This magnificent estate has over 6,000 square feet of living space to unwind and relax. This amazing villa is situated on 1.3 acres of beautifully manicured ocean front grounds that have housed many special events (weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and holidays). This gated and very private villa was constructed using an innovative system called InSteel. This revolutionary construction using steel mesh covered polyurethane that is then heavily coated with high-compression concrete provides the ultimate in protection from the elements. The villa sleeps up to 12 guests when using the sofa sleeper located in bedroom #2. At night you are lulled to sleep with the wonderful sound of the wave crashing on the shore. At either end of the main house is a Master Bedroom Suite, each with its own private bath. Three additional large bedrooms with ocean views, and two separate bathrooms are situated mid house. Each Master Suite has its own fully equipped kitchens. No need to over pack when your staying at Sea View Play. The two full kitchens and laundry room in the main house offer flexibility not normally encountered in a vacation rental.
