This unique property is set up on a hill, atop a natural canyon with only one neighbor and beautiful ocean views of the Pacific. Just recently, we have decided to open it up so others could enjoy what we have experienced for many years. We are only 10 minutes from the famous San Juan Mission, 20 minutes to Irvine and Irvine Spectrum and about an hour to Los Angeles or San Diego. Its also a short 45 minutes to Disneyland, Sea World or Lego Land your sense of seclusion in this home is unique. Large enough for a Small Group Get-Away, this ultra private ocean view home is close to restaurants, great dining and the beach! You'll have great views of the ocean from almost every room downstairs and the master bedroom suite upstairs. You’ll love the space because of the outdoor decks, the backyard and the comfy, quality beds. The home is great for families and business travel. David’s home is by far the most comfortable and beautiful VRBO we have ever stayed in! It is extremely spacious and has absolutely gorgeous ocean views in the backyard. It was amazing to experience the sunrise and sunset from the backyard deck and the master suite balcony. The home is stocked with everything you need and then some. We loved utilizing the cozy fireplaces at night, in the living room and master bedroom. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are very kind. We also enjoyed getting to know the city during our stay. There are endless dining options available within a close distance. David is an awesome communicator and made our stay flawless from check in to check out. We are so thankful to have come across this listing and highly recommend David’s VRBO to anyone looking for a place to stay in the San Clemente area. We will definitely be booking again next time we need accommodations in that area.

This is a nice, large home in an upscale neighborhood. There’s an abundance of privacy and as can be seen from the photos, the view from the backyard is incredible. There’s plenty of room and kitchen implements are provided. David’s a good host and very responsive.

Best House!
My husband and I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb/VRBO properties over the last several years and David's was the best overall, no comparison.
The neighborhood is quiet yet friendly with a great grassy area on the other side of the street from the house. The backyard is big and completely fenced in so it was perfect for our dog. And the view of the ocean was amazing! We sat outside on the deck all the time. The master bedroom is large with a comfortable bed and has a nice en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was stocked for cooking with pots, pans, and even a crock-pot. David was available right away via phone or text. We kept extending our stay over and over because we enjoyed our time at David's so much.

Gorgeous view of canyon and ocean beyond.
Nicest VRBO I've stayed in. Beautiful home, very nicely appointed (even a grand piano!) and decorated. Very comfortable with beautiful views from many rooms. Very friendly host. Excellent communication. Can't say enough good about this home. Highly recommended.

Best View & Very Nice Home!
This home was awesome, had a great view and everything was clean and nicely organized. Home comes with things you’ll need at the beach that save us a lot of money. Only thing I would say it needs would be a hammock to fall asleep on the beautiful patio :)

Beautiful Ocean Views !!!
The Home was spacious and exceeded our expectations. The property had every amenity for our large family. The backyard area had a great view of the ocean and was perfect for BBQs. Would definitely stay here again.

The master bedroom with ensuite bath is huge and has a nice balcony with views. The other three bedrooms were regular size and had enough beds for everyone. The kitchen opens to the dining room and has everything you need if you decide to cook a full meal. The outdoor grill is great too. There are two big TVs in the house, one with Apple TV which we connected our iPads to in order to watch movies and TV series. The house is located in a subdivision on top of the hill and you need to drive to the beaches. There is no neighbor on one side, so it felt very private . We spent a lot of time in the backyard appreciating the beautiful views. The decor was quite old fashioned, but it didn't take away from the experience.
