Welcome to our 3BR/3BA Luxuriously renovated Sanctuary by the Sea! Stare out at God's majesty from our sanctuary in the sky and instantly relax and know you are blessed to be here! Our building has been closed for about 9 months and has been meticulously restored and it crisp and white and bright. Views of sunsets nightly from our floor to ceiling wall of windows all along the western corner will assure that you never miss the show-- high in the sky and positioned with great furniture to maximize sunset viewing. This is truly our second home. We have it fully stocked with spices, all kinds of cookware, games, puzzles, beach towels, coolers, and everything you could possibly need and then some. These little things save you money and enhance your vacation. We also have luxe Beach Service daily in from now till October 2024. This is 2 beach chairs + umbrella set up for you daily. This is usually $50 per pair per day. We have owned this condo since the building was built and could never part with it. Our kids grew up here. We work to keep it fresh and bright and use it as our second home. This condo sleeps 8 with incredible comfort and everyone still has his/her own space -- Even the bunks have lower mattresses that are incredibly comfortable! Walls of Windows, picture perfect views --high on the 24th floor -- allow you to see all of Gulf Shores Island and several bodies of water. Spectacular sunsets, unobstructed views. Only 4 units on the western side of the building have these amazing unobstructed views! It is why people book year after year in this unit. I like to set up our dining room table to maximize these views for dinner or puzzle assembly! We also have a sleek newer granite counter/island meant to seat a lot of guests. Let me know if you love it as much as I do. If you want the best, you have found it. Island Tower 2403. The views from our perch on the 24th floor will simply take your breath away and refresh your soul. Press the elevator button and your toes are in blissful, white, soft, fluffy, fine, quartz sand. Then, when it's time to head up for the night from the surf and sand, you can watch the sun set from one of two balconies with unmatched and unobstructed views of 4 bodies of water. It is just magnificent. Only 4 western corner units boast these unobstructed and sweeping views in our building. Gulf front pools (both indoor and out), a gulf front fitness center and a private playground for kids in the building, round out the amenities. Our building is low-density as well. Only 3 units per floor. 80% of our renters return -- which says it all. Top-of-the-line furnishings and mattresses also make your stay comfortable. We have our unit packed with things that will save you money while you are here -- from beach chairs, to towels, to spices and cleaners under the sink. We live close-by and use it, so it truly is our second home. Hooks where you need them. Premium linens and towels. Many board games and kids things, too. This unit was professionally photographed for inclusion in a national travel magazine and boasts views that only the west-end penthouse and 3 other units in this building have. The other western corners all look into the building next door. 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds, one bedroom has two sets of bunks (twins) and sleeps 4. The Master Bedroom is directly on the gulf side with a tiled balcony and sliders to the balcony and Gulf. All bedrooms have flatscreen TV's. Palatial master bath with rameless glass shower (new 2023) and soaking tub along with top of the line fixtures, California Closet, soaking tub and separate shower area. Huge Walk in Closets. Separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Our condo has a kitchen fully equipped. Balcony furniture is great and comfortable and has THE BEST outdoor balcony furniture. Filtered Water (Osmosis) * Free WIFI * Island Tower 2403 is meticulously maintained. It truly is our home away from home. And the couch provides the best napping place on the planet. One view, one stay, and you'll be regular guests at our condo. We are constantly upgrading the luxury, every stay. Board Games, puzzles, beach towels, and all things you could think of -- spices, etc., are provided in our condo. We have an incredible table which unfolds to seat dining for 8 OR for board game and puzzle magic! Come watch the dolphins swim by! Keywords: Condominium

Beautiful condo, amazing sunsets! The beach setup was a big perk. Dana was very helpful throughout the booking process and answered questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is beautiful! Kitchen was very well stocked with high quality appliances, every spice you could need, and a HUGE countertop perfect for cooking and dining. Bedrooms were roomy and beds were very comfortable. The place was clean and had lots of extras like buckets, flashlights, floats, etc. Beach chair service that was provided every day made going down to the beach easy and stress-free! The very best thing about this condo by far was the views! You could see unobstructed views of the ocean and beach from one balcony and the bay from the other balcony! Incredible! The location was great because it was close to restaurants, live-music venues and shopping but not so close that it kept you awake at night. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back!

The gulf and sunset views from the condo are spectacular. Condo has everything you need for a great stay.
Had a couple of issues with unpleasant smells from the kitchen when we arrived, as well as a fire alarm that went off two nights in a row around 1 a.m. for the entire condo complex due to faulty wiring. I believe they were addressing that issue, however.
Overall, fantastic place and would book again!
Warning: If you plan on getting in the gulf during your stay, please pay attention to the flags! Strong / rip currents are a real danger.

Best view from a condo ever! Very easy access to the beach. Owner was very nice and quick to answer any and all questions. Would recommend this place to anybody who wants to enjoy Gulf Shores.

This condo was exactly what we were hoping for! It is beautiful, clean, nicely furnished, and convenient to many restaurants and entertainment. Not to mention the views are amazing! The Hang Out and several restaurants are walking distance. We had a great vacation. Highly recommend!

We had a great time here! Great location and the condo was clean. We also never had any issues with the elevators like in other reviews, I'm not sure what that's about. The beach was perfect. Only issue we had was the lock on the front door somehow reset, I don't know if that was our error or mechanical but thankfully, we got by. The last night, we did have some random guy trying to get into our condo, while we were all in bed. Luckily, we had the bar lock latched on the door and told him to go away, he had the wrong place. Other than that, it was exactly what we needed.

