Newly renovated! Oversized one bedroom @ 950 sf. has all top of the line interior in all rooms. Crown molding throughout, kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops in all rooms, new cabinets, new lighting and all the amenities of home and overlooks dining & living area. Small built in desk in foyer. tile floors throughout. Flat screen in living eoom & bedroom with high speed internet. 2nd vanity off bedroom w/sink. tons of closet space. OceanView spectacular from 5th floor corner unit balcony open on 2 sides. Hurricane shutters. A tremendous amount of privacy. This condominium complex is a resort style living on the no drive beach of New Smyrna Beach. Complex offers well landscaped courtyards with beautiful oceanfront olympic sized heated pool, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, large patio gazebo, clubhouse and grills. This condo is conveniently located near the elevator and laundry room. Fully furnished with all the amenities. This is a non-smoking condo! You must be 25 years or older to rent this condo. Adults only - sleeps 2 We are only an hour away from Orlando, home of Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios and only 1/2 hour away from Daytona and Kennedy Space Center. New Smyrna Beach was voted 'Best Beach in Florida' by the readers of 'Floriday Monthly Magazine' and has numerous art galleries, live theatre, shopping and dining. Visit historic Flagler Avenue with its quaint shops, pubs and restaurants. This unit has been listed with VRBO since 2003 under listing #470255. I had to relist under new listing due to errors with VRBO. Hopefully you can still check it out with many 5 star ratings.

My daughter and I stayed at Debbie's condo. It worked well for our reunion with other family members who stayed in other condos at Coral Reef. The pavilion and swimming pool as well as proximity to the beach were perfect for visiting. All facilities were good - memory foam mattress was comfortable and couch worked fine also. Debbie was very helpful and fast in resolving a wi-fi problem. Patio had plenty of seats. Eclectic decor was very interesting.

Very clean and comfortable. The pool and beach were not crowded, and the location was great. I would recommend this property to any couple who wants to enjoy some quiet and relaxing time at the beach.

Enjoyed everything. Condo very nicely done and clean. Living space very comfortable. Had any type of appliance I would think of using. Easy access to pool, beach, shuffleboard. Liked that it was on the no drive section of NSB so bike riding was fun.

Great stay, unit was clean, great ocean view. Close to the elevator which was convenient. The bed was too soft for our taste not sure if it was worn out. We'd be back for sure!

My wife and I were looking for a short beach get away in New Smyrna Beach. This condo was perfect for the two of us. Excellent communication with owner before and during the visit. Great quiet location with plenty of parking. Everything was as described; well stocked, newly renovated kitchen, with a great ocean view from the balcony. Bed and couch in living room were both very comfortable. Separate areas in the bathroom were a plus. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Would recommend and definitely come back in the future.

Enjoyed our visit and the photos were spot on.
Pros-Good communication. With owner and VRBO. Unit is very Well stocked and quite clean. Easy access to unit and it is on top floor so nice quiet location. Comfy bed and large comfy couch. Large Dining table and breakfast bar with 4 stools. Good ocean view from patio that has nice teak furniture. Games are available and tv was large, clear and has good cable choices with some premium channels included such as golf channel. In contrast BR is light and airy. Comfy bed and lots of storage available. Walk in fully tiled shower and sink areas were nice. Closets were roomy. All appliances were working well and the keurig was perfect to start the day with. Just a few easy steps to the clean and large beach. Outside of building is kept clean and complex khas plenty of parking. A good stay.
Cons-open LR and DR area was a bit dark inside for our personal taste ( with no lights on) but owner has provided accurate photos so this was no surprise.
- one window shade had been taken down and was not rehung before we arrived. Toilet ran several times after use. Hole in wall behind couch could be patched ( we saw it when getting a great hole game the owner provided -had fun with that!).
None of these were ever big issues for us and so did not impede our otherwise enjoyable stay. These are just little things that perhaps could be addressed in advance for future guests.

We love taking our Anniversary vacations at New Smyrna Beach. We have found Castle Reef to be a great location. This is the second time we stayed in this condo and would gladly stay there again. The owner is very accommodating.

The property was as advertised, clean and comfortable with everything we needed, and the view of the beach from the balcony was actually better than the pictures. We enjoyed the pool and easy beach access.

Location, view and access to beach were great. As other reviews stated the bed was very soft so that may not be too everyone’s liking. The kitchen was very well equipped and beach chairs were available. I enjoyed sitting out in the patio and watching the waves.

Wonderful property. Communication from Debbie was great. We had a lovely stay with all the things we needed. The balcony with ocean view was just great. One quick note--bed was luxurious and you can tell a very nice mattress, but it is soft so may want to note if that's not your thing. Didn't bug me, but was tough for my partner.

Many thanks to Debbie for letting us enjoy her beautiful condo. Having stayed at Castle Reef multiple times before, the attention to detail, the fully equipped kitchen, and the incredible view of the ocean at all times made for an overall incredible time. We will be back!

This was awesome to place to for my husband and me. We condo is well furnished and just absolutely perfect for our vacation. Debbie is very easy to work with and when we return to New Smyrna we will definitely check her listing first!
