This is an amazing two-bedroom unit, in a triplex, which sits on the street level, overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. There is a large living room and kitchen with granite counters and appliances, plus everything you could ask for to cook for your group. This unit has everything you could possibly need for an amazing beachfront vacation! There is no outdoor patio for this property, but the dining/living room has floor-to-ceiling glass windows that completely open, so you can let in the sun, breezes, and sound of the ocean. Portable AC is available upon request. PARKING: 1 Car (Designated Space in the Garage) Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054. (***PERMIT IS REQUIRED to PARK AT OUR OFFICE. PLEASE COME INTO THE OFFICE FOR A PARKING PERMIT; IF THE OFFICE IS CLOSED, PLEASE LEAVE US AN EMAIL) All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos. We loved staying here. The view is incredible with the sight, sound, scent of the ocean just outside the living room doors. It was well kept and clean, with comfy beds. The host was responsive to questions & requests via text. My one suggestion would be for full sized coffee mugs. The ones provided didn't accommodate the lowest 8oz setting on the Keurig.

Incredible view out the large bay windows. Beds were nice. Good size kitchen, and all the supplies we needed. Washer/Dryer. A few minor design issues such as the mirror in one bathroom being so low that the faucet bumped into, and not having enough by the door to brush sand off our sandals, but overall a very good stay.

The view is as spectacular as shown! I loved being on the second story for the privacy. The place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. A few small wonky things (an odd shower in one bathroom and a very minimal flow sink in the other, due to the mirror frame impeding its movement) were easily forgotten because of that ocean view. Management was quick to respond to our needs. Great spot.

The location and property itself were outstanding and delivered exactly what we were looking for.
A few issues we ran into was some very poor wifi signal which made TV almost impossible the first night. However, they were quick to get someone out and have the wifi reset and it was much better the rest of the trip.
Another issue we had was the day we arrived, the curtains at the back of the property where the doors open up were open and none of the ACs were running. So when we arrived, it was easily upper 80's in the property which you can imagine with a 4 year old and a 1 year old, that made things difficutl. It took hours to cool down.
The last issue we had was when we came back from Legoland and found a car parked in our spot with another car blocking that car as well, so we had no way of getting in. I had to track down who it was and it was the cleaning crew.
Other than all of these issues, we would definitely come back again. We loved the location and the property!

The view is unbeatable. The Property Management team is quick to respond - our wifi went down and they fixed it within 20 minutes. The furniture is a bit old and worn. It should be replaced for the price. The bed was very comfy. There is absolutely no a/c and some screens were missing so you couldn't just leave the windows open. We were able to see dolphins and sea lions right from our living room. Unless you are sitting in the ocean, you can't get closer! No cars can drive on the road so it's you and the ocean with a few passers by. Very peaceful.

Beach getaway
The place was perfect for my wife’s birthday weekend. Amazing view, great location, walking distance to great shops, restaurants, breweries, and wine tasting. Super comfortable beds. We will definitely be back.

other than a couple of quirky items, the condo was a nice place to stay. oceanfront view was great!

This property on the beach was amazing!!! We kept the windows open all day and I love the sound of the ocean!! It was so close! And only a 15 minute walk to the pier. I was a little sad that the restaurant at the end of the pier was closed but there was a lot of other restaurants around. We had garage parking which was great and a washer and dryer in the condo so very convenient. We cooked in quite a bit because the kitchen was great. Loved it!!

Family vacation
Overall good. We had stayed in this same complex 5-6 years ago and there has been some wear and tear as expected as it was brand new our first time. This is an expensive unit so I may be a bit more critical here. There were some hiccups this time as our stove, microwave, front door electronic lock all malfunctioned during our stay. One night we had to hoist my oldest son up to a high window we had left open so that we could go to dinner and not get locked out. There was a community grill last time but that area was turned into another unit. A small community grill for the few units that don’t have one would be nice. The maintenance people were all very friendly and pretty accessible. They were around a lot which was nice. Our mattress was sunken in, as I find in many vrbos.

Downside was I specifically asked if we would be in walking distance to the ocean to set up our chairs and stay put. Answer was yet but the reality was that we have to walk about a mile to reach the accessible beach area so we drove each day.
Code to open door was wrong - and it took a while to get the correct code texted. That was stressful after a long day of driving. Ice maker didn't work and no response to 2 of my texts. While driving home, we received an email that we had a new charge of $150 for pets. We had zero pets! I texted and the reply was that housekeeping reported lots of pet hair in the bed! I replied that it could be hair on my son's hoodie that he washes every couple wears. Rep apologized and said she would credit within 10 days. We shall see. Check your bill is my advice. Overall, nice stay. But it should be for the amount we paid.
