Welcome to Paradise! Comfortable, clean and spacious, our condo is the perfect spot to vacation or escape the cold, year round. 2 Bedrooms and 2 full baths with recently updated kitchen, open to the family room. Our balcony is the perfect place to watch the dolphins play, and of course take in the ever changing view. Master bedroom has a private bath, a king sized bed and a twin trundle bed, with a beautiful SW corner window to the Gulf! The second bedroom also boasts a king sized bed, and the same Gulf view. Living room has comfortable furnishings with a full sized sofa/sleeper. The dining room table seats 6. Washer & Dryer in condo unit. All rooms have a TV, the kitchen is fully stocked and we even supply you with start up paper, detergent and household products, plus beach towels and a few beach chairs! Feel like a guest, not a tenant! Reserved, covered parking is just steps from the elevator and there is outside storage for your toys. Sans Souci also has out door parking for boats & RV’s, and an outdoor grilling area! Pool, and hot tub with a convenience store & Peg Leg Pete’s (most popular locals restaurant on the beach) right across the street. On the trolley line in peak season, with sidewalks to walk or jog, and bike paths, you’re going to love it here! So please, be our guests Mi condo is Su condo!

This was just the perfect place for me, my husband and our parents to stay. The two king size beds was the clincher for us. The place was clean, comfortable and very well equipped to meet all of our needs. When we visit Pensacola Beach, this will be the place we look to rent!

Only one thing … the beach is getting shorter not much room to set up.. nobody’s fault.. but condo was awesome!

We have shopped and stayed at many beach condos for years since our kids were young and this place checks all the boxes for convenience, comfort and fun. Now we are going with the grandkids and I am ready to book this one again for our next visit. Thank your for making us feel so welcome at your awesome home.

Condo was in excellent shape and well equipped! Great location. Beach wasn’t crowded in September and across the street from great restaurant and convenience store.

We had a wonderful time, the condo had everything we needed, plenty of space, nicely stocked, a perfect view of the Gulf and across from our favorite restaurant Peg Leg Pete's (we had dinner there 4 times). The parking space and beach supplies in the storage locker were amazing. We also loved how close it is to the beach. We will definitely be coming back to unit 409!!!!!!

We traveled as a family of 4 from Louisiana. Other family members were camping at Fort Pickens Campground, the closeness made it so easy to keep in touch daily with everyone.
The property was RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Literally steps away. Traveling with a 9 and 3 year old meant lots of stuff to bring down with us and the walkway to beach distance was a dream come true!
The condo was in remarkable shape and super clean! The owners allowed access to the storage unit downstairs that gave us a place to keep our beach items and not have to lug back upstairs. The parking spot was directly in front of the elevator access, ummmm hello- SUPER PERK!!!! Let me not forget Tom Thumb across the street with a booming restaurant next door.

This was the perfect amount of space. Not too big, not too small. Well equipped and very clean. We loved that they had some beach towels and beach gear available for us to use. Easy access to restaurant across the street, a small convenience store for basic needs and a trolley stop! Would definitely stay again! Owners were extremely responsive and very welcome!

We are a family of 6 and we absolutely loved our stay. Everything was just perfect! We had plenty of space for all of us. And the owners had everything there that we needed. Thank you again!

From the day we booked till the day we checked out, everything was simple and perfect. Communication was fast and great. Check in was super simple, and she worked with us since we got there a little early. The condo was exactly as listed, and the extras thrown in made it better! Great location, great view. We will be going back and we can’t wait!

The condo has a parking place at the door to the elevator. You can’t get any closer. The condo itself was clean and very comfortable. The beach towels were a plus. There were so many extras that you don’t normally find. Snacks, beach towels, first aid needs, spices, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying here. Absolutely love the location with its proximity to a great restaurant. Both bedrooms are spacious and have king beds which was perfect for us. Property manager was great to work with and responded promptly to all messages. Would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was ideal and the view was gorgeous. It was easy to get to the beach and the hot tub by the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. A couple of suggestions: it was hard to see in the unlit storage closet where all the beach items were kept, and the umbrella should be replaced.

