All new top of the line, state of the art custom furniture, flooring, bedding and appliances. This wonderfully constructed home is centrally located close to the private entry and clubhouse in the gorgeous Spanish Bay Development of PGA West. A completely detached 3350 square foot residence located on the 18th hole of The Nicklaus Tournament Course. From the moment you walk through the gate and view the well-appointed courtyard and lighted fountain you will agree this is THE place to entertain and relax. While we are sure you will want to golf and/or enjoy La Quinta and the surrounding area, after seeing the home, we suspect you will choose to spend some time in the home and enjoy your own private pebble-tec salt wated pool and spa overlooking the golf course in the backyard. It is a perfect spot to bar-b-que and watch the sun set down over the mountains. If you choose to stay inside, please enjoy our endless library of movies and music with a big screen HD television and sound system that plays throughout the home...inside and out! The backyard has a Palapa, BBQ and misters for outdoor living along with retractable glass doors that completely to marry the inside and out of this fantastic house so you can feel at one with this stunning environment. To top things off, adjacent to the Courtyard is a Casitas with including a queen bed and bunk beds as well as its own bathroom Inside this beautiful home please take a moment to admire the work of the private client designer who put great effort into creating a living space that which is an experience unto itself. As you enter the home you will instantly be drawn to the polished wood flooring and the vast amount of light and space which seemingly incorporates the 18th hole of the Nicklaus course. To your left you will find a sitting room with glass doors opening to the casitas. Enjoy the designer furniture and our equine friend. To your right will be the billiards room where you can enjoy a game of pool under the watchful eye of The Hawk. In the living room you will find not only a large and incredibly comfortable custom couch and large television, but also a fireplace. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow you to open up the entire home to the stunning back patio and pool. Like the rest of the home, the kitchen has been completely remodeled and includes not only state of the art appliances. The kitchen includes Granite countertops and all the amenities a chef would need, plenty of storage space and a table that seats 12 – that’s correct, a table for a dozen. The Wet bar is situated between the kitchen, family, living and pool table areas making it a central meeting point. This three bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has an oversized master suite with relaxing area, King Bed, New Flat Screen TV with premium channels and DVD, and jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom has its own full bath and large closets. The guest casita can sleep six making this home perfect for two families to share. The Casita is furnished and decorated in an Ernest Hemingway theme with collectibles from his travels and life, including first edition books and novelties. The guest casita includes a mini kitchen, television, reading lounge, queen bed, queen sleeper and bunk beds for the children. The home is walking distance to the public PGA West Public Club House. Take a morning stroll for coffee and pastries, golf, shopping in the pro shop or dinner and drinks in the evening at “ERNIE’S” the full-service restaurant. Wireless Internet and free long-distance telephone in the U.S. are complimentary....So regardless of whether spend your time in La Quinta by the pool, golfing, sight-seeing, shopping or just running around we are confident you will fall in love with Rancho de Relaxo. The photos of this place look great, but it’s even better in person. The house was so clean, the property managers were responsive and so pleasant to communicate with. We can’t wait to return!

This house was the perfect getaway, as describes & had all the items needed for a fun weekend! The location was private, yet not too far away from local eateries & casinos. The pool was a bit warm but being in 112 degree weather it felt relaxing!

The living room, kitchen and patio/pool areas are amazing for a big social group. It’s a Nice view of the golf course. The two bedrooms in the main house, and one bed in the casita are very comfortable with really nice bathrooms. The pull out couch bed, and the rollaway twin bed are not comfortable. The only thing that takes away a star is the “sleeps 11” claim.

This property is gorgeous. Truly. It was clean, it had everything we needed for cooking/bbqing. The master suite is massive, open, and gorgeous. We stayed for the festival. This is not the place for you, however if you want to sit silently in the spa after a few days of walking around for 12 hours. They will have a curfew for any outdoor activities. One of the people in the party was a late add. Though the property manager accommodated me, she scolded me for having someone to add after the original email of names were sent. Though that situation was frustrating, I am fully confident this wouldn’t be a tough situation for most, including myself in normal situations. Also: beware, the bunk beds see in a closet in the casita…

Beautiful home! Great location and pool. The only down fall were the beds. They are ALL extremely uncomfortable. We were a group of women on a retreat and the bed sizes were not accurate. We even got a measuring tape to be sure we were not wrong. The casita says “King” it was a Full same with the “Queen” inside. It is a Full. The bunks are in a closet and look cute but My kids couldn’t even sleep in there. There were not curtains so the lights from the street shine in and since it is built inside a closet it gets no air and is unbearable to sleep in. Since we had such wrong information on the bed sizes we were able to review the couches and they are actually very comfortable! Other than the bed situation everything was very lovely.

I had read in past reviews that the air conditioning in the casita was struggling to keep it cool. I asked the property manager prior to making the reservation and she assured me that the air conditioning was working fine. Well it was working but the thermostat could not be lowered below 72 degrees or the unit will lock-up. Needless to say during the summer months the air needs to be lower than 72 degrees in a small building that has 4 exposed walls. My daughter and her boyfriend had to sleep on the sofa in the main house for 2 nights. The house was clean, but all the outdoor furniture was filthy. I spent the first morning hosing down all of the sitting areas and patio. And there was only one small outdoor umbrella that was broken which my husband had to fix. Overall disappointed for the cost.

Two related families came with our adult children, 8 in total. The property is well appointed with incredible views and lovely upgrades. Our only problem was the amount of beds available versus the reality of adult children. When we return, we will come with three couples rather than 8 people adults.

love this place. was perfect for our group of 6 adults. this place would be ideal i think for 2 families with a few kids. pga west is so beautiful and peaceful. property was very clean upon check in. host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. the only complaint i have is that the control ipad system for the pool is super finicky and difficult to use. it is controlled by an awful app that works about 30% of the time. super annoying. other than that i loved this place! would stay again.

Loved this place. All was as shown in the beautiful photos. Clean and had everything we needed to make meals at home. Literally the only think we could have wanted was an omelet small pan but that’s nothing to whine about. We would definately stay again😇
