About this condo rental
Can you see the bright sunrise? Can you smell the fresh, salty ocean air? Coveted oceanside Station One condo located at mile marker 8.5 between the highways (beach road and hwy 158). First floor unit is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops are all right there! Enjoy the local seafood. Visit the Wright Brothers Memorial, Aquarium, first US colony, wild mustangs on the beach, Jockey's Ridge, and more! Condo offers a king size master with private bath, and a 2nd queen bedroom with full bath. Both bedrooms lead to outside balcony. Queen bed pullout in couch. Plenty of parking under and around the building. Full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils, pots and pans. Dining room, flatware, cups, plates are all here! Fresh bright paint and entertainment center in living room including flat LED Smart TV, DVD/Blue Ray, movies, games, internet access, Roku TV channels and ability to login to TV apps to stream your own subscriptions. Secure keypad access to the unit. *Will need to provide your own linens. Please ask if you'd like to rent these items locally and I can provide you with a business or two who would delivery and pick up these items.** No pets and no smoking! **Please note** If you're looking for a time/minimum stay outside of what's listed on the calendar, please contact us as we would consider customizing the timeframes...especially if the date is already close to when you'd want to stay and there is availability and flexibility around the time of stay. June 29th to August 16th 2024 require a 3 night minimum stay. Check in and/or out on a Saturday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends are a 3 night booking. Fri, Sat and Sun Stays of 7 nights or longer are discounted by 6.5% **As an alternative to our property fee, we can offer a $200 refundable damage deposit if you'd like. Just let us know before you book and we'll work it into the quote** **The quoted rate may not reflect the actual cost, please feel free to contact us to see what we can quote. We had a wonderful time. It is in a great location. Close to great restaurants, shopping and great beach, Aris was very responsive during our stay especially with Tropical Storm Orphelia making an appearance! The condo was great for the two of us with room to spare. We highly recommend this location!

The condo is equipped with everything needed in the kitchen. It has two full bathrooms. Washer and dryer in the condo. Parking is under the condo. The owners are easy to contact and respond to any questions immediately! We had a great stay and would recommend this condo.

Great location and cozy property with easy access to all needs within 5 minutes. 2 minute walk to the beachfront (2 public beach access points) and dining options. Had everything we needed for our family! Would recommend for a trip to OBX.

Aris and Crystal are lovely and very easy to communicate with! They make an effort to ensure comfort during your stay and help you with anything you might need. It rained for a majority of our trip, but the rental is cozy and comfortable, so the bad weather was hardly noticeable. It was a great stay!

Vrbo was really clean upon arrival and everything was as listed in the description. Communication with the property manager was great - super fast and easy communication through both text and email! It was a great location in super close proximately to the beach and many different restaurants, grocery stores, activities, etc. Would very happily stay here again! :)

On the flip side -
Even though we were made aware, Basic amenities are not provided like shower gel, towels, bedsheets, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. Too many rules to follow with sticky notes everywhere in the house for not enough luxury provided. Comparable properties around with more amenities provided for similar price.

We had a wonderful time at the MVillaOBX! The cozy apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The central location in Kill Devil Hills allowed us easy access to both Corolla area (where we took a wild horse tour!) and to the lighthouses in the south (Bodie Island and Hatteras). This Villa was clean, attractive, comfortable, and well-equipped. Aris and Crystal are top-notch hosts. We also greatly appreciated the affordability for such a great quality of vrbo. We highly encourage future guests to stay at the MVillaOBX! The guest book at the home was full of sweet reflections from satisfied guests!

The property was great! We went to visit our 18 yr old grand daughter that lives in the OBX and this was a great property for her to hang out with her Grand parents. Thank you for a great vacation.

Great stay here, good access to beach only a block down the street. Parking at property is plenty so no issues there. Nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the live music at Jimmy Browns. Location allows you to walk to a lot of restaurants so do not need to worry about driving. Overall I would stay at this location again.

Condo is perfect size for 1-4 people if you don't need much space. It is a short walk to the beach public access so you may to bring a cart to transport your beach gear. Burger place next door has live music until 10pm so you can just listen from bedroom balcony. Short car or bike ride to a variety of good seafood restaurants. Host was extremely communicative.

A block from the beach as stated in description. Aris was amazing with communication if we had any questions. Very close to a ton of restaurants and things like laser tag and mini golf. Lots to do in this location. Sight seeing was nice and conveniently located from this condo. It was a nice stay overall.

The first rental I've had that actually fit the whole family on the couch.
The beach nearby has a small parking lot. I drove over every morning which made it really easy to bring all the stuff to the beach.

Awesome place
We enjoyed our stay while visiting the outer banks. My girls loves the live music next door each night. The home was clean upon arrival and met all our needs during our stay. Communication was excellent as well! Will stay here again and highly recommend.

Great location - right in the middle of everything!
We had a great stay - the location of this property is perfect - right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. There are great restaurants all around. The unit is close to the beach. We will definitely stay again should we come to OBX!

Great apartment at an excellent location. Also, the owners were very prompt in responding to any query. We really enjoyed our stay. The bar next door actually worked out well for us as many nights, the music was great which we could enjoy while winding down for the day or planning for the next day. Highly recommended.
