Great for hide away or change the atmosphere

Excellent hideaway during covid pandemic. Surrounded by nature but still remain comfort with most facilities you'd need. Good for kids exploring forest and stay away from electronic devices.

Don't have a site map. It would be very useful for guest knowing best place to park and how to get around the places.

Wer Ruhe sucht völlig richtig Dschungelfeeling

Es ist ruhig so wie wir es wollten. Entspannung pur abgelegen vom Trubel. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Erfüllte alle Sonderwünsche was Frühstück und Abreise anging. Absprachen werden alle über what’s App gemacht also total unkompliziert. Würde wieder kommen und ist weiter zu empfehlen. Man würde mit Tier Geräuschen geweckt einfach Dschungel feeling. Abend essen kann auch über what’s App bis 17.30 Uhr bestellt werden unsere Pizza war ok. Preise klar nicht wie auf dem Nachtmarkt dafür müssten wir abends bei langer Anreise nicht mehr weg und waren froh darüber. Room Service morgens und abends war klasse und pünktlich.

Leider gab es nur Croissant zum Frühstück kein Brot. Man konnte Zwichen 2 aussuchen americano und local was eigentlich ausreicht man ist als Europäer nur ein wenig verwöhnt daher keine Kritik. Betten und Handtücher wurden in den 3 Tagen nicht gewechselt. Vielleicht sollte man dann einfach eine what’s App schreiben uns hat es nicht gestört.

Alles im allem wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt :)

Man konnte früh die Äffchen im Baum beobachten :) Frühstück aufs Zimmer bestellen und es war wirklich schön ruhig und entspannend

Die Anbindung an die nächstgelegene Stadt ist nicht so gut .. Vorallem fährt so gut wie kein Grab :/

Die Lage mitten im Urwald ist unschlagbar und unbezahlbar! Die Tiergeräusche, die Affen auf der Veranda, die tolle Natur… ein einmaliges Erlebnis!

Love the closeness to nature environment, spacious room, food was good.

Lacking of clothes / towel hooks, no plug adapter for the 2-pin plug bed lamps in the room, wobbly balcony wooden chair and table need maintenance.

Nice to experience the sound of the jungle And different environments, nice idea Some of the food was good

The room was not clean , the bathroom was not clean They only ça he the bed sheets and towels but do not clean the floor, nor the toilet Way too overpriced for what it is

Camp in forest

The camp shelter next to pool .

Some schedule cleaning needed for the tentage roof and pathway to make them mold free . If can have more activities within the site would be better . Other than that it's just come sleep and u go .

Location is excellent, away from all the hustle and bustle. The room is nice too.

Wifi - low coverage (probably given the location of the place) but we are required to log in every time the password expires, and the wifi only allows up to/capped at a minimum number of devices. In-room breakfast was so so too.

Wonderful escape ❤️

Me and my family stayed in a tent with 2 queen bed inside. The room is spacious and the whole room includes the toilet is very clean. The toilet is spacious too, it comes with water heater. The food (breakfast and dinner) taste delicious and colorful. Cars couldn't drive further into the tent area, but they have concierges and buggy car to help in transportation and pick up our luggage up to our room. The place is quite, a good place to rest our mind from hectic work place. The pool is slightly small in size but enjoyable to swim with astonishing view and environment. Everything is perfect, staff working on 12.3.2023-13.3.2023 are all excellent, from house keeping, security, front desk registration, kitchen staff and every one that had attended us on these days are very well trained, polite, helpful and responsible. There is only two suggestion I would made, first, looking forward for this place to have second swimming pool which is nearby the location of C area, as the pool located far at A area, quite far to reach the pool especially if you have kids, you need to walk further. Hope they also put many signage or directions to show how to get to the restaurant or pool area as it's easily to walk to wrong places. Second suggestions, would be happy to see if the management will build a bigger and a proper security post at the entrance area, reason for this, for safety purpose of the security at night. The security are exposed to mosquitoes, might end up getting dengue. 😊

EXhilarating

the calm, green surrounding is just perfect solitude! we did our morning walk around the resort. wifi is weak which is good for us to stay away from our phones.

pool was small & for the price we pay, the resort should have a decent bottled body wash & shampoo instead of having those in small packets. Food ordered could be served hot.

Nice jungle hotel, clean rooms, but there is nothing. Breakfast ist not good.

The hotel is in the middle of a jungle, you can hear and observe animals. The rooms (excluding the bathroom), are large and clean.

The hotel is very remote. You can't do anything there without a rental car. The breakfast is very small and offers only Asian food. If you want dinner, the maximum time is 08:30 PM and the order must be placed by 05:00 PM. This is not customer oriented.
