We loved our week at Peregian in this house. It had everything that we required and we were able to walk to beach, shops, dining. The 2 separate sleeping quarters suited our needs with younger family downstairs. The views are stunning and the neighbourhood was peaceful. Will definitely be back!

Simple and relaxing space, needs a little love and attention but can't beat the location to beach and amenities. We would stay there again!

Very dated and poorly maintained property, unclean and uncomfortable... definitely NOT worthy of a good review and vastly overpriced. The only good thing was that we were able to move to another property. I do not recommend renting this house until major maintenance has been carried out.

I love this house! Amazing ocean views from the 2 upper levels. Fantastic relaxed beach house with loads of room for everyone. Comfortable beds and quality linen. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need including some basic consumables, sharp knives, good fry pans and lots of plastic containers...these are the things that always bug me so I was pleasantly surprised. Bathrooms are original however in very good condition. Fully fenced yard was great for doggo. This was a fantastic break for our family, my only reservation would be that there are only screens on 1 or 2 windows so in summer I think there would be loads of bugs, which for me would be an issue. We stayed in winter so this wasn't a problem for us.

Excellent Property

The house is magnificent. We had a wonderful time on this holiday. Plenty of space and we loved that everything was clearly labeled on how to use it, ie the remotes for the TV's. The house is great for families with everything you could need. Plus the service we received was brilliant. Would highly recommend to anyone.
