Great location!

The apartment worked well for our stay in Venice. It is a 2 minute walk to St. Marks Square, 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge, and close to many restaurants. Our host, Andrew, was very friendly and gave excellent directions to get to the apartment and met us at the water bus station to escort us to the apartment. The apartment was as advertised and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

Andrew was wonderful. He gave us perfect directions to get into Venice and met us at the vaporetto stop to show us this great place. Newly renovated, air conditioned and beautifully kept. The pictures are representative. The apartment is in a quiet private courtyard behind a gate not more than 2 city blocks from St. Marks square. Unbelievable! If this property is available, we would not even look at other possibilities the next time we come to Venice.

Andrea met us at the Waterbus and walked us to the apartment which was in a great area of Venice close to all of the major attractions. He was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and other local attractions as well as answering any questions we had via WhatsApp immediately. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including comfortable beds which was nice after a long day of travel. We would highly recommend this apartment!!

Absolutely love this little gem. Located in the heart of San Marco close to everything. Beautifully updated with all the latest technology. Come home to a wonderful rain shower or relax and enjoy a nice courtyard. One of the best breakfast cafés is just out your front door. Enormous amount of linens and well accompanied kitchen supplies. Highly recommend Andrew as your host in this adorable two bedroom unit. A king bed and two twins available. Four of us enjoyed our stay and the beautiful island of Venice.

We had the best time discovering Venice from this amazing centrally located flat. Being so close to Basilica San Marco, literally just feet away, you would think that you would hear the noise and feel the chaos but because it is tucked away it was quiet and relaxing. We had everything we needed and Andrew was such a gracious host. Even coming to let us back in after I locked us out with a smile on his face, on his birthday no less. Thanks so much Andrew! You and your place helped make Venice magical for our whole family.

This property is an excellent location. Close to everything. Restaurants in every corner. We could get breakfast or coffee as we walked out of the apartment. Apartment was very clean. Andrea met us at the stop he mentioned. Very informative. Thank you again! Definitely would stay again at his properties.

Schöne Wohnung mit Stil im Herzen der Altstadt im 1.OG eines alten Gebäudes. Es fehlt nichts, Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Im Herbst an das Hochwasser denken, sonst gibt es Probleme...

The property is newly renovated while maintaining historical Venetian charm. Quiet location, steps away from the bustle of Piazza SM. Apartment was clean, and very well set up for visitors. Air Conditioning was enjoyable given the summer heat. Great space for family of 4.

Loved it!! This family knows how to manage rental properties. Stayed all over northern Italy and this was the ONLY one that I would recommend!!!

My husband and I just spent 3 days in Venice. We were met by Matilde after getting off the water bus. She was very wonderful. She showed us where to go and gave us some recommendations on where to eat and find a few places we had asked about. The apt was great! It was VERY quiet, a must for us! The location is absolutely perfect to see the sights! There is a coffee shop next door and many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The square is only about 5 mins away as well. The Gondola ride stop is less than 5 minutes away. The kitchen has just about everything you need to make meals as far as pots, pans, etc.. We did have two issues. The apt was supposed to be feather free and was not. If you are allergic I would check the day before arrival to make sure it is feather free. The issue was taken care of, there is extra sheets,pillow cases and blankets so I was able to change the bedding. The only other thing I can say is that the bed is not very comfortable, it sinks down a bit in the center, so not great. But overall I still give the apt 5 stars. We would definitely stay again and recommend to our family and friends!!

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder – 11 und 13 Jahre) reisten Ende Februar 2019 in der Woche vor Rosenmontag nach Venedig. Für uns ein super Zeitpunkt, da die Stadt nicht so voll war, wir aber auch einen guten Eindruck von Karneval in Venedig erhalten haben. Es waren schon viele Verkleidete mit tollen Kostümen unterwegs. Die Wartezeiten bei den Hauptattraktionen um den Markusplatz waren nirgendwo länger als 10 Minuten. Wir wurden an der Vaporetto Haltestelle Rialto abgeholt und zu der Wohnung geführt. Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne, neue Wohnung und sie ist nur ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Markusplatz entfernt. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage, ist es in der Wohnung angenehm ruhig, da der Eingang zur Wohnung in einem privaten Hof liegt. Die Fenster des Wohnraums und des Hauptschlafzimmers zeigen in Richtung des Innenhofs. Das Kinderschlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten hat ein Fenster mit Blick auf eine gegenüberliegende Mauer ( unsere Kinder haben sich daran nicht gestört und sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt ). Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wir bekamen auf alle Fragen schnelle Antwort per WhatsApp. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen und können sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Location: the best we could find, just few steps from San Marco square, extremely quiet corner, perfect both for easy sight-seeing and stay. Accomodation: wow, probably the best accomodation we rented ever, freshly renovated, extremely comfortable, perfectly cleaned and furnished, everything new and finely working. We had a great stay. Service: nice and quick deal, precise directions, warm welcome (picked up at waterbus stop and nicely lead to the apart) and great suggestions about restaurants and shops. What else?
