Enjoy breathtaking unobstructed views and sunrises in this 4 Bdr (including 2 masters), 4 ½ bath condo with plenty of room to spread out for everyone! You’ll find luxury throughout as nothing was spared in this 2100 square foot treasure, featuring granite, stainless steel appliances, brand new tile floors and new carpeting on 3rd floor. Upscale decor with a casual feel. Huge sundeck off master bedroom, huge covered deck off great room, 2 more decks off the back. Main living area on 2nd floor includes den, kitchen, pub table w/6 chairs,4 barstools, covered deck with table and 6 chairs, 1/2 bath and master king bedroom with private newly remodeled bathroom. Third floor has another king master bedroom with private bath and large sunning deck, 4 bunk beds for the kids, twins in last room, shared bathroom, laundry room. Ground floor has large foyer with lots of hooks for the beach towels, 5th bdrm/den w/Queen size pull-down Murphy Bed and full bath. Private patio off double doors. Outside has 2 car driveway, garage FULL of beach items for your use, propane grill as well as additional parking on side of bldg. Best property on the beach for the price. Located in the middle of multi-million dollar homes. Great place for children and large families. Beach access is 100 steps with wheelchair/stroller ramps and lifeguard on duty. Dining, grocery shopping, arcade, Kure Beach fishing pier is 1 block away. Minutes from Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium and the Southport Ferry. Looking for a rental for a father and son fishing trip a couple of years ago and I found Happy Ours. This was the perfect setup for our group of 12. The condo was clean, updated, and had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. The owners were super nice and communication was superb. This was the go to choice for our trip this year. Again, the entire experience was top notch. We will hopefully be back again next year.

This was the best beach house I have ever rented. Has an awesome view of the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd levels. Leanne is a pleasure to work with!!

i cannot boast about this place enough. the bed setup, the fully stocked kitchen, and the host .. she went out of her way to make sure my family had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend this spot, and we will be booking again in the future!

My family had a wonderful time in this lovely five bedroom property at Kure Beach. The owner was quite responsive when we had a minor glitch with the refrigerator. Fixed in a jiffy!This property is not only attractive and functional, but was very well equipped with beach equipment, toys, grill, wagons, bikes, etc.

Our family had an amazing stay in this beautiful beach house. The location is perfect—just a quick walk to the beach. Lea Anne was very helpful and responded quickly to any and all questions both before and during our stay. The stocked garage sent this vacation home over the top. It has anything and everything you could want for the beach. We’re grateful to have found this home away from home.

Our family gets together at the beach biennially, and this is our favorite beach house so far! Lea Anne and Scott have created a homey atmosphere for spending time together, relaxing, and making memories. The house is warmly decorated, super clean, organized, and comfortable. It includes all of the kitchen amenities you might need, and tons of beach/vacation amenities, too- chairs, boogie boards, carts to haul them in. There are bicycles, and a very nice gas grill, too!
This was our first time not being directly on the beach, which we thought we would miss, but this wonderful house and location easily made up for the few extra steps it took to put our feet in the sand, and the deck not only provides a great view to the ocean, but it’s fun to watch vacationers passing by along the street, too. We walked to get ice cream, dinner, and to do our traditional family t-shirt shopping spree. The Kure pier area is not loud or crowded, but it has just enough to offer that you could park and never leave/drive (or have to find and pay for parking!) for your full vacation. We really loved this house, location, and the hosts. All three: FIVE STARS!

Great location! The home has everything you need from beach gear/carts to all the kitchen and grilling utensils. Plenty of space for all your family and the location is perfect as it's so close to everything. The owners pay attention to detail and are very responsive. This was our 4th stay and we will be back again!

This was our second stay & we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The house has everything you can think of and more. We had a group of 9. Plenty of space for everyone. Lea Anne has thought of everything & is very accommodating. We hope to stay again.

Stayed at Happy Ours September 24-October 1. Couldn’t have been more happy with the beautiful condo. Plenty of room for all four adult couples. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We flew in and needed to purchase very little.
A short half block walk to a beautiful beach. Owners provided all the chairs, wagons and beach supplies we needed. The beach itself is beautiful, clean, and uncrowded. We were totally able to relax and unwind. A short walk to some very good restaurants and bars.
Hurricane Ian came in on Thursday-Friday of our stay. That was an experience for people from Wisconsin. 😁. Owner Lea Anne was amazing staying in contact with us throughout the storm. Saturday morning was beautiful again.
Highly recommend Happy Ours for your Kure Beach stay. I know we will be back!

This is our third time staying in Kure Beach. Each time we stayed here at Lea Anne’s Happy Ours and for good reason! First of all, location! It is a block to the beach and very close to the pier where fishing was the highlight for some of our crew! We saw so many unique sea creatures from sting rays to flounder! The beach was clean and the boardwalk was beautiful for sunrises! It was also about 30 minutes to Wilmington and about 5 minutes the ferry to go to Southport! Secondly, the place is huge and immaculate! It easily housed 9 people with room to spare! Plenty of bathroom space for all as well. There was a good variety of kitchen supplies provided, so making our own meals was very convenient. We had an issue with the air conditioning going out upstairs and within the hour Lea Anne had someone over to repair it! We were able to sleep in comfort thanks to her quick response. A few of us are coming back with a new crew over Thanksgiving., and we rebooked with this bunch again for next September. It is such an amazing place!

