All amenities/utilities are included; Brand NEW bedding, NEW towels, NEW mattresses (with fully enclosed allergy covers), pillows (also allergy covered) dishes, cookware, TVs, WIFI, cable and more. The kitchen is FULLY stocked to entertain. This home will fill your families heart and equally, a great spot for a romantic get-away. This home was perfect for my daughter and her family.
We needed extra room for our annual 4th of July celebration. This home was nicely decorated, very clean, and equipped with everything they needed.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. In a great area for walks along the water. It also has a nice fenced in back yard. The host was very responsive to questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Our biggest regret was that we didn't take a bike ride on the beautiful bike path a block away with the bikes provided by the homeowner.
The property and house were pristine. Perfect place for us!
I will say it was difficult figuring out the TV in the living room, and it may not hurt to throw a smart TV in 1 of the guest rooms. That's just how my family relaxes.
That aside, I feel like this is my forever property when I visit my folks!

We had a lovely time in this newly refinished house. They thought of everything we could have possibly needed. It was clean, comfortable, close to beaches, restaurants, and Downtown New Smyrna Beach shops and events. A lovely home away from home!

This property was in a great location! We were able to walk along the river, take a wick drive to walk along the New Smyrna beach, and easily get to shopping. The home itself had plenty of room for my husband and I to work from home while getting ready to close on our new home a couple miles away. The owner was great to communicate with.

This is truly a lovely property and the host is truly lovely too. Great communication in answering our questions. Fast to respond to questions. Very, very clean. Well stocked with kitchen equipment and utensils. Overall, a great home and would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this lovely home during the week between Christmas and New Year's. We were in town to visit family who live nearby. The home is clean and well stocked with everything you need. This is an updated home with modern bathrooms and kitchen. The pictures on the listing show the house just as it is. Very nice.
The bedrooms and beds are all very comfortable. There are also 4 cruising bikes and 2 children's bikes. The host was great to work with and excellent communication.

We traveled to Edgewater from Oregon for parents anniversary party. We are a family of 5, all our children are 18 and up. This house is nicely renovated, clean and all the comforts of home. The entire process with property manager was seamless.

Stayed here to fish Mosquito Lagoon. It was perfect. I needed a place to store my paddle boards, and the garage at this house worked great. Will stay there again.

Home was updated, very nice and clean and it had everything we needed and more. There is a beautiful walking path from the house to the waterway and we enjoyed playing games provided in the sunroom off the back of house.
