Hosted by Pacific Beach Luxury. This newly remodeled 1400 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is 2 blocks to the sandy beach, 3 blocks to the heart of PB. It's equipped with central A/C, garage parking, baby gear, and beach gear. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and bike rentals. Primary guest must be 25. Professionally cleaned using enhanced cleaning protocols. Internet speed is 1Gbps. The Space: Our Luxury Beach Townhouse has just been TOTALLY remodeled with a gorgeous new kitchen with all new appliances/cookware, modern new furniture, beautiful new bathrooms, and central heating and air conditioning. We have a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, free WiFi, and DVD player. Also, a flat screen TV with cable in the master bedroom. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs allow for privacy and can accommodate 6 adults, while the downstairs living room has a pull-out sofa to sleep two more. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a full size crib. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep 8 adults comfortably! We have two small children and really appreciate kid-friendly accommodations when we travel. Therefore, our unit comes with a crib, pack 'n play, high-chair, stroller, and a variety of sealable containers for food on the go. We are also right next to Pacific Beach Library for some quiet reading time with the family and a small playground to enjoy. Our home is perfect for any sized family looking for a great beach getaway! Our garage with code-pad entry (measuring 37' by 8') fits one large vehicle such as Honda Odyssey minivan or two small sedans. We offer all the beach gear your family will need, including boogie-boards, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a cute wagon to wheel everything down to the beach. The garage is adjacent to the kitchen with indoor entryway. We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer so you can help yourself. We also provide the detergent. Cozy private outdoor patio with BBQ and patio set allows you to grill outdoors and share a meal under the San Diego sun! Guest Access: Guest has private use of the entire townhouse and patio. The Neighborhood: Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer. Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants. There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. This place was perfect. Clean, stocked, location.. you can walk to the bay, the boardwalk, the grocery store. I’m really picky with cleanliness. I typically won’t eat off dishes until I wash them when we arrive at a rental but not this time. They didn’t even have crumbs in the drawers with the cooking utensils! They left all the necessities to get you started including a variety of cooking items, spices… We were there in the winter and the only thing I noticed was that it gets cold downstairs but the had extra blankets in 2 of the bedrooms so we used them and didn’t have any issues. I loved the extra steps taken to make our stay extra special. They had a QR code for ease of logging in to the Internet. Lots of recommendations for things to do nearby and great communication. I definitely recommend. I hope to go back!!

The owners were pro-active - reaching out to connect prior to and upon check-in. They were very responsive with small requests. Everything was as described/pictured. We loved having the attached garage and beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards) available to us. The walk to the beach was even closer than we had hoped and it was easy to swing by the grocery store (Ralph's) on the way home. Truly, no complaints from our crew. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a group of 7 and there were plenty of beds for a very comfortable stay. House was clean and host was responsive to our needs, although we didn’t run into any issues while there. Chairs, toys, and wagon were a nice bonus!

My whole family loved this property! Location was awesome for walking to beach with young children. Property was beautifully decorated (loved the sunset picture) & very clean. Owners provided everything we needed from beach towels to beach toys, from wagon/stroller to beach chairs, from soaps to boogie boards. Highly recommend the owners of this property. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family stayed here for Spring Break and made great use of the stroller, wagon & beach toys, and the high chair.
The master bedroom is spacious and has Netflix and a very large attached bathroom with plenty of room to spread out and brush your teeth after a long day of sight-seeing. We also used the washer and dryer and there was enough soap.
We drove by a tiny Italian restaurant which is literally 200 feet walk from the garage entrance of this house! I said, I'll bet they do take-out and they did.
Thank you to the hosts. This home is very well-kept and we appreciated it.

Nice stay
Overall, the house is pretty clean and well-furnished. It is very close to the supermarket (5 mins walk) and the beach (10 mins walk). I appreciate that the owner left wine and entertainment for our stay during the holiday season, which make us feel just at home. The owner was very kind; she helped us solve an issue when we forgot the keys immediately. Thank you!

It was also nice to have a parking garage for 2 vehicles. Would definitely stay again. Only wish was that the property had a couple of bicycles to use but not a deal breaker.

Fabulous Family Trip
We stayed here for three nights with our two young children and my parents and it was the highlight of our trip to California. The home was immaculately cleaned and cared for, the space was perfect for our group and came equipped with everything we needed for a fun day at the beach. Location can't be beat, just a short walk to the beach and local bars, restaurants and grocery store but the home itself is on a beautiful quiet street. Would return for any future trips to San Diego.

