Come relax on numerous oceanfront balconies and a pool deck at sunrise or sunset, while being entertained by nine wall hanging big flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and living rooms throughout three different floors fully equipped with high definition televisions and extended cable service that include Disney, ESPN, and the Cooking & Travel channels. The spacious living area has been decorated and furnished with leather sofas and soft comfortable chairs overlooking the blue Atlantic Ocean. There are two large full kitchens located on the first and second floor. Home is a duplex. So you must exit the front of the house to move between the 3/3 downstairs and the 4/4 upstairs. It was a challenge with kids and pool access.
Advertised with spa / hot tub. Only has bath tubs.
Beach access is not direct from property.
There are 4” lips in all wet spaces, trip hazards for sure.
Fridges both dirty. Missing and broken shelves in fridges.

Despite all of the positives, this property was TIRED and barely provisioned with the basics. 1st floor cabinets were beat up. Dryer barely worked. No hot tub as indicated in listing. Rear lights not working. Minimalist TV in living room on 1st floor. Bedding was minimalist with one thin blanket over the sheet - Overnight low was in the 40s and we had thermostats that were locked with AC setpoint of 68! Next morning, we had three glasses and 2 bowls in a place that sleeps 18. They quickly brought by glasses but told us to buy paper bowls for our family Christmas Eve dinner.
Positives: We enjoyed our family gathering at this beachfront location. It is in a great locale right on the beach and we had plenty of room to accomodate our visting family members. We had local family joining for meals so it was great with lots of seating and table space for everyone. The place is large and is promoted as sleeping 18.

We spent the Thanksgiving week with our family on the ocean. The location of this property is excellent! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars. You are also close to grocery and liquor stores (about a 5 minute drive at most).

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Jax Beach! We were celebrating my husband's retirement from the Navy. There was plenty of room for all of our family. The views were 100%. FYI- the 2nd and 3rd floor is NOT connected to the first floor. You have to exit the first floor outside and climb outdoor stairs to enter the 2nd floor. The second/third floor does not connect to the pool area. We wish that they added stairs to the 2nd floor balconies to be able to access the pool easier. Marco- the property manager was quick to respond and answered all questions! Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved how convenient the location in Jax beach was. Close to groceries and restaurants

This VRBO property was absolutely perfect for our family. We were 5 families, ages 1-81 with ample room for relaxation or gathering together for meals and great conversation. I would highly recommend this property. It had everything we needed and more. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful, clean, well-furnished, and the oceanfront views fron the second and third levels were gorgeous. There were a number of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, and a Publix supermarket was 3 minutes away by car. Just a few negatives that caused us to give it 4 stars overall instead of 5. Because the house is split into 2 units (which we knew when we booked it), there was no direct access from the upper unit to the pool area.This necessitates exiting the upper unit on the street side, going down 2 flights of steps, and either cutting through the lower unit or around the outside of the house to get to the pool, which can be quite a trip with small children in tow. Dresser storage and closet space in the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor that share a bath was very poor. One closet was pretty much consumed by the washer and dryer, and the "dressers" in the rooms consisted of a small cabinet and a bookcase, both of which were in poor condition with broken hardware, doors, and drawers and were unusable. Other minor issues included a lack of cereal bowls and coffe mugs in both units (only 3 or 4 of each in both units), maybe adding a wastebasket to the 2nd floor washer and dryer closet, snd maybe adding some additional hooks or other storage to the shared bath as counter space and storage are very limited. Those issues aside, the property was very nice, the owner communicated well, and we would stay there again.

This house is amazing! Right on the beach and with a pool. It is a gem among impersonal condos. Not sure how it survived the building boom but we love it. Second time we've stayed there. Perfect for beach and within walking distance of restaurants and some shops.

Amenities were great and tons of bedrooms if you have a larger group. The property though is 2 separate units which I feel like wasn’t incredibly advertised? It’s still private, just a less nice downstairs unit, with a separate entrance to the main area upstairs with the wide open spaces which is great for hosting. So as long as you’re good with that, and you want a more substantial but also luxury spot on the beach then this is a fantastic option!

It is all as stated in the listing. Marco answered all our questions quickly. I would prefer a place with a heated pool. The floors are only connected outside so that is definitely an inconvenience. The top two floors were somewhat updated. And the ocean view were beautiful! The lower floor needs a lot of attention. Water pressure is low. Just expect that. We were 11 people and we all had our own space. Of all, we enjoyed our time there!

House is perfect for 2 families traveling together as downstairs is separate from top floor with their own entrances and own kitchen! We again brought our three adult children and their children for a week of family fun at Jacksonville Beach (15 total). Once again we found the house was furnished with pool and beach toys , plenty of linens, and everything you needed in the kitchen. ( We did take some plastic cups for our younger grandchildren )/ We enjoyed grilling out as well as walking to several of the local restaurants nearby. The large bedrooms with connecting bathrooms for all gave us plenty of privacy and room to spread out at night. We loved the new pool furniture and the numerous umbrellas that were available to put around the pool during the day,
Our host was very responsive to our needs but actually the house had very clear directions for garage and recycle pickup as well we check-out responsibilities and other needs .
We will definitely return here in the future.. We can't stay away from the many views that this house provides very long.

We booked this house over one year in advance. It was the perfect location, size for our family and friends. We had 10 adults and 2 children stay for 6 nights. Plenty of room for adults to have quiet time while kids played. The views are the best on the beach and within a minute you were on the beach. Marco was an awesome host and replied promptly to any queries I had before and during our stay. I highly recommend this house. Everyone had a great time and would like to return someday. Great location for restaurants and shopping. For the price, I wish I'd paid closer attention to where the beach access was. From pics, I assumed it was on the property. But, thats my fault. HUGE house, great space to spread out. Its slightly inconvenient if you have multiple families, as you can't access the top level without going outside, going up the outdoor stairs and then thru the front door. They are 2 completely separate condo's/houses. But nice if you want separate space. Easy communication, no issues during our stay.
