Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze from the spacious oversized deck of this amazing raised home here in Crystal Beach. Sitting just a short walk from the water, enjoying a picnic at the beach will be a breeze! Though it will be hard to pull yourself away from the sand, this home's interior will allow up to 9 guests to slip right into vacation mode with lots of beachy decor and an open layout that's perfect for large groups. Hop into the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar to prepare meals while still being part of the conversation. After watching the sunset, head into the living area and catch a movie on the flatscreen TV or share beach memories via the free WiFi. This home is located just 1000 feet from the beach, so you'll be able to enjoy the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico every day. Golfers can make the short, two-mile drive to the Crystal Beach Community Golf Course for a day of action on the greens. And if you've brought the kids, take them to Fun Spot Water Slide just two miles away. This area is also surrounded by several restaurants to choose from when you get hungry! One bedroom is equipped with one queen and a twin over full bunk bed and the other bedroom is equipped with one full and twin over twin bunk bed. THINGS TO KNOW Grilling under the house is not permitted. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: This home has a camera on the deck, under the house and facing the driveway for safety purposes. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

I’d rent this hour all the time, the location is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. They only thing is I wish was the water pressure was better and the drainage in the shower was better. I assume it’s from all the backed up sand. Those are all fixable. Other than that it was perfect for me and my guest and can’t wait to go back!!

Such a cool home! This lot stands out with its gnarly gravel + paved cement combo driveway. Pack wisely so you'll be ready for the 22-stair climb up wooden stairs to the huge 2nd story porch. The temp outside was 100+°F but it remained a chilly 69°F inside. The house is well-stocked with kitchen supplies and gadgets including a range, 2-slice toaster and microwave. We liked the spacious stainless steel farm sink because it can hold lots of various dish items. My wife and I really appreciated the separation of the two bedrooms. One quick note: we recommend packing your own favorite pillow/blanket for the kids or picky adults since they provided thin, generic blankets and sheets. The humongous sectional couch played a pivotal role in the entrainment and amusement of our fam. Overall we truly enjoyed the stay.

The home itself is beautiful and nicely appointed. You can’t beat the location and proximity to the beach and quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was exceptionally clean which was greatly appreciated.

well managed, nice living & dining & kitchen area and lots of parking downstairs. this is a nice place for a group of 6-8 people --- but you need to be comfortable in two bunkhouse style bedrooms. with not much storage space in the bedrooms. we got immediate & professional response from the property manager for an issue.

Our family of 6 stayed here for a long Memorial Day Weekend (Fri-Tues). The property is beautiful. It's a great open floorplan. We loved having 2 bathrooms (1 in the master and 1 off the main living area) and were happy to see the master included a tub-shower so we could bathe our littles easily. There were plenty of comfortable beds to choose from. That was probably the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on in a beach house, too! We enjoyed eating on the upper deck - plenty of seats for everyone - in the afternoon/evening shade. We enjoyed the rocking chairs and watched some neighborhood/beach fireworks each night. Incredible seeing all of the stars! The area below was perfect for the kids to run around, swing, and cool down from the sun. The outdoor shower came in handy to rinse all our sand off (and it was warm!). We walked to the beach one evening (but drove each day when we needed to lug all of our beach gear). The neighborhood has a gas station right at the entrance which was very convenient for ice, beverages, and random things we forgot. The beach was jam-packed on Sunday of the holiday weekend, so we were glad we stayed an extra night and got to enjoy plenty of beach space on Monday! The neighbors were very friendly, too. If you don't want to get your vehicle sandy, there are a ton of golf cart rental options nearby. The weather was perfect, no seaweed, and we found a lot of hermit crabs! It was a perfect getaway for our family and a welcome start to summer!

This house is the perfect spot for a stay near the water. It for everyone perfectly. Beds and sofas were comfy. Has all the essential staples that you need. Nice outside patio to sit and relax. I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as pictured on internet. Had power/USB connections everywhere in the house. Could see the Gulf down the street. Was a perfect stay for being the first time to use VBRO.

This is a great beach house; nice, spacious, comfy, clean. And it has great access to the beach, just a short walk down the street. The only issue we had, really confusion, was that the email we received said to set the thermostat to whatever we were comfortable with. Yet in the house, there is a sign above the thermostat saying 'do not touch'. We were okay, because it hadn't yet gotten hot. But had it gotten any warmer, we would have had to adjust it. The thermostat was set to 80.

Home was fantastic!
Really liked this house because it is just far enough away from the beach, so that the crashing waves don’t keep you up when it’s windy outside. Also, in the afternoon you can get a great nap on the deck without having direct sunlight on you. House has great WiFi and lots of kitchen essentials regarding pots, pans, plates, etc…. Only tiny issue was that we contacted the property management a few times and never heard back from her. Her vm was full, so couldn’t leave a message and never received a reply via text message. Other than that, it was great!

Crystal Beach Stay
Nice place- one compliant was there was no salt or pepper. Nothing to cook with. Please mention going forward that Kitchen does not provide anything other that glasses, silverware and pot and pans.

House was great, clean, amazing AC, however our last two nights we didn’t have wifi which meant no tv for the littles to settle down for bed, then our last day as we’re taking our trash out, the trash guys said they aren’t picking up the trash because the owner didn’t pay their bill! I’m assuming that’s why we lost the wifi also, likely didn’t pay that bill either. Makes me nervous because I don’t want them to attempt to say we damaged something or didn’t clean up and try to get money out of us. So I took a 3:30 minute video showing everything in the home. I know times are hard, so I don’t want to be harsh BUT this has made me quite nervous about which is why I took the video; to protect my family financially.

Girl’s Weekend
This property was perfect for our annual girl’s weekend! The two bedrooms were comfortable and the large living/kitchen area was perfect for eating, games, and conversation. Our family of 4 came to Bolivar for a wedding and wanted a house close to the beach that was cozy and a good space for relaxing. Man, did we hit the jackpot!! Beautiful decor, lots of room, and loved the deck area. Would definitely recommend!
