Situated in North Myrtle Beach, this charming condo for R 4,668 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Shoreham Towers II is one of the most exclusive, unique oceanfront buildings in North Myrtle Beach. Few homeowners rent, so the beachfront is not crowded like at the large resorts. Our 1650 square foot corner unit features ceiling-to-floor, wrap-around windows and balconies off every room. The views up and down the coastline are spectacular! We take great care and pleasure in maintaining and updating our five homes - Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) and Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696) We do not use an agency. Owner, Margaret Williams, would like to speak with all first time renters after the unit is booked and VRBO provides personal information. Cleanliness is a top priority. This unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with many comforts and amenities of home. Furniture is kept in good condition, mattresses are top-quality, and cleanliness is absolutely essential! We provide departure cleaning and linens. Sleeping accommodations are king in master, queen in second, twins in third. Home has four televisions, DVD, and Wi-Fi high speed internet access. There is ample on-site parking and a secured lobby. Garbage chutes are on every floor. Grilling, picnic area, and bathrooms are poolside. Also on beach level is a private storage unit with beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys (supply varies due to the elements). Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. We are a NON-SMOKING condominium, and this policy applies to the balcony area as well. For security purposes we have a Ring camera at the front door. There are no cameras inside the unit. Beautiful views from both inside and out of condo. Perfect private location with easy access to all other areas of Myrtle Beach. Condo contained everything needed indoor and out. Cannot say enough about the efficiency, professionalism, kindness and goal of owner to make sure our stay was top shelf. We wouldn’t hesitate to reserve this unit again.

We have stayed many times in North Myrtle over the years and this was by far the best location. There was never an issue with parking, never an issue getting the elevator or even waiting for it. Never an issue with noise. There are bathrooms by the pool so that you don’t have to run up to your room. Only a few steps up to the beach not a long pier with many steps. Never a line to use the outside shower to wash off the sand. The condo itself was by far the best stocked and we brought everything from home. Soaps, cleaning products, trash bags etc. Very clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer worked very well which is a major bonus for a family of 6. The owner clearly has a very well operated rental process with following up with customer during the week to see if we needed anything. Great week!

The two things that initially drew me to this property - the view, and the comments/ratings of the property - were just as advertised. Upon booking this property, Margaret reached out to make us aware of events going on while we were there since it was our first trip to N Myrtle. We appreciated her desire to make sure we had a great vacation. We had great time and plan to return.

We stayed in this condo which was very clean and very convenient to everything. It’s a very quiet building and the people that live there are friendly also. The owner Margaret was very helpful and even called to check and make sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed and more was provided. Communications with the owner was fabulous, couldn't have been better. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 20 years, staying at different condos for various reasons and this. by far, was the nicest one we have stayed at. When we walked in the door, I just said "WOW!!" I would recommend any of the William's condos. Margaret is easy to talk to and the information was spot on.

It was very clean, and private. Plenty of room. It was a little confusing finding the key when we first got there. Another couple who just arrived also helped us, and Margret returned my call immediately to help us. Garbage/recycle was not clear. From the way the sign reads, only food garbage goes in the shoot, everything else goes across the street to the dumpster, or hopefully that is where we were suppose to take it. Just little things. We would come back for sure. Beautiful Condo, and views. Store was close, for your groceries.

The condo was very clean ,comfortable and well stoked .The views were amazing from just about every room. My wife and I stated here at Christmas it was so quiet and peaceful time. This home is beautiful. It is clean, spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Walls of windows provide spectacular views, both north and south, of the beach and ocean. Fantastic balcony. The location is exceptional. The host is quick to respond and communication is great. We look forward to scheduling another vacation here.

The location could not have been more perfect. Looking off the balcony both directions we're crowds as far as you could see, we we're very impressed that our section of the beach was quiet and open for our enjoyment. The condo itself was very clean and it was nice to have the personal check in from the owner confirming everything was to our standards.

The condo is very clean, and is well equipped with everything you need. It is very comfortable as well as a very relaxing condo. The building is quiet and other guests are always friendly within the building. The accommodations for this condo makes for a perfect vacation! The kitchen fully stocked so I could cook all week. The rooms were all clean & comfortable beds. The beach was not crowded at all compared to the ones on both sides. Owner is great! Highly recommended!

Truth is, from my first contact with Mrs. Margaret Williams I knew this was going to be a wonderful place in which to enjoy a beachfront family vacation, but this condo was beyond expectation! The list of pluses for 5a at Shoreham Towers II would make this review too long…trust me…but here’s a few: a lovely, well-appointed, clean living space; a kitchen with just about everything you could need already in place; beautiful linens for comfy beds and let’s not forget the VIEW!! Windows everywhere made the view an ever present gift! Thank you, Margaret, for sharing this beautiful “slice of perfection” and, Lord willing, we hope to enjoy it again in the future.

Check in was flawless. Margaret sent us the keys ahead of time. We walked in and it was like we were in a palace. Wall to Wall windows with an awesome view as stated. It was clean and felt like home. Fully stocked kitchen. Bed and sheets were incredible. Can't say anything at all negative about this rental. We will be coming back again and again. What a great host and fantastic rental. We stayed in unit 5A. There was nothing about this rental to be disappointed in. It was as clean as home and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. Parking was easy and access to everything to do was convenient. The view and assess ability to the beach was a minute away. Mrs Williams was a joy to work with.

The condo was spacious and airy with a beautiful view of the ocean. Beds were so comfortable and the sheets felt like silk. Completely stocked with all paper products, towels, dishware and utensils. We did not need a thing except our food products. I wound recommend this property for your vacation rental.
