Tucked back in the trees and full of log cabin feel, Henry Creek Cabin is a great place to hide from the hustle & bustle of our busy world. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a cozy wood burning fireplace, large kitchen, dining table to seat 6 and an open loft above the living room. Grab a good book and relax on the beautiful wrap around deck, or perhaps slip into the brand new 7 person Clearwater 40 jet hot tub (installed in late May of 2022) and listen to the nature all around you. This pet friendly property is a short walk to the nearby hiking trails so grab your pup and go explore! If skiing or snowboarding is more your style, you're in luck as the resorts are just a 15 minute drive up the road. Wifi, smart TV, washer & dryer and parking for 3 cars round out the amenities of this vintage style gem. Treat yourself to some serenity!

Overall, we'd stay here again. The mattresses were very comfortable, the place was spotless and well-appointed. The colors and decor are rustic and cozy. The place had no weird smells (no smells at all, really)
The family room was also very comfortable and attractive. We used the fire place and watched most of a movie (the internet went out, and it took us some time to find the router). There is sufficient seating for many people, and it is very comfortable.
The hot tub was very nice. it worked well, the water was hot tub temp and the jets worked nicely. it was easy to add chemical to the unit after use.
There are a few things preventing a 5 star review:
door on main bedroom is poorly hung and rubs hard. It is very loud and difficult to operate.
there is only one nightstand in the main bedroom.
The closet in the main bedroom is basically unusable as it is completely full with 4 chairs and shelves above.
Some of the trim work is not attached to the walls, and stands out about an inch in places. It does not affect function of the place at all but is very simple to fix and feels very low quality.
soap was provided in bathrooms but shampoo was not.
The stairs around the deck are overly tall, much taller than code. They will be difficult for someone with limited mobility to use. the stairs to the hot tub are awkward and tall. storm door swings opposite other door, and out over the top stair.

We had an amazing 2 night stay at the Henry Creek Cabin. The cabin is fantastic. Its tucked back in the woods with no views of any other residences, feels very secluded. Its not directly on the river but you can hear it while sitting in the hottub (which is brand new and super clean). The house was immaculate and very well stocked. We didn't lack for anything. Such a comfortable getaway. Loved it.

I don’t think the pictures online do this cabin justice. It is larger, nicer and more comfortable in person. The location is not too remote or far off the road - the home feels very private. We didn't use the hottub, so I can't comment on that, but the AC worked very well (it was necessary with temps at 100 and high 90s during our stay, not uncommon duringthe summer). The wifi also worked great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The loft bedroom has a beautiful view of the trees. My only recommendation would be to include instructions on the use of the tv, dvd, vcr players.

Henry’s Cabin exceeded our expectations. So well equipped that it felt like home. Secluded enough that you felt that you were miles into the forest but so close to shopping and eateries. The hot tub was an additional highlight. Will definitely re-book in the future.

What a great place this is. Secluded yet near the main road. Loved loved the hot tub and eating outside- no close up neighbors! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of hot water, beds were very comfortable , great location to hikes, and restaurants. A very clean and up to date place. We WILL come again.

It is far enough off the highway to be quiet and felt very private. I would definitely return. The management company was consistently helpful and instructions for check-in and check-out were clear.

This property offered a perfect spot for a weekend escape to the mountain. The open living room/kitchen was perfect for game night and family-style dinners. There was enough space for everyone's little 'nook' in the house along with our dog. The hot tub was ideal for after a day in the snow and very secluded with the full cover and mossy trees nearby. Plenty of parking opportunities and a small pathway to explore in the adjacent woods. Other than trying to figure out all the light switches around the main floor, this was a well-maintained and cozy home.

We love Henry Creek Cabin. It is perfect for a family - very cozy, lots of room, and I love the way the living room is situated as everyone can see the TV and have a comfy place to sit- in front of the fireplace. The hot tub is wonderful, and we love the location as it is very private. We have stayed here twice and plan to make it an annual event. The kitchen is well stocked which is very nice! Rental was a nice weekend getaway. This place had a very cozy feel, from the wood burning fireplace to the dim yellow Christmas lights around the patio. The couches were comfy, as were the beds. We’ve stayed at a few places now with this company, and this home’s beds were by far the comfiest. Though a little on the hard side, but we like that.
The hot tub is huge and works great. The home next door has a shed that is fairly close, but the main part of the neighbors house is through some trees, so it still feels very private. There are no neighbors on the other side, and it’s pretty far off the road so you don’t see anybody else from the cabin.
There are a few good hiking trails within walking distance, which is handy. It’s also about a minute of 26, so it’s easy access with a grocery store and pizza place off the same exit. You do hear some freeway noise, but it isn’t much and wouldn’t consider it bothersome. Sounds kinda like a creek (and there is a creek you drive over, so maybe it is that!)
House may need some updates, the kitchen and bedrooms haven’t been updated in some time, but it really didn’t bother us at all. It was a comfy stay and we gladly would stay again.

Me and the family (wife and 2 dogs) celebrated my wifes bday here for the weekend and loved the place in just about every way possible. Just to say it now my only negative mark was that the downstairs bed is not very comfortable, we moved rooms after the 1st night because it hurt our backs, luckily we were able to loosen up with a morning hot tub session. Check-in/check-out and working with the staff all went very smoothly with no issues. we first arrived and saw that the cabin had everything we needed and we had over packed out self. The kitchenware was fully stocked and ready for a feast to be made in there. we cooked all of our meals here without even having to use anything we had brought from home. We were able to make pancakes, waffles, a prime rib, boiled fresh crabs and baked some pumpkin bread (and more this is just showing the range)with the supplied cookware.the kitchen had better working appliances than my own home. The dogs loved all the free room outside of the cabin and the roofed patio was awesome too. We loved that the cabin came with information inside of it for local fishing charters, restaurants and other attractions in the area. We went up to see timberline lodge and found it was maybe 30 minute drive from the cabin to the lodge so very close to the snow. This cabin had good heating in it and the fire place heats the house really well as well. I will be coming back for years to come i found a place that we can go year around wether its for a quick get away or if its friends/family visiting from out of state and want to see one of the most beautiful areas of Oregon

Excellent stay at Henry Creek Cabin. We had a small family thanksgiving here and it was perfect. The cabin is well stocked, clean, and has a good layout for a family or small group. Great location too for a short drive up to Timberline. Highly recommended!
