Situated in Wrightsville Beach, this charming house for R 30,764 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Take full advantage of the beautiful expanse of salt marshes stretching along the west side of Wrightsville Beach at this outstanding kayak and paddle boarding haven. And it’s still only 300’ to the sandy beach. Perfect for entertaining & large families, the living areas flow beautifully and open to decks for a view of your expanded private dock from multiple exterior decks. Take advantage of the spacious, bright bedrooms, many with private decks, as the breezes over the grasses lull you to sleep. Key Features: Ocean view, marsh view, newly renovated backyard, covered patio, private dock, outdoor grill, bicycles **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed.** Parking instructions: Parking for 6 or more cars depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. **Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.** No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! We enjoyed our stay at this property. A few things to note would be that the listing fits 15, where I feel like it should say it only fits 13 comfortably. There is a sun room with a pull out that was not comfortable, nor could fit 2 adults. We did use couches instead. The linens felt a little musty, and some of the couches could have used some updating. Loved the layout of the dining area, living area and outdoor spots -would have liked it to feel a bit cleaner.

This property is great for a large family or multiple families. Excellent beach access and room for the kids to play, inside and out. This house is fully equipped and very beautiful. We had 15 people and the house still felt very large. Would highly recommend.

Ocean and bay views were fantastic. We were missing sheets in one bedroom and also found a half eaten cheese sandwich in the same bedroom. We did not have bath soap or shampoo which was surprising and luckily brought our own We also did not have dish detergent.

this house was one of the nicest I have rented....there were 6 of us and the home has plenty of room to spread out. The living and dining rooms look out over a wide marsh and views of the sun setting are amazing. The large front windows look directly out to the ocean as the house sits across the street from public parking area with unobstructed views. Very clean!!

New Year’s getaway
One of the top family getaway’s we’ve ever experienced! House is gorgeous inside and out with amazing sunset views from “all” the back patios. First floor master suite was gorgeous as we woke up to a panoramic view of the intercostal every morning. It was very easy to convince our two daughters to go to bed every night as they enjoyed taking the elevator to the top floor. Initially planned on checking out on Saturday, but requested last minute for an additional night and the property mgt group was very quick to accommodate. Will be planning another trip in late 2020 for Sea Tranquility!

Our son was getting married in the Wilmington area, and we needed a place to accommodate 12 of us comfortably. This was the ideal place! There were plenty of beds, lots of separation between rooms, and many decks and patios to enjoy the serene setting. The kitchen was not designed for more than one person at a time (e.g., could not open the refrigerator if someone was loading the dishwasher), but the lovely appointments of the home more than made up for that small inconvenience. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends, and hope to return ourselves sometime in the future.

WOW what a gorgeous house! You can walk right over to the beach, or swim in the water! We had floats out there and even had a friend drop us off by boat. The yard is HUGE, great to just be out and relax. So many rooms and comfy spots to hang out. The kitchen was very large and had a lot of dishes and amenities, even oyster shuckers! My friends are already talking about making this an annual thing!!!

I absolutely love Sea Tranquility! They provide everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach. Even the beach towels! The house is amazing and clean. The Seascape people are very easy to work with. The house is spacious enough to accommodate large families with enough room for family time together as well as quiet spaces for yourself. The location cannot be beat with public beach access right across the street and fishing off the dock in the back. The house is close enough for a day out or dinner in town or staying in and enjoying the peace and quiet. We will continue to make this our yearly trip.

From the start they impressed us by finding a rental that fit our needs and was above and beyond what we could have asked for, not to mention affordable and flexible! When hurricane Florence hit our area just weeks before our stay, the seascape staff was there to answer questions and assure our house was ok and still ready to be rented to us. Tracie helped rent several properties to my family for my wedding weekend here in Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach. She even called me personally on check in day to make sure we all checked in ok and were happy with our houses. We will only rent from seascape in the future! Our second straight year in this house. It’s showing it’s age. Windows frames decaying, window glass dirty, interior paint gloomy. The place needs a good scrubbing. We enjoyed the new table and chairs on upper deck. Very pleased with maintenance responses. BTW it’s unfair to new renters to begin their week with full garbage cans. Maintenance did good job cleaning.
