Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in. Beautiful 14th Floor Condo! The bright and tropical condominium offers large windows and expansive views of the Emerald Coast. Relax in the living room offering cozy furniture. Gather around the media center for low-key fun! Entertainment options include a 55-inch high definition flat screen cable TV, WiFi, and a DVD player. Doors off the living room lead to the gigantic 40-foot patio. Sip cocktails and watch the sun set, or start each morning invigorated with fresh air and views of the sea! Beyond the living room is dining table for six. The fully stocked kitchen offers extra seating with a breakfast bar, and every major appliance needed to whip up a fresh seafood feast! Offering two bedrooms and two baths, includes room for eight. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master suite (includes patio access), a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a queen-size sofabed in the living room and a day and night chest that pulls out to a queen size bed in the dining area. Additional home features include central AC, a private washer and dryer, and a condo unit parking space. Stroll to the beach for sunbathing, building sand castles, and swimming in the clear waters, then explore the city which offers wineries and nightlife, shopping along Pier Park, and family attractions like the Gulf World Marine Park. There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

The condo was dirty. Paint was peeling off the walls the tv on the master Bedroom did not work and none. Expected better.

Mattress in master so worn out you sunk down 10 inches, ice maker didn't work on refrigerator, dirty/grimy kitchen cookware, guest bathroom tub drain clogged, leaking facet, outdoor patio set rusted and in bad condition, no dish liquid, etc.

The overall stay was pleasant. The condo was clean and the location was good. The condo, even though nice, could use a bit of updating. The left sink faucet in the master bath leaked. The refrigerator ice maker doesn’t work properly. It kept getting hung up.

We think your cleaning person should be more thorough Dryer vent didn’t look like it had every been cleaned out. Baloney needed sweeping. Lots of stuff needed attention

So, we arrived just as Bike Week was ending, what an exciting event to see and hear! All was in readiness for us, the condo was clean, stocked with towels, linens and necessary paper stuffs for bath and kitchen, our thanks to the great staff! Pools and grounds are well kept. THE BEACH WAS HEAVENLY!

Condo was great but not fully cleaned. Hair left in shower. Horrible beds! The master bed completely sinks to the middle-felt like a 20 year old memory foam mattress. The guest bedroom was literally a thin mattress on a metal cot. I email The manager The first day, never a response. Pool closes at 10pm and you can’t even sit in the pool area after this time! For paying $2500, I expect a little more comfort and respect. Other than those issues, condo was decent, good location, but no thrills and way over priced.

Many things that need fixed in that condo. We had a wonderful stay don’t get me wrong, but things need to be fixed & updated ! Including the ice maker that didn’t work, the Queen room shower door, the king bath water handle, and a kitchen chair that could have hurt us !! We have stayed at Gulfcrest before. So expected better ! But will definitely be back, hoping a different condo that is better taken care of

The condo was big and roomy, but could use an update on paint new fixtures, furniture needs to be replaced in the living room it is worn. Upon on entering our room the door was unlocked and the keypad lock did not work the entire time we were there. we had to go back down to check in to get a key, The ladies working the front desk was very sweet and helpful. We emailed the property manager about the keypad and never even got a reply. The room smelled clean and for the most part it was the tub in the master was stained pretty bad and some of the furniture had been missed when cleaning. The overall outside property appeared to be clean and maintained. We loved the space in the condo, view and the large balcony and think with a little TLC this property could be an incredible place. Overall other than no reply from the property management about the door our stay was a good .

Atmosphere was great , check in was a little irritating the door code didn’t work to open the door had to contact the office took a little while for them to get back so we could get a key they knew the code wasn’t working prior to check in but didn’t let us know beforehand . Overall great place will stay again

Upon arrival found the door was unlocked because keypad didn't work had to get office to make a key couldn't get in touch with owner, floors were dirty and ice maker didn't work properly other than that it was a good stay

I love the location of this condo and the amenities were nice however, the unit itself needs some work! It is very dirty. The floors were filthy, the key code didn’t work upon check in. We had to call to get help getting in and they informed us that the key pads don’t work. That seems like something we should’ve been told prior to check in. There are 3 tv’s and only one worked. They were supposed to come back to fix the others and never heard from them and never could get anyone to answer the phone again. The beds were ABSOLUTELY horrible!! There was minimal utensils and supplies in the kitchen to cook with. This place needs a complete update and much better communication. I would stay at this resort again but not this unit.

Code pad on door inoperable. Upon arrival found unit unlocked and no way to lock door if you left unit. Called Emerald Coast to advise them and possibly get a key to use no response to resolve the issue. Broken lamps with one having the plug tape up @ the plug. Could not walk in the unit for the sand. Floors were not swept or mopped. Door under sink hanging on by one hing. Could not use any t.v. because their system operates off of Roku which had been removed by previous renters. The office of the Condominium was kind enough to give us a key to the door on Monday morning so we could lock it. After finally speaking to the management office of Emerald Coast on Monday we never got the issue of t.v., lamps, or anything else resolved. Won't book with them again.

This was the most disgusting place we have ever rented! Mold in the kitchen cabinets, cabinet doors falling off, stains all over the curtains and furniture. Bodily fluids on the pictures in the bedrooms. All of the floors were sticky with the balcony having visible food/drink/vomit/cigarette butts all over. Mold on the inside of the washing machine. Master shower handle is broken and was clogged with a huge clump of hair that my husband had to remove. All sinks leak, toilet runs. Not to mention that nothing is stocked in the kitchen, so if you want to eat or cook there make sure to bring your own stuff. I wish I could post pictures here. We ended up spending all of our time in 1605 and 1606 (which are beautifully maintained)where my family was staying. Emerald Coast (ECDI Property management) NEVER responded to our repeated emails and phone calls. They just don’t care once they get your money. Will be disputing charges for this rental.

My family and I have stayed at Gulf Crest many times over the last 30 years. This year was the worst, the unit had a distinct mildew smell upon entry, the master bedroom bath tub/shower had a faulty handle that would not turn on the water so we ended up with 1 and 1/2 baths instead of 2. The washer and dryer only worked part time and the washer was filled with mildew. Unit was terribly dated. I called and spoke with Christine; never heard back. E-mailed Emerald Coast and told them the issue, 2 days later they asked if someone had fixed the issue, I told them no and then never heard back. Issues with the unit are one thing, customer service another, it was terrible, still is. Doubt we'll go this route again.

The property is amazing. We always stay here, however do not EVER use this company. There were hidden fees and the booking was non-fundable so we were stuck with it. The unit was not super clean, there were things broken. And they charged a damage waiver that was not returned and upon inquiring about it, they stated it was non-refundable as well. Horrible company. Book through Gulf Crest Condominiums instead to stay at this great property.

Disappointed after 30 years
My family and I have stayed at Gulf Crest many times over the last 30 years. Over all we were happy. The mattress needs to be replaced. We loved the location. We needed a new coffee pot which was replaced right away. It was clean which was a big plus for us. love the area. We ate at many of the restaurants. Food very good. Loved the beach, was beautiful.

Overall the condo was great. We were here for a month. My only complaints are poor towels and no bowls (only two) for salad or cereal. Only 5 teaspoons. I would suggest future tenants bring their own bath towels and the few kitchen items mentioned. We had a great time otherwise.
