It was really relaxing and very spaceious

Amazing, Much better than in a hotel.

Could have been cleaner. The kitchen knobs are sticky, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet, the floors had food crumbs. The place needed to be aired out
The couches were very uncomfortable but the beds were comfortable.

I've started at quite a few rentals, and this was by far the very most comfortable bed I've ever found in one. We were a very short walk from the beach and we could sew the ocean from the balcony.
Exactly what was advertised.

Our family of 5 (with kids aged 10, 7, and 4) enjoyed our stay. The location and proximity to the beach and downtown is perfect!
This rental unit has all the basics - kitchen was stocked with necessary appliances and cookware but there is a very sparse pantry so plan on bringing or buying everything you need for cooking. The kitchen is NOT stocked with any plastic cups or plates for kids so bring your own if you need them, as well as containers for leftovers throughout your stay or ziploc bags/foil etc. You’ll also need to lay out a towel to dry any dishes you hand wash as there was not a drying rack. Dishwasher worked great. 😉
There were plentiful towels, extra blankets etc. There were only one or two puzzles/games and they weren’t good for little kids so definitely your own!
One of the biggest frustrations was poor lighting in the bedrooms. There was one lamp for the room with the bunk beds and queen and it’s not on the switch, so it was kind of clunky to get the light on and off when entering that bedroom. The master had two lamps but the lamp connected to the light switch had a bad connection and flickered on and off so much that we hardly used it, so both bedrooms were quite dark!! Bring your own nightlights if needed!! There was only one in the bathroom in the hall.
Some aspects of the unit just generally seemed a little rundown, and ready for an upgrade. There was a lot of mysterious tape on the bathtub where it meets the floor(not sure what it was for??) and no drain stopper for the bathtub. The master bedroom (and main bathroom) had magnetized doorstops. Not a terrible idea in general but the one for the master bedroom magnetized to a metal strip above the closet and made a startling bang as the metal flexed every time you got ready to close the door at night.
BUT…overall this place had everything we needed. Hopefully the pool will be open when you come to stay. We were alerted right before our trip that it would be closed for emergency repairs and are still bummed about not getting to swim. We chose this particular condo location eith the two bedrooms and kitchen WITH a pool instead of a hotel for our Spring Break, but didn’t get to use the pool. 😭The suggestion Vacasa sent us for an alternate pool were NOT comparable or convenient. Still feeling a bit devastated about that but ended up exploring the area and found some amazing beaches to check out instead. Seaside is a super fun place to stay.

We went for our anniversary. It was close to everything. Short walk to the promenade and right by the beach.

This condo is an older condo for sure. Needs a bit of TLC. But we can’t complain, the price was good, the location was perfect(no driving for us. Just a short walk to beach and town) the beds were so comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the place was clean and the pool was perfect. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay and would come again.

But got confusion of the charges for the rent payment.
Unfortunately, my computer got hiked badly.

This no frills condo was roomy and clean. The master bedroom has an onsuite and tv. The second bedroom has a queen bed a bunk bed which made it a little cramped. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking and cleaning. The only thing that could use some improvement is the lighting in the bedrooms. There’s no overhead lights and the small lamps have low wattage therefore making the rooms dark and hard to see. It’s about a quarter mile away from the water and a 10 minute walk to downtown., so the location is very good. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would recommend it.

Perfect location, so close to the beach and town…as a family we thoroughly enjoyed Seaside and the accommodations were comfortable for all of us. Despite construction, our place was quiet and clean..definitely would return.

We had an amazing time even with the hot weather because of the close location to the beach and shops/dining in Seaside. Our main critique was the blow dryer in the master bathroom wouldn’t work no matter what we tried and there was only one box fan for the entire apartment ( normally this wouldn’t be a huge issue but w the extreme heat it made a big difference) overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come and stay here again.

The location of the condo is just steps from the beach. You can look out and see what the weather is rolling in from the ocean to gauge your type of clothing to wear. Parking was easy peasy. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Several things could use attention in the condo. Gas fireplace isn't working. Master bath had numerous issues - slow sink and tub drains, significantly cracked mirror, mold in the tub/shower, cracks in the tub/shower that were taped up, base of the tub had an overlay of some sort and was kind of gross, the fan (or fans?) are not hooked up, so it stays damp. We mostly used the second bath for showering since the Master bath was kind of yucky. The second bath did not have the fan(s) hooked up, either. Mold on the ceiling above the shower in the second bath. Water drained well in sink and shower in the second bath. Master bedroom has a second door (directly to the outside), while it remained locked, it is not sealed well - I could see daylight around the door. When the temps went into the 40s, it was chilly in the Master. If we turned up the heat to heat up the Master, the rest of the unit got too hot. Extra blankets took care of the issue, though. Overall, a nice stay, but the unit needs some TLC.

The pictures make this home look perfect but if you look beyond, you'll see that is flawed and in need of a few minor repairs before I'd stay in this particular unit again. First, the pros: We love Sand and Sea Condos. We have stayed here 5+ times and all in different units. The location and views are fantastic! Even being on the side of the building and being the furthest from the ocean in this unit, the views are great! There is plenty of ocean to see from the balcony. Kitchen was nice and updated. Beds were comfortable and pillows were great! Bathrooms were clean and having in unit laundry is so nice with a family! Heat works great and the unit warmed up quick! Staff is also very helpful and quick to meet needs(extra paper products, fresh towels, etc). Vending machines downstairs are nice. Cons:First off, a few dirty items noticeable right off the bat...garbage in crack of couch (noticed right as I first sat down) and cigarette butts on balcony. There was a vase of dead flowers in the dining room (very dead, probably sitting there for 4+ days). The blankets on the beds are very lacking (just a sheet and a thin comforter). Everyone in my family needed at least one more blanket. The dishwasher top rack is broken (still usable but frustrating to load/unload). The chairs at the dining table are VERY wobbly and felt cheap compared to the beautiful dining table that can seat 6-8 comfortably. The pots/pans in the kitchen are horrible and I burnt two dinners (and I never burn food, I am an experienced cook/baker). Next time I will DEFINITELY bring my own kitchen items. Washing machine leaked a little water (but from what I can tell, still cleaned our clothes). Please note, I did not contact the office to remedy any of the above items (I felt as if they were small things that I could work around and didn't want to bother/ be bothered by staff coming up). Overall, I would stay here again but I hope they look at things a little closer next time. Hopefully next time the minor inconveniences will be fixed.

Don't stay here!
For $854 for two days it was not worth it! Dryer was broken. Amenities (sauna and pool) down for repairs (which is why we thought it be worth the price ($854 for 2 days). The place is not cleaned well! The entire coffee table was sticky. The deck had several sticky spots on it. The entertainment center had not been dusted in quite awhile (it was dusty inside and under it). So with this COVID thing going on it is hard to say that they are really taking extra measures to sanitize. When I emailed Vacasa about a discount they never responded. The only good thing about this place was it being close to the beach.
