VILLA MAGNA / DREAMS RESORT & SPA, NUEVO VALLARTA This beautiful development is located on the largest stretch of beach in the bay & consists of 4 towers; towers 1-3 (Villa Magna Condos) & tower 4 (Dreams Resort & Spa). As a condo guest you have access to resort services including: a Spa by Pevonia, gym, wedding planner, business center, internationally themed restaurants, & eclectic bars. (Resort services are charged separately & must be purchased directly from the hotel or spa.) Outside you can relax in the sun alongside one of the 3 large swimming pools featuring a heated adult only pool & shallow kids play area or take a nap under a thatched palapa on the seemingly endless beach. CONDOMINIUM This 2333 sq. ft, 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath condo is located on the 3rd floor. Master suite features: a king-size bed, Jacuzzi tub, 65” full HDTV (Cable), walking closet & access to a private balcony with ocean views. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a walking closet, private bathroom and a 34" flat TV (Cable). The third bedroom is furnished with two double beds, 65" full HDTV (Cable), dress and wall closet, private bathroom. The studio (4th bedroom) includes a single bed with a pullover single mattress & a private bathroom. Bed count: 1 King (BD1) 2 doubles (BD2) 2 singles (BD3) 1 single + another single pull bed (BD4) The kitchen has granite countertops & is fully appointed with all electric appliances (Microwave, Oven, Range and Dishwasher) & overlooks the living & dining areas. This great room has a 65' full HDTV (Cable) & wireless (WiFi). The adjacent oceanfront balcony, furnished with chairs & a dining table, allows you to fully appreciate the breathtaking sunsets and has a grill for your bbq afternoons. Additional features include: washer/dryer in unit, room-by-room controlled air-conditioning, and a private parking space. Very lovely condo that actually had comfy furniture you want to use. It’s spacious with a really nice kitchen and plenty of bedroom and bathroom space. It has a very nice balcony that overlooks the pools. It’s on the same grounds as it all inclusive Wyndham so you benefit from the large pools. You can even watch some of the shows from the balcony. And you can take some lovely walks along the palm tree lined street in front of the condo. The first two days we were a little bit lost because we didn’t have a car and we’re nowhere near a grocery store, so we thought. Finally, someone told us there was a nice market just a 25 minute walk away. Did not show up on our Google Maps. But also, if you go out the front exit of the condo and turn to your right and only need to walk a Block to the bus stop and collectivo’s run every few minutes for 12 pesos and they will take you to the little Sunset market or over to the big chedauri and Walmart
We had some little glitches, but nothing that made our stay unpleasant. Family of 5 feelings vary from it being a 4 to 5 Star place.

Our host was AMAZING. He was always available to guide us through any hiccups. The condo was even better. What better way to enjoy the Pacific Coast than to enjoy it while staying in such a wonderful place.

We had a great time at this property. The resort was great with beautiful pools and a great beach. The condo was roomy and clean. The hosts were amazing. They were easy to chat with and if we had any issues, they were right on it. They even decorated the condo for Christmas for us which was a great surprise. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

We stay at over 15 hotels and privately owned properties a year. This property is at the top or our list. The owners have paid incredible attention to every detail. Funishings, kitchen and added accessories were above expectations. Also, how can you do any better than a wonderful resort, four bedrooms, and five bathrooms?

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for kids - plenty of space in the condo and easy access to kid friendly pools and the beach. The hosts were so responsive and communicative for some questions we had early in our stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Over the Christmas holidays, my family was fortunate to be able to have a return vacation to Alma and Manuel’s beautiful condo in Villa Magna! We have stayed in this condo a few times before and each time we are in awe of how amazing it is! The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and it is immaculate! The kitchen is fabulous and well stocked! The linens are awesome and there are lots of towels including great beach towels! The beds are very comfortable and easily accommodated our family of eight. The deck is outstanding with a wonderful view and has great furniture and a barbecue. The pool and beach are wonderful and the resort is very clean and well maintained and there are lots of chairs.
We did purchase 24-hour day passes at the hotel and we were treated very well by the staff. We bought groceries at Sunset Market in Paradise Village.
Alma and Manuel are amazing hosts! They checked with us to make sure we had arrived and also during our stay to see how we were doing. Any time we had a question, they replied immediately!
Alma and Manuel’s beautiful home made us feel like our home during our stay and we are so grateful to have been their guests! We will definitely return to this beautiful paradise! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

