Central air and heat. Large off-street parking area. Everything you need for your home away from home. Walking distance to restaurants, two breweries, award winning bakery, live music venues, galleries, entertainment, glass blowing studio right around the corner, and more. North Buncombe Park is approximately two miles from the vacation rental. Facilities include swimming pool (Open Memorial Day weekend through first week of August), outdoor tennis courts, cross country trail, track, soccer and baseball fields. Breakfast and Lunch Restaurant, Nail Salon, Hair Salon, and Post Office right across the street.

Lovely condo with everything you could need. New furnishings, great kitchen, televisions in all rooms,and 2 nice decks to enjoy the outdoors. Very quiet neighborhood & 2 minutes from interstate. Easy travel to anywhere. Steve,our host is the best. Very attentive to any issue & provided great coffee & fresh flowers. So welcoming.

The condo is located an easy 10 min drive to Asheville. The place is immaculate with a tranquil Zen- like decor and feeling. The beds are so comfortable and there are plenty of nice towels. The back porch is a lovely spot to relax. Steve lives upstairs and he cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The town of Weaverville is small but quaint, and a very beautiful and challenging golf course is about 10 min away. In the past we have stayed in Asheville but I truly enjoyed this stay much more.

The condo is located an easy 10 min drive to Asheville. The place is immaculate with a tranquil Zen- like decor and feeling. The beds are so comfortable and there are plenty of nice towels. This place has it all!
We were all very impressed by the size, location, amenities... everything was really nice and I'm so glad we chose to stay here. Especially enjoyed the TWO outdoor seating areas and the plate of homemade cookies!

Weaverville NC
Cute apartment, close to Weaverville and Asheville, quiet area. The apartment was roomy enough for two couples with a front and back deck for reading or sitting in the sun. Area has a couple of nice coffee shops and is close to the lake and walking trail. I would definitely stay in this area again!

We had a very nice stay in Weaverville area. The apartment had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, and it was easy to get on the highway. We did not need to communicate with the owner - VRBO didn't give a N/A option.

This condo is in a great location, 10 minutes from downtown Asheville and in the charming smaller town of Weaverville. The unit is spacious and comfortable, well maintained and especially well equipped. The owner’s communication is excellent and the check-in process is simple. This was our second time staying here and we recommend it highly.

Steve is great to work with! He has wonderful suggestions for activities and eateries. The condo is adjacent to such a cute town that is fun to explore. It's also a quick drive to Asheville. We were able to do a variety of different things because of the location of the condo. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots/pans, soap and coffee, that was amazing. The beds already had sheets and the bathrooms had towels to use. Access to the washer and dryer was convenient, too. The flowers were a perfect touch, so nice!!

Steve is great to work with! He has wonderful suggestions for activities and eateries. The condo is adjacent to such a cute town that is fun to explore. It's also a quick drive to Asheville. We were able to do a variety of different things because of the location of the condo.
The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots/pans, soap and coffee, that was amazing. The beds already had sheets and the bathrooms had towels to use. Access to the washer and dryer was convenient, too. The flowers were a perfect touch, so nice!!

Great condo, close to Asheville
Four of us were fortunate to spend a couple of days at this wonderful condo. Everything was as advertised. It was fairly close to the major highway going into Asheville, and only took us about 20 minutes to get to Biltmore and the Tobacco Barn.
Steve was very receptive to all of our needs, and provided valuable pre-trip information.
We will definitely book this condo again in the future, and would recommend it to anyone else.

Perfect getaway spot!
Loved Weaverville! Every shopkeeper, waiter, waitress, etc. was welcoming and friendly. Close to Asheville, Hot Springs Spa, beautiful hiking trails and the Blueridge Parkway. And if you're going to visit Weaverville stay here! Steve (owner) was wonderful to work with! We were very impressed with the little touches that made an already great condo even more welcoming! Gourmet coffee, fresh flowers, a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, wonderful linens, well stocked kitchen (dishes, cookware, etc.) The little back porch with the stainless window wall was a wonderful spot for breakfast and conversation. Dining room table perfect for meals and playing board games. We enjoyed ourselves so much we never even turned a TV on over our long weekend. Thanks Steve!

Wonderful place to stay near Asheville
Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to for making breakfasts. Steve was very good at answering our questions and making sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. We just wish it was closer to Asheville, but we did enjoy downtown Weaverville.

Excellant conditions.
We rented the 2 bedroom on the first floor and the Condo was beyond clean and as stated in the ad. My granddaughters rediscovered lighting bugs. We had to leave the blinds open so they coulfld watch them.

Very nice apartment! More than well equipped. Comfortable with modern furnishings, fresh flowers and cozy back deck. Close to Asheville and area attractions. Would definitely visit again!

A family reunion in Weaverville
Each year, one of my nephews prepares his families place for a reunion which I wouldn't miss. However, most of the younger ones camp out, either in tents or campers. But my sister and our mates need a little more comfort, and we certainly got it at the Garden Springs Condominiums. They are well furnished, in north Weaverville with nice eating places and all of Asheville and the North Carolina mountains close by. It is nicely equipped with internet access, cable TV, laundry, cooking, and all the accessories including two full baths. We enjoyed it.

The condo is very well equipped and the owner is always available to provide essential items if you run out including coffee. The beds are especially comfortable. Overall a perfect place to feel at home.

Accomodations and location
This was the perfect place to stay. The 2 bdrm, 2 bath, full kitchen, w/d, and lovely appointed living space was so much more comfortable and spacious than what we could have booked anywhere else in town. Weaverville is a darling town with good eats and art and just a short drive south to the Grove Park Inn and north to Wolf Ski Lodge. The owner, Mr. Rotundo, was extremely helpful and prompt in answering questions and making suggestions about town. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Nice Condo.
The condo was clean and quiet. It has everything you could possibly need if staying a long time and considering doing your own cooking. Lots of dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc. We were a little disappointed with the location. The rear deck faces lovely woods to one side but the other side faces what appears to be a automobile graveyard. The neighboring businesses are a tire repair shop and a gas station. Although there is a small strip mall with a pizzeria and a breakfast/lunch diner right across the road. All in all, the owner seems to have tried very hard to make the place as comfortable and well supplied as possible.

Great experience!
Everything we needed was provided including delicious fresh ground coffee. The fresh flowers were a nice touch as were the entrance flowers and pumpkin. Beds were great! A little stool might be provided for us short people😄�. It was so convenient to Main Street and to the wedding venue. Good space for grandchildren to have floor space to play. Convenient door parking and was on first floor for ease of loading.

Wonderful getaway location! Plenty of space and nice touches! Fresh flowers on the table and in the bathrooms! Definitely will recommend to friends traveling this way!
