Four (4) person occupancy. 7 – Night minimum stay. Sorry, NO SMOKING (INCLUDING E-CIGARETTES) or PETS. Bedding includes a Queen bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a Queen bed pull-out in the Living Room. Home amenities include 37’ of Dockage, Outdoor Bait Freezer, BBQ Grill, 2 Bicycles, Central Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans in each room, a linen service is provided which includes both towels and sheets, Televisions in each room, Full Size Washer and Dryer, Wi-Fi Internet, Fully Equipped Kitchen, and Cabana Club membership access. Located across 7th Street, Key Colony Beach Park features include a 9-Hole Golf Course, Walking and Jogging Course, Children’s Playground, Horseshoe Bocce Ball Tennis and Basketball Courts.

The property is just as nice as represented in the listing. We had a very enjoyable stay. When the AC blower quit Kathy got a HVAC repair who worked all day and got us AC again. She turned an "Oh, s**t!" moment into a "Way to go!!" moment. I plan to go back.

Perfect for 2 . Privacy could be an issue for 4 (2 couples). Could sleep family of 6 nicely plus a couch. Nice dock space with still water on a nice canal exits to Vaca Cut great for tarpon fishing.

We had a great vacation at this property. Our only complaint was the neighbors dogs barked nonstop when the neighbor would leave. One night they barked till after midnight. Overall the property is perfect for a Keys vacation. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay in this property. It was equipped with all we needed. Communication with the property manager good. This property comes with access to the cabana club which is a must! We loved that bonus and used it on and off all week. I wouldn’t stay at colony key without it unless I was staying directly on the water. The only down fall is that it is a duplex - which I was aware of- however, you can hear the neighbors through the walls and their dogs who bark every time we moved whether it was inside or outside of home. It didn’t bother us too much because we weren’t there all that much. Overall good for the price!

The unit had everything we needed and more. Katie {managing agent} was easy to contact and helped us with everything . The unit was super clean and just the right size for our family of four adults. Key Colony beach is a great family friendly place, you can walk or bike everywhere. The Cabana Club was wonderful. Beach, pool, oceanside dining who could ask for more. We came on the first day of lobster season and were able to buy freshly caught lobsters. Wonderful stay, hope to be back soon. Great unit!!!

We loved the home so much! It was perfect except for the part where you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the back bedroom. The only thing that I was upset about was that the beach at the Cabana Club was completely covered in seaweed. I was told a few times that depending on the time of year all of the beaches in the Keys are covered with it. I wish I had known that before I booked the vacation. I have 2 teenage girls and they were really upset about it. If you want to book a stay in the Keys and are planning to spend a lot of time at the beach you may want to reconsider. As far as the home goes though it was absolutely wonderful!

Well equipped condo. The middle bedroom is awkward if you have guests since you have to pass through it to get to the master bedroom. We didn’t have guests so we used it to store our extra things. Bikes are a plus since riding is easy in the Keys.
