CLEAN BED GUARANTEE All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation. SPECIAL NOTES * Must be 25 or older to rent this property. * No pets allowed. * Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. * No smoking allowed. The best thing I can say about this condo is we will probably rent it again. It did not disappoint at all. Very clean but most importantly very comfortable. Furniture and beds are comfortable which is so important if you are staying several nights. Located on "west beach" which is our favorite spot. Give it a try!

This was such a nice place for a beach vacation! The condo was very centrally located and backed right up to the beach. The check in and out process was extremely smooth and efficient. The rooms were nice as well and the super large balcony was great.
I would absolutely stay here again.

We spent the last week at this property and couldn’t have enjoyed it more! The condo was very neat, clean, and comfortable. We loved the beach and pool areas. They other guests we met were all great. Would stay here again!

The garage and gate to beach area are dated and the balconies as well- but the co do is really cool and well furnished! Comfy Master bed!!! We stayed five days and the beach was a little crowded in June, but not overwhelming! Gorgeous views! Saw lots of dolphins. Great customer service from management team.

The condo was very nice and manage company's quick response time was great. We are used to staying in a house so the kitchen was not as equipped as we are used to, but for our needs this trip it was fine.

Perfect place for our family. Loved the balcony and view. Central to lots of restaurants and different sites to visit. Easy access to beach. Enjoyed the pols, hot tub and game room too.

The location is perfect and the accommodations were great. The balcony was especially inviting with comfortable furniture since the weather was too cool to sit on the beach. We got plenty of sun on the balcony! We especially appreciated the large televisions with multiple channels from which we could select movies.

View of the gulf out the balcony was just what we wanted. Sat out in the balcony daily and watched the sunsets. Great fresh breeze off the gulf with the patio doors open.
Condo location is great and not far from restaurants or other attractions like the Gulf State Park. Parking and elevator access were great.
Amenities like pool and beach access were great. Fitness room could use some improvements on old equipment.
Had a couple minor issues pop up and host was quick to respond. My boy minor gripe was the weak-sauce Mr Coffee machine. I need to make better Java in the morning.

Right on the beach with excellent views! Perfect size, comfortable beds and furniture, and deck furniture was great. It was nice and quiet at night when we were ready to relax.

The condo was in a great location. Beautiful ocean front view. Booking was easy and the property owners stayed in contact prior to arrival and also checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. The condo had everything you needed including dish soap and washing powder. The beds were both very comfortable. The balcony has very comfortable furniture. I personally Love sitting outside listening to the beach and that I did on this balcony. There wasn’t a reserved parking spot for this condo but I always found an unmarked spot under the garage. Beach access was easy and they had multiple showers and hoses to clean off the sand from your items. A lot of the restaurants and souvenir shops are close along with a Walmart or smaller grocery store right down the road. Condo was clean and spacious. The little binder that has read me first on it has different places to eat, ice cream shops, and entertainment suggestions. I have been to gulf shores plenty of times and this is one of the best condos I have Stayed in. I will Definitely try to book this same condo next time. 1103 is where it’s at. Also Wi-Fi worked really good and thankfully they had secured internet. If you are like me and read all the reviews before picking a place please note this one. This place is excellent for a family of 5. I cant Say enough good things about this place.

The condo was exactly how it was portrayed! It was perfect for the two of us! I can’t put into words the views in the mornings and sitting on the balcony at night, listening to the waves!

My family just stayed in this condo and I was blown away the minute we walked it. The view was amazing! Communication was great and checkin was super easy. We all slept so good in the comfy beds. Couldn’t get much closer to the beach, which was great with kiddos! Very clean and beautiful decor. It was so hard for us to leave. 100% will stay again and will recommend staying here.

This is an amazing space. As soon as we walked in the costal decor made us feel right at home. Absolutely the nicest codo we have ever had. I would recommend 💯.

We were looking for a convenient location to stay with our grandson for the weekend. Beach access is super easy and the property management group is very responsive. Would definitely book again.

The property was fantastic and we would certainly stay here again. The beach was less crowed than other areas we saw. Some restaurants were within walking distance which was also nice.
