The property was just as advertised! It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. John, the owner, was very attentive and accommodating. The ocean is right outside the screened porch. It was so convenient. We loved the location so much that we inquired about a stay next year.

We all had a fabulous time together as a family while staying in this beautiful condo. The space allowed us to gather and hang out inside and enjoy the beach and ocean. The condo is beautifully appointed which I always look to add to the experience, this did not disappoint. All the extras included in the storage garage an added bonus that also helped us enjoy the island even more. John was super helpful and responsive to any questions. Thanks for offering this for families to gather like ours. We hope to be back.

Even better than the pictures!! This was a perfect family holiday. The accommodations were perfect for us - a great location with easy access to all services. John was kind and responsive and always helpful. The unit was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Cayman. The host could not have been more responsive, and we had the opportunity to meet him on site, which was wonderful. The apartment was large, beautiful and exactly as advertised. And being on the first floor made it so easy to access the beach. The beach wasn’t as walkable as it was 5 years ago, so much has washed away, unfortunately. But the location of the apartment can’t be beat. There is so much within walking distance. We ordered groceries before we left the US and John made sure his staff received the groceries and put the refrigerated items away before we arrived. I highly recommend this apartment and this host. You will not regret it.

Everything about our stay here was perfect! The villa is wonderful! The pictures accurately and completely reflect how beautiful it is. It is thoughtfully set up for guests and extremely well-equipped for all of your possible needs (ie extra beach and bath towels, paper towels, tp, coolers, snorkel gear, kitchen items). The fact that it is on the ground floor and one step out to the gorgeous beach positively adds to the luxury of staying here. This can’t be beat! We did not rent a car and were within short walking distance to very good restaurants- Tillies, Salt Water Grill, and Camana Bay restaurants not to mention our short beach walk to our favorite little happy hour beach bar at Coral Beach. John, the owner, is so accommodating - from the thoughtful touch of champagne waiting for us to his kindly making provisions for us pre and post check-out. This is our second time staying at this complex, and it is lovely. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian damaged the beach. It is very short and very rocky. You are kind of isolated from 7 mile beach unless you want to swim. Hopefully repair is in the works for the near future.

Beautiful condo so close to the water and a beautiful island. We loved every minute of it!

This property is absolutely beautiful. It was clean and well kept. It had everything that we needed. It was amazing to be able to walk out onto the beach in every day. We loved the tennis court, basketball court, workout room, sand toys, paddle boards….it had everything we needed and much more.

The condo itself was beautiful! The kitchen was very big and great for cooking for a larger family. Great family room and screened in porch for gathering. The grill was also very great! The condo is on the first level which means you can walk right out onto the beach and the pool is only a few yards outside the front door. Seven mile is always beautiful, but unfortunately a storm had just came through that knocked down the wall on the beach in front of the condo and the rubble was still being cleaned up while we were there. Also the sand on the beach was full of rocks and coral from the storm, which is very unlike seven mile. Besides the unfortunate beach experience from the storm, I wish there were more chairs at the beach and a lot of the chairs were ripping so it made them uncomfortable to sit on for a long period of time. The condo owner was super responsive and easy to work with. Also the condo is super close to restaurants, the grocery, and shopping at camana bay. Overall it was great experience!

We spent a wonderful week at John and Amber’s condo for a family vacation (6 adults, 1 toddler). John was great to work with and he was extremely responsive and helpful before, during and after our visit. He went out of his way to ensure we had all the beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, etc) we needed to have a fun and safe time in the sun. The condo itself is spacious, VERY well stocked, and furnished and exceeded our expectations for comfort and amenities. The beach is lovely and the location is perfect with coffee shops, bars and restaurants all within a short walking distance. We highly recommend this condo for an on-the-beach vacation and we would definitely rent from John and Amber in the future. Thanks! :-)

Our family of 4 loved our stay and would definitely come back. The view was just spectacular! The kitchen is huge and has multiple sets of dishes and utinsels. John (owner) was super responsive on a minor issue we had. He should mention that he has a garage full of coolers, snorkel equipment, paddleboards and a large unicorn

The house is very well kept and has all that you could possibly need and want. Made a few recommendations and the owner was super receptive and helpful- he definitely has the mindset of wanting his place to be the best for all of his guets. This was our 3rd visit to 7 mile and this is the place we would return to for a stay on 7 mile. John (owner) was super responsive and we so appreciated this - from pre-planning for our visit to our departure day! Till next time...

Highly recommend staying here. The condo is beautiful, roomy, and well stocked. The location on 7 mile beach is excellent. The beach is gorgeous. John the owner was very responsive. Stayed here for a week in June and it was a perfect rental.

The owners thought of everything you could possible need and then things you didn’t think you’d need but you were glad to have it available! The home is beautiful and the location is perfect! You don’t need to rent a car everything is close by or a short taxi ride away! Strongly recommend this property to anyone considering it!

Excellent property and accommodations. BarBQue area for the group was excellent. Owner was the best arranging times fir us to get in and stay a bit longer to meet travel schedules. Would stay here again and again.

Over the top ….. the beach was outside the back screened in sitting area directly on 7 mile beach. The property was stocked with all the basics you need and more. Property manager was super quick to respond. You could not ask for a better location on 7 mile beach.

First floor location is delightful as the first step out of the condo is right into the sand. The best feature of the condo is the owner, John. Cable TV failed early in our stay due to an issue with the cable system. John was extremely apologetic and overly accommodating until it was repaired. Thanks John!

Walk to almost everything you need.

My family had an incredible time staying at this condo. The location is perfect—less than 10 mins from the airport, on a beautiful, uncrowded section of 7 mile beach, within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The condo is just as stunning as the photos and was equipped with everything we could have wanted on our vacation including tons of sand toys in the garage that my toddler loved playing with. We hope to come back soon!
