great location and house, will absolutely come back

This house was perfect for our needs. We had two couples in town for RPI. The garage was great for storing the bikes. The location was perfect to walk or ride to The starts and dinner later in the evenings. The house was exactly as listed. Communication with owner was quick and easy. If/when we do the ride again we will certainly chose to stay here again

The fenced backyard was perfect for our mid-sized dog and the house was equipped with all the amenities we needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Our third year staying here. Always comfortable. Beautifully maintained. Good sheets, towels, kitchen equipment. Grounds are well kept. Comfortable patio and outside dining. Property manager on call when needed. (nothing serious)

The house is warm and welcoming and owner is thoughtful and responsive. The location is walking distance to River Run with skis on your shoulder and two busses/hour to cart you back when your legs are shot. Nothing but positives to say.

First off I must say that I am very particular about cleanliness; I detect the least amount of mold and any odors. That said this town house passed all my tests with flying colors. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless with excellent appliances. The patio was a wonderful place to have drinks, read and be comfy cozy. The back yard is a marvelous place for dinner sitting amongst beautiful red begonias. The master bedroom is lovely with a very comfortable bed, good linens and a great shower. In the summer the house needs no A/C and stays cool day and night. You might even need a sweatshirt in the morning. This part of Ketchum is extremely quiet and yet just a bit more than a half mile from town. Also, the house is in walking distance to River Run Ski Lift at Baldie Mountain; the bike trail is 2 blocks away. And the Big Wood River is accessible across from the tennis courts, not far from the house. Finally, the owners are very accessible, as is the property manager. We have already scheduled for our third visit.

We drove in from Hailey airport, parked the car in the garage & only used it twice the whole week. Downtown Ketchum is a short 5 minute walk. The house has everything we needed. Also, it is finished with high end furnishings and accessories that give it a 5 star feel. While we were there the weather got very hot (low 90's). But by closing windows, blinds & bedroom doors the whole house stayed comfortably cool. We loved sitting on the patios - front & back. Also walking the trail to River Run Plaza and beyond.

Towne home was very clean and updated. Like the open concept on the main floor and the big bedrooms upstairs. Having a garage was essential because we had a place to store all the toys we brought with us. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. Very close to everything: skiing; ymca (great pool for the kids); food (our favorite quick food was Wrap City lunch and breakfast!); bike trail; We would stay here again for sure. Would love to come back during the summer!

A lovely and well appointed home . Obviously the owners care about their property and spend time there. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen is there. We had a great ski vacation while staying here.

The home was perfect,very clean and organized. Wonderful for skiing and walking the trail. Walking distance into town, it is a definite little gem.

We loved our stay in this townhouse. It is beautifully furnished, with comfortable furniture, interesting art and with all the conveniences of home. The kitchen is well equipped. We ate several of our meals at the house and found all the necessary tools to make a great dinner. We were a short walk from central Ketchum, moments from the bike path. The house and garage had great storage space for all our recreation gear! We heartily recommend staying in this lovely, comfortable home and would choose it again for a return trip!

Beautiful townhouse in West Ketchum that allows a small dog. We loved the kitchen and the large bedrooms which accommodated our family of 5 quite nicely. Quiet neighborhood within a 6-8 minute walk to town.

We loved this home! It was beautiful and convenient to everything! It was very comfortable and we would stay here again if available! The owner was so easy to work and would email me back immediately if I had any questions. The home was very well stocked also. We had a great vacation!

This home is a perfect family get away. The layout works very well for families and could also work well for two couples as one room has a king en suite bath and one room is a queen en suite bath. Then the bunk room has a bath in the hallway if both families had some kids who didn't mind sharing the room. We were one family and each of our daughters took one of the bedrooms and it worked out perfectly. The layout of the rest of the home was great. There is a lovely living area and the kitchen has absolutely everything you could want. We didn't really do much cooking while we were there, but if we had we wouldn't have needed to buy anything like spices, etc. The homeowner is great in that they leave behind the essential spices/condiments, etc., that people buy when they travel and then never use completely. Loved the design of the kitchen countertop being one solid concrete counter with integral sink - pretty cool. Has a nice bar area and desk for setting up your work space if you are someone like me who always has to work when on vacation. The outside areas were perfect for sitting and reading a book or setting up for dinner. And, of course, location was just what we wanted - easily able to walk to the center of town. My family are "walking" people so we walked to all the restaurants we went to, to the shopping, to the grocery store and even walked up to the Sun Valley lodge which is only about a mile out of the main part of town. Perfect location. The homeowner was wonderful in making the arrangements, very personable. We would most definitely stay in this townhome again when we visit Sun Valley if it is available. We travel there often enough and I have never found a place that I wanted to return to again, but now we have!