The condo is large with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The resort is beautiful and the boogie boards, beach hats, grill on the patio, etc were great additions. The view over the whole resort from the balcony was amazing!

We bought all inclusive wrist bands for one of the days but food was disappointing and drinks watered down. We did not at all feel it was worth per person price. There is very good and inexpensive food and drinks available for purchase at one of the outdoor pool bars that is not part of the resort amenities. Guards at residential entrance will call for a taxi upon request. My only suggestion would be to have property owner put together an information guide ( how to operate air conditioners, restaurant suggestions etc.) to have at the condo for reference. That would have been helpful.

Alma was an excellent hostess. She was warm and very kind to us and was extremely responsive. She checked in with us throughout our stay and welcomed us back anytime. The condo is beautiful! I would recommend going
grocery shopping and cooking your own meals opposed to eating on the resort. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped.

Great place for the family
The space is amazing, super clean and spacious. We ended up buying all inclusive day passes at the resort for many of the days we were there so we didn’t have to take taxis for every meal, definitely worth doing. The beach and ocean is clean and safe for the kids to play in. All in all a great place to stay.

Awesome Vacation
We loved the condo and all the amenities. The owners are very responsive and communicated with us throughout our stay. The location of the property is perfect, walking distance to great restaurants, beach was beautiful and the resort is well maintained. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults with 4 bedrooms and 5 baths. The balcony was beautiful and opened up the whole living area in the condo. We had a perfect vacation and would recommend this property to anyone looking in this area!

Amazing home! Amazing host!
The property was exactly as shown, but even better in person. The furnishings are lovely and the condo was immaculate. Essential toiletries were provided, and plenty of towels. The owner met us at the property to explain how everything worked and was SUPER responsive during our stay with grocery and restaurant recommendations. Looking forward to staying here again and again! FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!

Unit was very well equipped with kitchen appliances, utensils and cutlery. The manager responded quickly when we had plumbing problems. Because the property shares the common areas with Dreams Hotel, we found it next to impossible to get lounge chairs around the pool unless we put towels down before 8.AM.

We had a wonderful time here. The apartment is just as advertised, clean, spacious, and well equipped. The property managers were helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The benefits of staying in a large apartment over an hotel include the reduction of lost time waiting for family members to wake up or arranging meeting times and places. We were all together yet the layout of the bedrooms ensured we all had adequate privacy and quiet time. We could self cater or go out to any of the numerous restaurants or bars, including those in other resort properties, or choose to spend a day relaxing by the pool with an "all inclusive" bracelet. The hotel/resort staff all treated us exactly as they treated hotel guests.
We have stayed here before in a different apartment as well as the hotel. We would definitely stay again and the overwhelming vote from all the family members (4 adults and 3 children) was 10 out of 10!

Family New Years Vacation
We have stayed in this condo previously and everything was wonderful before and wonderful now! There were 4 adults and 4 children and we enjoyed our stay very much. This condo is well equipped and has everything you need for a great vacation! We love that you can buy an all-inclusive 24 hour wristband from Dreams for those times you don't want to cook. The resort is well maintained and all the staff are excellent. Thanks to Francisco and Maria for their support as managers. And thanks so much to Alma for sharing her beautiful home.

Beautiful condo in great location.
Our family had a wonderful Spring Break staying in this condo. It was our first time visiting Mexico and we were impressed with the property and Francisco and Maria were very helpful.
