You'll also have an adorable kids' playroom with a secret entrance, fun murals, and a TV with a game console. Plus, free Disney Plus and Hulu streaming are available for your comfort and convenience! This rental is just a few hundred feet from San Clemente North Beach and a half-mile from the new oceanfront Outlets at San Clemente. This property is also almost across the street from Casino San Clemente and just steps to the Ole Hanson Beach Club. THINGS TO KNOW Four beach chairs and two umbrellas are provided. Please note that there are 40 steep stairs to access this condo. Absolutely no dogs are allowed, except for ADA service animals with documents. The animal's owner must be one of the guests. A charge of $1000 will be charged for any unauthorized dogs. Evictions are strictly enforced for any violations of our rules and regulations. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a zero-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Security camera details: Three surveillance cameras are installed at this condo, one at the front door pointing toward the entry, one between the garage doors pointed towards the driveway and street, and one at the storage unit pointed at the front door and street. They are on 24 hours a day and the owners have the ability to turn the sound on and off. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The property was conveniently located minutes from a wonderful French bistro and North Beach. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations.

This place was perfect for 2 families staying together! The hidden kids room was such a fun surprise for the kiddos and kept them busy for hours. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable too. There is a large flight of stairs just to get to this upper unit, which wasn’t an issue for us, but could be for some people.

The rental was spacious, clean and well-furnished. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs. As others have noted, the steep steps leading up to the entrance are difficult for folks with mobility issues. The noise from the construction site across the street was significant and started in the early morning. Hopefully just a temporary issue. Turned out to be a very convenient place to stay for the family wedding just down the street. Rental management was very helpful and efficient.

A group of 8 - mostly adults and 2 teens - stayed here for Ohana Fest in Dana Point up the road. This location was very convenient and we enjoyed the ocean views from the deck. The kitchen is well stocked and the living spaces are comfortable. The home is very clean. Having laundry facilities in the unit was very helpful. There are about 3 flights of stairs to get to the front door so it wouldn’t be a great option for those with limited mobility. We will stay here again if we’re in the area.

The house is in such a great location. Stayed here with my bridal party for my wedding. We were able to walk to the beach and to dinner. We had a hiccup with the oven malfunctioning and the owner, Harry was so kind. He came and replaced the oven the next day. The house was clean and very comfortable. Would love to stay here again.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding at Ole Hanson Beach Club. The condo was an easy walk to the venue (as well as the beach). The house was big enough for our family to enjoy and very close to downtown. Overall we had a fabulous time. I would highly recommend this property.

This was our 2nd time staying at the property. We've stayed at 2 other places I'm San Clemente previous to this one and this one is the best. It's clean, water pressure is great, views are amazing, and you even get a great workout with all the stairs you climb. Not a good property for disabled folks due to the 50 stairs you need to climb but we love it especially since nobody is above us. The location is amazing and we look forward to returning again soon. This housed a family of 6 very comfortably. It has enough beds for 5 kids or 6 beds total not counting the 2 couches that could be used for sleeping. Highly recommend this property.

Great place. Perfect for 4-6 peie. Wouldn’t recommend more due to only having two bathrooms. The decks are amazing and the furnishings are beautiful. The beds and linens are lovely. And the mushroom room is the BEST…even for adults! 😀

This is a very nice home, in a great location. The playroom was adorable and we had plenty of space to spread out. The views were great and it was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The big negative was the 54 steps, carrying luggage, groceries and children.

This home is large, close to the beach, easy to find, and had almost everything we needed. Just make sure you’re in good enough shape to handle those 47 steps up to the front door!

We live only about 20-30 minutes away and wanted a beach staycation to end our summer. So we went for Labor Day weekend and couldn't have had a better time. The house was perfectly sized and the mushroom playroom a delightful hideaway for all the kids. The house fit our family of 5 wonderfully... everyone felt like they had their own special space, yet the combined locations were comfy and spacious. Rooms were quiet, beds comfortable, air conditioning cold, kitchen well-appointed with accessories, and the deck had a great sunset view. The beach was super close and an easy walk, and we took advantage of the boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas... so great not to need to bring or own. Even the steps to the front door helped us work off our ice cream consumption at South Swell on Del Mar. We'll be coming back!

We love how everything was included in the home. The cutest thing ever was the hidden gem inside the downstairs closet.... for kids!! Need to know - there are stairs to get to this unit, lots of them! But it's definitely worth it!

We rented this spot for a wedding at the Casino. It was perfect as it's right across the street. Only issue is that the AC didn't work for the first day. However, the property manager and owner were both very attentive and got it fixed asap. Thanks!

This lovely beach condo was every bit as nice as the photos. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The living room is very comfortable with a huge TV screen. The deck was very comfortable to hang out in, with ample couches, a large wrought iron dining table, and a fairly new grill, with a partial view of the ocean. All the bedrooms were great, with the master especially impressive with a large double bathroom and the top bedroom with lots of space. An extra (third) bathroom would have been nice. The AC didn’t work great, but by opening all the windows it was not a problem. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, balls, and boards were supplied. It was a short walk to North Beach, which is more of a surfing spot than a sun-and-swim spot, with a fairly rocky beach, but we did find a limited soft sandy retreat to plop down in. All in all, we were very pleased.
