Situated in Granby, this attractive condo for R 2,505 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. You will feel right at home the minute you walk through the door of this top floor stunning new condo located in Granby Ranch. Top notch finishes, light adorned, mountain views, and endless amenities are just a few of the perks you will enjoy while staying here. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and vaulted family room. After a day exploring, warm up in front of the gas fireplace while enjoying the large flat screen TV. This condo also features an outdoor covered balcony which offers a gas grill and an outdoor dining option. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in closet and attached full bath. The secondary bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with extra twin mattress tucked away beneath the bunk and walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom right across the hall. There is a washer/ dryer within the unit for added convenience. Additionally, there is a one car garage available for parking or bike/ski storage. This is a third floor unit with no elevator access. POOL / HOT TUB ACCESS: Guests can check in at Ranch Hall, they must provide a copy of the confirmation from the management company showing the address of property rented. They will receive a daily access card so they can come and go. Hours are currently 8am until 7:00 pm days a week. There is a $10 fee per person - pr day. Children 8 and under are free Ideally situated you can be enjoying the slopes at Granby Ranch (a very family-friendly ski resort) within minutes. You will enjoy access to two outdoor community hot tubs and outdoor grill. The property is centrally located within Grand County to giving you easy access to Winter Park Resort, the east entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park, Granby Reservoir, multiple golf courses, and Hot Sulphur Springs Resort. We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed NO SMOKING or PETS allowed. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience. We hope that you will be our guest at this peaceful mountain retreat. Free WiFi

Only 2 of us stayed here but there was plenty of room for more! Clean, comfortable. Easy to locate and communicate w property management. Lots of toys for kids. Outdoor space is very nice.

Condo was very clean and the location was great! There is a grocery store right across the street, which was handy. About 30 minutes to RMNP. We really enjoyed the condo and our stay there!! Would stay there again!

This is my 2nd time staying at this facility, and it’s been an extremely comfortable and enjoyable experience each time. The master king bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is great for making any kind of meal. Great location right off highway 40. Easy communication with property management. Will plan on staying here again for future trips

This condo worked perfectly for our family vacation to RMNP, which was less than 30 minutes away via the Grand Lake entrance. Plenty of room for us not to be on top of each other and all the necessary amenities for family travel, such as a washer/dryer. Our littles (3, 6 and 8) loved the toys and bunking together in the second bedroom. The supermarket is just across the street.

The condo was just as advertised and sooo wonderful! We enjoyed the layout, the furnishings, the fully stocked kitchen and hot tub a short walk away. The location was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Visiting family, last minute we decided to check out Granby. This list came up and it looked perfect, and it was. The weather was on a roller coaster but we managed! The thermostat for some reason needed a reset and we could not find a hairdryer. Contacted them and everyrhing was taked care of while we were out and about. Thanks.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Location was close to both the slopes and the grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals. The garage was great for storing our ski gear.

This apartment is beautiful, clean, cozy: comfy beds, plenty of towels, decent internet connection, well equipped kitchen. Absolutely wonderful stay. We were five miles away from YMCA at the Rockies - a great place for cross country skiing and 15 minutes from the Devil's Thumb Ranch - another awesome location for Nordic ski lovers. Twenty minutes to Winter Park resort and a few minutes’ drive to family oriented Granby Ranch skiing. The accommodations were comfortable and we had everything we needed or could possibly want. Contactless check-in that was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend it to other people.

Great setup with modern amenities. Awesome bathroom and shower. Wifi is a little slow and intermittent but it’s the mountains so expected. Super easy checkin (which is a huge plus for me). Great for Winter Park visit - it’s only about 20 min drive north. Would stay at again.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this condo. It is located a very short distance from a grocery store and downtown Granby. The condo was so clean and cute. The bed was also super comfy. We are already planning another stay in November and will book this condo again!

We stayed in the area for a memorial and family time. The property was comfortable, cozy and clean. We enjoyed our stay. We visited Rocky Mountain NP, and the drive was easy. We also appreciated the quiet balcony for dining and reading, and with the grocery store close by, it made dining in easy. If we come back to the area, we would most certainly book again!

Condo is clean and conveniently located. The area was very quiet. We received a call from the management company 2 hours prior to our check in time. They informed us that the previous guests had not vacated and they were unable to reach them by phone. They offered to find us another location in a different area, however, we need to be in Granby. The situation was quickly resolved and we were checked in at the scheduled time. We appreciated the great customer service. We would stay here again.

The location was great, making for an easy drive there and back every day. The place itself is very nice - comfortable and well equipped with everything you need and lots of extras (the only thing we would have liked that they didn't have is an iron/ironing board). We especially appreciated the good quality furniture and nice firm beds! Everything is new and in good working order. It was very clean except for the huge dust bunnies under the beds. In the bunk bed room, the bed is very high off the floor and should be easy to clean under, but it definitely hadn't been vacuumed under for a while.We never used the hot tub or pool, but was nice to have them available. We were very happy to be able to store our bikes in the garage. Overall, a very nice place and nice property. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice two Br condo that’s probably even more spacious than it looks. Owners were easy to communicate with, got in touch with us well ahead of check in and even helped us get back an item we left behind. I’d stay here again.

There were 4 adults and 2 children that stayed here for 3 nights and there was plenty of space for all of us and it felt like home. The condo is in pristine condition and we love the location. We would highly recommend this to anyone

Four nights over Labor Day. Property was very convenient to all the things we wanted to do - hiking, RMNP, Grand Lake, Winter Park restaurants, breweries and shops. We even got to see a local rodeo at the grounds around the corner. Woudl definitely rent again.