The condo was right on the beach. Has amazing views from both balconies. Indoor and outdoor pools along with a fitness center available to use. We came for a small mini vacation. Everything we needed to do was within walking distance. The condo itself was immaculate.

Was so nice staying in a condo with 3 bathrooms!! One of which was handicap accessible. I was a little apprehensive about the A/C seeing as we were on the 24th floor and heat rises! It froze us out of there! Works amazing. Most importantly, I’m always the cook on vacation when we go on a girls trip and I’ve learned to take cooking stuff with me. No condo EVER has the appropriate amount of dishes, cooking supplies or appliances. They have clearly thought about every detail and it was so helpful having those things at my fingertips. Such things included beach towels, beach chairs, condiments, ziploc stuff, foil, spices, coffee and spray and wash. I texted the owner several times with 1-2 questions and she promptly answered and explained. The view is BAR NONE! And oddly enough, the nighttime view was better than the daytime of that’s even possible. With all of the lights on the strip, you felt like you were in Vegas. The balcony on the beach side ALWAYS had a nice breeze. If we rent this again, I will definitely take an air mattress and nap outside! So worth the money!

My group included 4 adults and 4 kids age 5-11. We had a wonderful time, plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Elevators moved quickly and never had to wait long for it. All cooking utensils and pans were adequate and there were seasonings in the cabinet! Short walk down from condo to beach and a nice outdoor shower area to rinse off before coming back up. The kids were overjoyed to find 2 boogie boards and sand toys in the condo. Overall we had an amazing time and looking forward to coming back again!

The Condo was great. Clean, refreshing and beautifully decorated. The views were spectacular. The condo's location to restaurants, stores and beach volleyball was the best! Walking distance to so many places. Dana was amazing with responding immediately when the dryer went down and had it fixed asap. 5 stars!

This was my first time visiting Gulf Shores in almost 3 decades. A lot has changed, but it was still a great destination. My family usually stays in smaller complexes (4 stories or less) or standalone homes, so staying on the 24th floor was a bit of a change. However, those views more than made up for any inconvenience of riding an elevator each day (even on the days when one of the elevators was broken and being serviced). The unit was also newly renovated an very clean. One of the previous reviewers had mentioned stains in the master carpet, but they weren't as bad as advertised (it looked as if some water had been spilled on a bedside table and didn't get the appropriate attention). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed as well as many common spices, etc. from previous guests. The only complaint came from the kids in the bunk room, who stated that the beds were squeaky and often woke the others up when one person would move. In the lobby, there was always an attendant cleaning and greeting you, as well as a security guard making sure there was no "riff-raff" getting in.
All in all, it is a wonderful property. I'm not sure if we'll head back to Gulf Shores in the near future, but if we do, this property will definitely be one of the first ones we check for availability.

The hurricane was not kind to the building, but once you’re in the oasis of this property, gorgeous, has everything you need - lovely property manager - we will be back!

The location, floor plan, building were all great. The view was fabulous. The gym was not available for use - which was a major reason we booked this place. And the carpets are stained extremely bad in bedrooms — beds were not too comfy. Carpets need replacement badly.

We absolutely loved our vacation at the "top of the world", the 24th floor of Island Tower. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the pelicans fly by at eye level and the dolphins swimming by. We appreciated the convenience of being able to walk out onto the beach. The condo itself is a welcoming space with a well equipped kitchen, balcony access on two sides, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and we were thankful to be able to do laundry in the condo. We played games and read books from the amply stocked entertainment cabinet and made a lot of wonderful memories. We can't say enough about our hosts Dana and Eddie who were so kind and accommodating. We have found a new home in the South!

Condo was extremely clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, cookware, and the spice cabinet was full. The balcony sunset views were absolutely stunning. There was lots of construction activity throughout our stay in neighboring units, which did create some parking issues, some noise, and kept one of the elevators tied up most of the time. The outdoor pool was not available for use during our stay, and the direct beach access was unavailable at times. Not the fault of the owner of this unit, and not a huge issue. Overall fantastic trip!!!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Island Towers! The wall of windows were excellent spots to watch beautiful sunsets as well as storm clouds! Dana was a sweetheart and took care of absolutely everything! And it's a great beach!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The view is amazing and you can watch the sunrise and sunset from your balcony. The walk to the beach is easy and lots of things within walking distance. Dana was a pleasure to work with and many things were stocked in the kitchen which made things very easy. We can't wait to go back!

From the minute you walk into the condo the views are absolutely AMAZING!!! Pictures do not do it justice. Dana was great to work with from the very beginning. The condo itself was spotless and immaculate. It is so spacious- more so than I thought before walking in. Everything you need is there and we followed the rule of if you use it- replace it and we could tell others did the same. The location is perfect- short drive to wherever you want to go. Parking was no problem. The outdoor pool was great! Having the chairs and umbrella on the beach provided with the unit was so convenient!! And since there was 3 of us it was great having extra chairs in the unit to use. I can't think of anything negative to say about our stay here- if I had to think of something it would be 2 extremely minor things- a Keurig would be convenient for coffee but the coffeeemaker was fine too. And a place to sit and eat or play as a family would be nice. There is plenty of space to gather- but a table on the balcony would be nice to gather around. I would absolutely return here in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a condo in the area. Thanks Dana for sharing your home away from home with us!!
