Pink Conch is a great place to get away from it all. The view of Cruz bay is amazing. When we weren’t out exploring the island, we enjoyed our time sitting outside relaxing on the deck and enjoying the pool. You couldn’t ask for a better setting for a vacation.

Perfect 2 bedroom villa for a small group! All amenities included, beautiful view, private pool, all day breezes throughout the living area, no need for a/c, but nice a/c in bedrooms! Great location, close proximity to town. Very quiet and peaceful!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property and the hosts could not have been more gracious and kind. We enjoyed being close to town and the easy process of renting a Jeep from Curtis and Myrtle to explore the beaches (Maho Bay and Salt Pond Bay were our favorites). The house had everything we needed from coolers to chairs to pack up and explore for an afternoon (with a pre-teen and a teenager, we used the splash pool in the morning while they were still snoozing :)) I highly recommended this property!

We loved our stay at The Pink Conch! The Villa was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Check in was so easy! Curtis and Mrytle went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Not only did curtis provide us with a phenomenal villa, he also provided us with a jeep rental for the week and an amazing boat excursion which needed up being the highlight of our trip. This property is amazing! The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and the view of the bay was outstanding! We enjoyed sipping coffee on the patio in the mornings before heading out for the day. The same incredible view can be seen from the outdoor showers which are located off each bedroom. Super cool! The hosts were communicative and accommodating. Thank you, Curtis and Myrtle! We rented our Jeep through Curtis, as well. It was an easy and streamlined process. We were picked up at the ferry with the Jeep and brought to the home. At departure, we were dropped off at the ferry. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Stayed at The Pink House for one week and enjoyed everything about the villa. Very clean and nicely decorated. Beautiful views from the poolside terrace. Property owner Curtis was accommodating and responsive. Glad we rented the Jeep from Curtis. Having the option to park in his lot was a big assist.

The Villa has everything one would need for an extended stay. The view was lovely, and Curtis is charming and helpful we would highly recommend booking a stay at Pink Conch.

Amazing view! We rented the Jeep as well and would highly recommend-makes everything easy. Because we arrived earlier than check in and stayed after check out, they were extremely helpful and accommodating, so we could squeeze as much in while on St. John. The property was clean and views made you want to be on the deck or in the pool! Would highly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing time at the Penn's Pink Conch villa. The villa was close to town, and beautiful. The pool and outside area were perfect for our family. The Penn's were there for any needs that we had. We can't wait to visit the Pink Conch again!

Awesome stay at an absolute gorgeous location. Curtis and myrtle were outrageously accommodating and even dropped us off at the ferry on Christmas Day. 10/10. Will be back. Make sure to rent one of their new bronco to get around in style

We really enjoyed our stay at the pink conch. This is our 4th trip to St. John but first with our 11 month old daughter. This home was perfect - close to cruz bay and beaches, awesome view and pool and cozy. Curtis was very responsive and made the whole process very easy. We look forward to staying again!

I can’t say enough about this rental. It is beautiful- mini pool with a mesmerizing view, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and the shower (oh my). Myrtle was very responsive to any inquiry we had. Renting the Jeep from them was seamless.

We got married on Trunk Bay 20 years ago September and decided to ‘splurge’ on our accommodations for our celebration vacation. Pink Conch did not disappoint! Our favorite was having coffee each morning while hanging out in the splash pool! The view was beautiful. The bedroom AC’s were perfect. Outdoor showers were fun! The house is well stocked. The house next door is pretty close but the couples who were staying there were respectful as we were too. It’s a great place! Go ahead and book it!

The pictures don’t quite do it justice. The view of the bay from the pool was so nice, we would watch the boats, divers and Westin beach while relaxing. Curtis and Mrytle were so nice and accessible, just a text or call away if we needed them. The house was great, the outside showers were a treat too! We rented a Jeep from The Penns and it was perfect…even beach chairs, cooler and umbrella are there to add to the daily beach excursion. Tons of towels! Washer and dryer made packing light easy. We have bookmarked Pink Conche as a favorite to return to!

We spent 10 nights this year and 12 nights last year at The Pink Conch. We loved it last year but this year was even better. The location to Cruz Bay is simply unbeatable. The views from the pool and house are fantastic. Most of all Myrtle and Curtis are so easy to deal with and very responsive before and throughout your stay. They have a cooler and chairs for the beaches and fun games for time at the villa. Also don’t forget to reserve your Jeep from them ours both years were the nicest we saw on the Island. Enjoy!

When booking a villa far away, you don't know what to expect. I simply rely on reviews and cross my fingers that the reviews hold true. Well, the reviews were accurate and this place was beyond our expectations! Curtis welcomed us at the ferry dock and escorted us back to the villa and then gave us a tour of the place. The villa was very clean and the view was amazing looking over Great Cruz Bay! We originally had planned to only use taxi service (which you can definitely do) but please know that the driveway is long and steep (definitely a calf workout!). My husband and I don't mind a little exercise and so we went up and down the hill everyday when we wanted to be responsible and not drink and drive. The taxi service will meet you at the top of the driveway at the gate. By day 2 of our trip, we decided to rent a jeep from Curtis. They delivered it to the villa and it was also very clean. We were hesitant at first to rent the jeep because we never drove on the left side of the road, but we quickly acclimated and thankful that we rented it to explore the island. You won't go wrong with Curtis. We had special requests and he went above and beyond. He lives near by on the island and was very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

The Pink Conch was amazing, better than the pictures on VRBO. Reliable contact with the owners (Curtis/Myrtle) throughout. We were met at the Cruz Bay passenger ferry terminal and guided to the home. Once there, all aspects of the home were explained. Parking is right by the front door, no steps. Curtis/Myrtle were very responsive hosts and provided great advice for activities on St John. Highly recommend renting a jeep thru Curtis/Myrtle for a seamless arrival/departure. AC and all appliances worked fine, the home was very clean and well kept. Highly recommend for those wanting a great vacation on St John. Best beach in our opinion was Hansen Bay on the East End. Thanks again to Curtis/Myrtle for making our vacation extra special!!!