We've stayed in this same property multiple times and it is great. Location is the best, half a block from the beach, with a view of the ocean. You are able to walk to several restaurants and the pier. The house is spacious and filled with light. It has everything a guest could need. Communication is great with Lea Anne.

We traveled 4 hrs to the house arriving promptly at 4 PM , only to find the cleaning crew still onsite. I noticed one one the cleaning ladies sitting on a inside bench playing on her phone. Not good. We had a baby who needed attention. Unfortunately we had to sit in our vehicles until 450 pm when the cleaning crew finally departed. It was a hot week. Temperature was 95. The thermostat registered at 76 at 714pm. It was quite miserable. Only to discover after I paid in full the owner wanted us to set the thermostat at 72. She had a HVAC guy come in. He set the thermostat At 68. To cool things down. It took two days for the temp to reach 71/70. The to top it off , the third floors master bedroom had a balcony, but the door was busted so you couldn’t gain access. Again a maintenance crew came in several times interrupting our stay to fix the door. The owner continued to explain the the previous renters were very sloppy. ( not my problem ). The garage was fille with broken boards and rusty chairs. She replace the buggie boards. It was a constant interruption for three days. I waited until the last day to write this review in hopes of a small discount for our stay. But it never happened. Only to receive an apology. PS. I forgot to mention. The interruption of the bug sprayer guy on Wednesday, overall a very nice place, but too many interruptions.

This was a family vacation. Kure beach is a great location for families. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, arcade, pier, and ice cream shop. Home was well equipped with beach chairs and bikes. Property was exactly as described.

Had an incredible weeks stay in Kure Beach. The accommodations were just minutes away from the beach. The owner accounted for every possible thing in the set up the house for us. Would and will be back again in 2023.

Property was just as described online with more amenities included than one could find at any other rental. Property owner was very easy to communicate with. Ocean view and one street away from the beach, would definitely prioritize returning here for a future trip.

I cant say enough about Leanns communication, and hospitality!, the places was perfect. Had everything and more that we needed. we had family in 6 different homes, three on ocean front and all agreed ours was the best.. lovely decor great ocean view, 2 blocks to pier , 2.5 miles to carolina beach carnival and tons of shops and restaurant We will be back next summer for sure

Our family visited this charming home for our vacation. It was decorated beautifully and very clean. We had plenty of space for all of us. We really enjoyed the balconies and sitting outside at night. It was a very short walk to the beach and there were coffee shops, restaurants, and the pier within walking distance as well. We also appreciated all the beach chairs that were provided. We had a wonderful vacation!

This was our 3rd stay and it truly keeps getting better! Finding more and more fun places to check out in and around the condo/Kure Beach.
We had two families staying at the condo. So much space for everyone. Plus, the condo has everything you need for the kids and the adults! Beach toys, bikes, beach wagon, chairs and all the amenities within the home to make it a perfect and easy vacation. We cannot recommend this place enough! Already set to come again next year!

We had the best time! Everything you could need for a family-plenty of beach equipment! The house is beautiful, impeccably clean and so welcoming. The location to the beach and pier can’t be beat! Communication with owners was wonderful. Cannot wait to come back!

We had such a great stay! Everything was beyond perfect. This is our second year at Kure beach and this place is heaven on earth! We will for sure book this property again and hopefully for many years to come. The pictures don’t do justice. Thsi place is perfect!!!

What a wonderful girls weekend with my daughters and grandaughters. The pictures don't do this home justice...it is much nicer and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It smelled so fresh and clean when walking in. The beds were comfortable and showers nice and hot. Thank you so much for the tulips! What a sweet gesture to help us remember this trip year after year.

From the fresh clean scent to the very comfortable carpet everything was top tier! The views from the living room and top floor balcony were awesome. Greatly located and a brief walk to the pier with swings along the way. The house is very comfortable and updated. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely book again.

This property is by far the best property we have stayed at using VRBO. Everything written about it is absolutely correct. The owners were very accommodating to our request when we first arrived which truly was a blessing. The weather was absolutely perfect, sun shine with mid 60’s to low 70’s temperature everyday. Needless to say we would definitely stay there again.

This home was so impressive! So many details made it an ideal place. The kitchen has cutting boards, a 4 slice toaster, a blender and 2 large crockpots- more than 1 sharp knife and is well stocked with whatever you need. The decks off the bedrooms has comfy chairs to enjoy the view, the breezes and the ocean sounds. Each room was decorated to be cozy and comfy and endearing. We came with 5 kids- including an infant- and the grandparents. Every included detail was a blessing. They have a beach wagon and bikes and chairs in garage. The beach is literally across the street! While the master bedrooms upstairs and downstairs did have TV- I LOVED that the kids rooms did not have televisions. They slept great in the bunk beds !

We flew kites, played card games, enjoyed the sand, and took in the local sights. The NC Battleship Memorial is 30 min away and was also close to Riverwalk. Also- nearby NC Aquarium was great- as was the Fort Fisher Historical site. The owners were kind, helpful, responsive and thoughtful. I loved staying here! I hope we can return at some point.

I stayed there for a long weekend with my tennis team. The property is great. Tons of room and 5 bathrooms! It’s a block from the water, huge bonus! I would rent again with friends or family. I highly recommend this property.

We were in town for a family wedding. Originally we had children coming, but they ended up not being able to attend. It was great for us adults.