The condo was great. The owner has everything we needed and way more than we expected. The snacks were great for when we arrived before we made the grocery run. The location was great also. The owner provided chairs, umbrellas, and multiple beach toys and games. Can’t wait to come back next year.

We had difficulty getting into the condo initially because the door lock wasn’t working properly.

We have stayed at San Souci before and love the view. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Including the basket of snacks on the counter when we walked in. Unloading our bags was very easy. Plenty of carts and parking was convenient.

The Condo was very clean and comfortable, with all you need for your stay including a thoughtful welcome basket. The Condo overlooks the beautiful Beach, sunset and sunrise, full moons and stars are enjoyed from the balcony. Covered Parking for one car is directly in front of the garage entrance to the building and lifts. Trolly carts provide easy unloading from car to condo. A designated storage room has all you need for the beach. Across the road from Peg Leg Pete's bar and restaurant serving great food, drinks and entertainment. We had a wonderful stay and will be back, highly recommended!

The owner was very accommodating and thorough in the instructions for our stay and the condo was very well stocked compared to other ones we have stayed at.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone and we would love to stay again on our next visit

Went to Pensacola for 5 days. Condo was clean spacious ,most beautiful view of ocean everything was convientfromparking to restaurants and stores. Love it there because its more on quiet side. This was our second year staying here. This place has it all. Great beach access, a nice pool, and a wonderful location near restaurants and things to do. We loved staying here and will be back again.

We really enjoy our stay at San Souci but especially this trip in our new home (409). MaryAnn was great to work with and the unit was very nicely appointed. We could not have asked for a better stay except for the potential visit by IAN. Look forward to going back next year

We loved our stay at unit 409. The San Souci is just the best, and we've stayed at several different units, but this was by far the best! Clean, comfortable, all the amenities, and then some. The kitchen was so well stocked and the welcome basket was such a treat. We'll certainly be booking again for our next beach trip!

Communication was excellent. MaryAnn was very professional and courteous. The condo is fully stocked with pot/pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. We even saw a stock pot for crab boils. The beds were comfortable and the patio was a nice size. There was a lovely gift basket upon arrival with a variety of snacks. The storage has lots of things to borrow during the trip (chairs, floats, beach toys, canopy, etc). Everything was very clean. The Welcome Book answers most questions you might have like, wifi password, description of condo contents, departure procedures, gate and storage codes, and tons of restaurant info, and much more. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything was wonderful! We had a great time and the property owner was very prompt and helpful when needed. Super clean, kid friendly, great beach view and access. Our kids enjoyed the basket of snacks! We had fun hunting seashells and loved the pool and Jacuzzi area as well. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I have been coming to Sans Souchi every year for the past 10 years and this was our first time staying in this unit. Our normal unit was already booked but we were so lucky to find this one still available. I’m so glad we did because we all loved this unit way more! The beds were so comfortable and the unit had everything you could possibly need. The views were breathtaking as always from the balcony, but I was pleasantly surprised to have those same amazing views from both bedrooms (a rare find at this complex). Covered parking and a storage locker for all of our beach stuff was an added bonus. MaryAnn was so helpful during our checkin and checkout process. She is a true gem to work with. We hope to come to our home away from home for many more years to come and plan to reserve this unit from here on out!

My sister and me enjoyed the condo the beach it was so nice quiet peaceful needing time to enjoy being away from work and it was perfect. Everything u need is supplied beach chairs umbrella beach towels water toys if u bring children. Hope to visit again someday.

W enjoyed our 2 week stay at this condo . The spaces were clean , amenities plentiful, and kitchen fully stocked. Though the weather did not cooperate a lot of the time we enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the water. We were disappointed the pool was not operating though it did appear work was being done on the pool. We would definitely consider renting again!
