About this house rental
Beautiful home with large deck on the Roaring Fork River. Minutes from down town GWS. Soak in the famous Glenwood Hot springs pool, Iron Mtn Hot Springs & Tram. We offer private massages here at our house at $1 one dollar a minute. If you are interested please let us know when you book and we can provide the contact number of the masseuse. This person has several years experience working at a local spa and a chiropractic office here in Glenwood Springs. 45 minutes from Aspen/Snowmass, 20 minutes to Ski Sunlight. 2.5 hrs from Denver/DIA airport, 1.5 hrs from Grand Jct Airport, 45 minn to Eagle/Vail airport. Walk out the door to fish the Gold Medal Roaring Fork river, hike trails or bike the paved Rio Grande trail system that can lead you from Glenwood Springs to Aspen & back. We are also located within walking distance of the RFTA bus system that provides service from Glenwood Springs to Aspen. Furnished kitchen, WIFI Internet and cable TV. No parties or un-authorized over night guests. NO SMOKING of any kind inside home. We have outside security cameras. This helps us to monitor the weather, especially the snow in the winter months. The property setting is very beautiful. It quiet, secluded and enjoyable. Pretty much everything you needed was available. Internet was available. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at this VRBO. So clean and the desk was incredible. You can go on a long walk by the river and hiking is minuites away. Everything is so close. Glenwood Springs is an amazing city.

We only stayed for one night, but this house was still the perfect getaway. The location is great and the home is very cozy and quiet. There were several board games available, including some unique games we hadn’t seen before. We would love to come back in the summer to sit on the deck by the river.

Met up with friends from back home. 10 min from glenwood caverns adventure park, 10 min from Iron mountain hot springs, 1 hr from Rifle falls state park. Great view!!! Loved how accommodating they are with having a pet.

We loved our stay here, though it was too short. Lovely location by the river, quiet, and close to town. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting out on the decks. Would stay here again if we’re in this area.

Bus stop was a short walk and easy to get around town. I would highly recommend this property and we will plan to come back!

Dream getaway on the river!
An absolutely charming, comfortable space for our family of three and two dogs. We had everything we needed including amazing river views, the sweet smell of the herb gardens, birds and other tiny woodland creatures to watch and enjoy. Thank you for a relaxing, memorable stay!

And there are lots of things to do in Glenwood and the surrounding area. The place is quiet and roomy, the kitchen is well stocked although you may find yourself searching through every cupboard till you find what you're looking for. The bedding was clean and fairly comfortable. We definitely recommend this place.

The property had 3 bedrooms, two baths, and plenty of space for our family of 5. It had an upper and lower deck and great views of the river. The owner was very helpful and understanding. It was an older property that was well maintained.

Cindy and Kent were wonderful. Location on the Roaring Fork made for perfect walks and bike rides. We would love to stay here again.
