This was our second stay for Thanksgiving week. The house was immaculate and is very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a family looking to get away for the week in Lake Placid.

Everything was great! The home was clean and comfy. The location was close to everything. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The only problem we had was finding it in the dark, but we managed with the help of some neighbors and my husbands flashlight.

The house was exactly as described and the owners were super easy to work with. Check-in was a breeze and checking out was too as they gave you a checklist (which is something I really appreciate). The house is in a very nice quiet neighborhood but so close to Lake Placid (6 minute drive) and Saranac Lake (12 minute drive). I would definitely recommend this to everyone that wants to stay up in that area of the Adirondacks.

House is large and beautiful, with plenty of different spaces to hang out and relax. Well-appointed kitchen. Easy access to Lake Placid and hikes in the High Peaks. Would definitely stay again.

We were two families who came for a 4-day vacation in the Lake Placid area. The house is charmingly decorated and well equipped to ensure an enjoyable vacation. There are 4 full bathrooms, and for me that's a goldmine! Highly recommended! Hope to come back next year. Thank you!

We had a wonderful 4 days. This is our 3rd time staying at this property and absolutely love it! 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gives everyone their own space. We always enjoy the screened in porch. We spent time hiking and enjoyed shopping and eating at area restaurants. Thank you!

This is our third stay, maybe fourth. My family of five of us absolutely love coming every winter. It is between town and activities like Whiteface, High Falls Gorge, thé Ski Jump Complex and the lovely Cascade Cross Country. Oh, also skating at the Olympic complex in town, where you can shop, as well. It is a huge end unit with lots of light. Two living rooms, four bedrooms and baths, a well-equipped kitchen. Just perfect.

This was the third year that our group of five friends have stayed at this beautiful and spacious property. It is well appointed and equipped with everything guests would need. The location is close to Lake Placid, Olympic sites and many xc ski and snow shoe trails. It is definitely 5 star!

Beautiful, spacious home. Great location, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Home is comfortable and contains everything you would need for your vacation. Host was easy to work with, answered questions quickly and provided great instructions for checkin and parking, I would definitely book this home again!

We had two couples and appreciated 2 king bedrooms with private baths. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed cocktails on the screened in porch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Property is a short drive from Main St. We visited the Adirondack Museum about an hour away and it was worth the drive. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Stagecoach Inn, Jimmies 21 and Hungry Trout were favorites. We ate breakfast at the condo, packed lunches for hiking, and used the grill for dinners. Screen door was in need of repair and Gilles said he would replace it. We were very happy with this property.

Gilles' condo in Lake Placid was one of the best that we have rented from VRBO over the years. The condo was immaculate, the beds very comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This is our third stay and the house is terrific and so is Gilles who is very responsive and helpful. The house is incredibly clean with very comfortable beds and spacious living areas. The porch is incredible and where we spend a lot of time. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans and dishes and even has spices. The house has a great location just out of town in a very quiet neighborhood (with great stargazing). Thank you!! We were talking about next summer on the way home.

We spent three nights at this townhouse and would do so again. It was roomy, comfortable, quiet and only a few minutes from the center of Lake Placid. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Very nice that the three bedrooms we used all had an en suite bathroom. Highly recommend.

Was here four years ago. It is as clean, as nicely decorated and as well supplied as before. So many activities if you like or just a lovely place to unwind. The owner answered all questions and was very responsive. Four en suite bedrooms and two large living rooms make it very comfortable. It has a modern kitchen with upscale appliances. The location is near, but outside of, Lake Placid - is near the Olympic Jumping Center. Only 30 minutes to Whiteface and High Falls gorge. Cascade Cross Country Center is only eight minutes away. Loved every minute. There is a big snowy area in the loop for the kids to play. I do not have a single complaint. Go and enjoy!

A group of 4 of us stayed here for a week. It was excellent in every way. The townhome has everything you could want to make you comfortable, and everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. The owner was consistently quick with responses to any questions we had.