The house was fully stocked with everything you need for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!! Overall great experience.

The house was clean and ready at check in (which was contactless ) stocked with everything you can think of, (even seasonings) but most importantly there was things you may have forgot but end up being super important like extra dish soap, laundry soap, extra paper towels, extra sponges , lots of trash bags, plenty of cookware and servings plates/utensils for toddlers and adults! The unit had a double and a single stroller, high chair, pack and play, toys/puzzles/movies for toddlers, a wagon that was great to hall beach gear to the beach (only a few minute walk) also great to hold the kids on walks for food or ice cream! If I had to critic anything it would have to be the design of The stairs and lack of security with baby gate but we knew this going into the rental and it was pretty manageable with four adults around. All in all, this place was wonderful especially for young families. Thank you for helping us create some great memories and comfortable vacation!

Perfect PB location and vacation house!
We just spent 2 weeks here with our 3 year old and 18 month old kids. I don't believe that we could have picked a better location! This house is 3 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks from the Bay, 3 blocks to coffee shops and grocery stores, and across the street from the PB library and park. It was so easy to get us and the kids + strollers or bikes to and from the beach, park or wherever we wanted to go in PB.
The house was perfect for our family of 4 and Stephanie could not have been more accommodating. She provided 2 double strollers, a wagon, a pack-n-play and a highchair for the kids and there were more beach toys, chairs and umbrellas than we could use. One of the bedrooms also had a crib for our 18 month old. We literally just had to bring the kid's clothes!
Stephanie could not have been a better host! There were a few very minor issues during our stay (including a day-long, neighborhood power outage) and Stephanie reached out multiple times to make sure that we were okay. It didn't impact us at all, but it was really nice to know that she was looking out for us.
This house is fantastic for families and would also be great for couples looking for a perfect house close to all the PB nightlife (for a post-corona virus vacation).

Just the best for families!
This is the second time we have stayed at this address (different unit) and we will continue to come back! This house has everything you need (including parking) to enjoy time away! We love that the location is close to both the bay and the ocean, but even more so that we don't have to travel with all of our beach equipment/toys because they have it all! They were so fast to respond too . . our boys had locked a door (where of course we put stuff in) but didn't have a key at the house. The door was opened within hours and we were treated with such grace for something that was completely our own doing.

Beautiful 3 bedroom condo on a quiet street with great walking access to both Mission Bay and PB. Unit is well outfitted and has indoor parking. Surrounded by restaurants and San Diego activities, you can’t miss.

Great family nest near the beach!
Our family of five appreciated the comfort of this property and proximity to the beach. Lots of details (all linens, towels, condiments, shampoos, and beach stuff provided) and easy check in and out. Texted the owner once and she got right back. Would definitely stay here again.

Made our vacation wonderful.
Really nice property. Clean, nicely updated with lots of bonuses. Didn't end up needing to rent any of the usual things this year. All was provided with this rental. Had chairs, boogie boards, a beach wagon, an umbrella, even a cooler. Having all the kids stuff there was great too. The owner checked in with me several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

Everything is nice but why charge cleaning fee if we still have to clean?
The overall stay was great. The location is great, the neighborhood is good. Lots of no rentals but neighbors signs around the yards but it’s a way for owners to more money right? The house in general had most of the essential needed for a comfortable stay. Ralph’s is within walking distance and Starbucks too. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the cleaning fee. Why am I being charged a cleaning fee and there’s all these rules on how to leave the house clean? You’re on vacation with kids in tow and here you are having to clean yet again. Just like if you never left home. You can only do so much just like at home! I know it’s not just this house which is why I didn’t leave a lower rating but the whole VRBO system. Next time I’ll consider staying in a hotel where I don’t have to clean and enjoy my time with my family instead. If you don’t mind cleaning while on vacation this is great place as as sure most of the houses on this site are. We were a family of 5 adults 1 teenager and two small kids.

Wonderful Property - Great for the kids
This home was in great condition and exactly as described. It was wonderful having a crib and high chair to use for my little one. We had one minor issue with the garbage disposal; I called Stephanie and she had someone out to fix it a few hours later. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants. I'd gladly stay here again.
