member of our party whole heartedly agreed I made the right choice. A lot of thought has gone into providing everything you could need at this house and the furnishings are not only beautiful but also top quality. I wish I’d saved myself a lot of time& effort looking at so many houses& just booked this one when I found it. It’s close to Disney too (15/20mins) A little further to universal (35/40mins) but you can’t have everything!
Oh & other people have said it but I’m echoing it, go to Longhorn steak house, amazing steaks!

The house was exactly as advertised.
The house was spacious, open and welcoming. We enjoyed coming together as a family in the large kitchen and great room. The covered patio was comfortable with plenty of seating and everyone liked the view of the lake and fountain. We found the clubhouse and community facilities to be a pleasurable added bonus. We will definitely recommend this house to family and friends.

Exceptional Home!
Believe EVERYTHING you read in the home description and see in the photos...this house has it all!!! Beautiful! If you appreciate good quality, you will not be disappointed. The furnishings and decor are top-notch. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of seating in the living areas. Very well-appointed kitchen. Beautiful pool/hot tub area with abundant table/seating area. We were a party of 11 adults and there was more than enough room for us to all spread out with much room to spare. More king-size beds and en-suite bedrooms than I could find in any other home, but this home is perfect for the kiddos too (crib, strollers and high chairs provided, AND lots of plastic-ware in the kitchen!)
A very short walk across to the beautiful Clubhouse & community pool/lazy river which was very enjoyable, clean, and well-kept.
Minutes to Rt. 192 and Rt. 27 with grocery stores, shopping & restaurants.
A short drive to the Disney parks and other Orlando attractions, but trust me, you may not want to leave!

Wonderful house and location. House just as pictured.
I rented this house for my family of 4, my mother in law, husbands grandmother and our good friends who are a family of 6 to celebrate my 4 year old son and husbands 87 year old grandmothers first trip to Disney World.
The house is absolutely stunning. This was my first time renting through VRBO and I had some reservations on what the house would actually look like when we arrived. It didn't disappoint and looked just as pictured. The house was plenty big enough for our party of 12 to spread out and never once feel cramped or on top of each other.
Because the house is so new, we had a little bit of trouble locating it the first night but after that it was no problem. The trip from the house to Disney World with traffic during the first week of March took about 20-25 minutes. I don't consider that a bad drive at all. There were plenty of places close to the house to do grocery shopping or dining out. After 4 long days at the parks the kids made sure to save some energy to swim once we got home. We enjoyed the house just as much as we did our days at Disney.
Rent this house, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent home
The home was really well laid-out and functional for a big group. It was clean and had many amenities that made staying with young children more convenient (crib, high chairs, strollers, plastic utensils, etc.). The pool could only be heated 10 hours a day but with the tarps to cover it, it stayed warm throughout. The nearby clubhouse featured a nice splashpad, lazy river, playground, and soccer field to provide activities, and we were only a short drive from Disney and from restaurants/grocery stores/gas stations on the 192. The owner April was really fantastic at answering emails and questions promptly. Would definitely look into staying here again in the future.

Great Home, Great Location, 5 Star home.
We rented two homes from this owner. Both homes have exactly the same layout, perfect for a bigger group. The home was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The clubhouse offers a lot of amenities as well including a gym, a great pool with a lazy river, arcade, volleyball along with a basketball court. The owner is very responsive, quick to help in anyway she can. This home is definitely a 5 star home!
