Great location ideal for couples or small families.. beds could need with an update especially in the main room wheels on a timber floor are not ideal, also was abit musty and cobwebs where evident blinds where also damaged and needed a clean..

Very quite and had everything. The back deck was lovely with the morning sun. All the screens and doors need a good clean. Probably in need of a good maintenance check, as one of the stove burners does not work and the bedside lamps in the master did not work. The house is very cold with our stay in late May & only one heater and no air-conditioning.

In a nice quiet part of town. A short walk to the beach. Evans head has all the amenities needed. Would recommend the Chinese restaurant at the Bowlo

This property is absolute bliss to stay at! We look forward to coming back. Out of the way where it’s not right in town but very close to the beach for afternoon/morning walks. Property was immaculate and property management were lovely too!

I enjoyed the space that this property provided however, the property wasn’t cleaned properly as there was sand under the rugs, it was dusty and was generally uncleared so this is something they need to address with the cleaner. Also there was old blood on the double bed in the front room. However, the property was well designed but I think a good clean and maybe installation of a ceiling fan for the living room would help to raise overall appeal of the property. Maybe just send the property managers a note to say their cleaner needs to lift their game would be great but apart from that, it had a well equipped kitchen and the bedrooms were lovely and spacious. An air conditioner wouldn’t go astray and either would some wifi or Netflix of some sort but the trip overall was lovely. I would just say the property needs a deep clean but it was well positioned and well appointed. Thanks for a great stay 😊

The house was dirty Bin was full after contacting agent she said to put the bin out foe it to be collected it didnt happen so we had rubbish lying around Can opener doesnt work Electric frypan doesnt heat up Bed is on wooden floor and you wake up across the room Bbq and lights were filthy Windows and blinds had mould on them Sleeps 8 comfortably but only 3 people can sit and watch tv

Stay was great! Property is shared with another house at the front. This is not listed in the ad. The house at the front is very dingy. Kids finger prints all of the windows. The bed in the main room moves every time you get in. It moved so much that we saw the kids medication syringe under the bed as well as tones of dirt. Otherwise is was ok.

Cute house and was fine for our family stay. Only issue we had was there was no amenities at all - no soap, dishing washing liquid, dishwasher powder and 1 roll of toilet paper (6 people for 3 nights). We needed to go shopping for all of this which seemed a waste. Would be easy for the owner / manager to provide soft soap in bathrooms and large dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder and would have made the stay so much easier. Other than that it was great

Great house in Evans head on quiet street walking distance to the beach. Good size kitchen, rooms and great deck. FYI - take your own tea bags, hand soap, body wash as these basics were not provided.
