Direct access to Highway 82, this road is the first cleared and ready for full operation first thing in the morning. It is about a 25 minute drive to skiing in Aspen, and great access to local Nordic trails and backcountry skiing. The south facing deck gets lots of glorious sun all winter. The fishing is also excellent in the winter. One of the deepest holes on the Roaring Fork is located in front of the property. Go deep with small nymphs and a big brown will be the reward.
