Visit nearby restaurants or enjoy an outing to nearby attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. This resort is a beachgoer’s dream! Pelican Isle Resort is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. No smoking inside condo units, on balconies, or in common areas. This applies to all substances, regardless of legal status. Violators are subject to penalties. Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. Oversized vehicles will fit in the parking garage. This 1 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and dining area. A living room with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders with direct gulf views, and a private balcony. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, blackout draperies, and a flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second full size bathroom. A set of twin size bunk beds in the hallway. Full size stackable washer and dryer in unit. 12 Cup/K-pod coffee Center Free wireless internet Keyless Lock- Self check-in Elevator Swimming pool (Heated seasonally) Hot tub Grilling area Fitness center Beach Service Included (March- October) 2 chairs and an umbrella We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner. One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us. We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Discounted monthly rates available November- February. Pelican Isle condo was nice and very clean. It lacked a pantry/storage for food items. But the listing did provide 2 beach chairs. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a short getaway.

Great place on the beach. Only drawback was the master bedroom closet was packed full of supplies. No room to unload suitcases and store them.

It had everything you could think of. Beach towels and chairs were included which is great so we didn't have to pack ours. The place was so clean. Plus it had cleaning supplies if you needed them. Looking forward to renting the place again.

We love the soft white sands of Okaloosa Island. The beach service was great and the paddleboard rentals were reasonably priced. The unit was clean and exactly as described and pictured. The building and parking were well maintained. We had everything we needed to prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely stay again with Kimberly Lang properties.

We absolutely loved staying here again. We love the easy beach access and the views are stunning. The condo had more that enough room for the 4 of us too. My kids are already planning our next trip.

Property was perfect for what we needed. We were further down the beach which was nice not as crowded as those big resorts. Beach service was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay there again. Communication with rental company was great, they answered within minutes.

Our stay was great! Condo was clean, plenty of supplies (but no salt/pepper lol), location was great! The only negative comment we have is that housekeeping came and banged on our door at 8:15am on the day of checkout. We didn’t have to check out until 10, we were still asleep, and it was rude. Not just knocking, banging. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The view was amazing. So easy with the check in and out. They had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen space was perfect for cooking breakfast before heading out to the beach. everything from paper towels, utensils, pots and pans were provided.

Absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. No need to bring beach towels or buy any cleaning supplies, or even laundry detergent. It is all provided! It was wonderful to sit on the balcony every morning and have our coffee, we even saw dolphins one morning.

We had the best time on our trip. The condo had the perfect view, best location right by the beach and was fully stocked with all our necessities. After staying at the same condo in Destin for years, we decided to give Okaloosa Island a try. I must have looked at 100s of condos, and I am so glad we chose this one. The location was great - far from the crowded beaches, but still convenient to restaurants and attractions. The view from the balcony was stunning- i enjoyed watching the sunrise while having coffee and saw dolphins several times. The condo was just as advertised and spotless. It was so clean that my son ran right into the patio door because he thought it was open! The bed was comfortable and my kiddo loved the bunk beds. Everything was well stocked, especially linens and towels. I loved that beach towels were provided! We had a wonderful vacation, and will definitely be staying in this condo for all future visits!
