You will be minutes from downtown Grapevine in this charming lakeside cottage. Recently updated. Relax on the large outdoor patio overlooking Lake Grapevine, enjoy s'mores in the fire pit and experience dining and shopping in historic downtown Grapevine. The house backs to Katie's Woods Park and the lake. Walking distance to Gaylord Conference Center Minutes from DFW Airport 1.5 miles to Historical Main Street Grapevine 3 miles from Southlake Town Square Less than 20 miles to ATT stadium, Globe Life Park and Texas Motor Speedway Guests can access a public boat ramp 200 yards away from the back door. There are also miles of accessible bike and hiking trails. Please let us know how we can make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will take special requests, stock food and beverages and have bikes available for your enjoyment.

This cabin is small but makes a great base location for exploring the area. Check in was delayed (cleaning crew in the house when we arrived), otherwise a wonderful stay!

Easy commute to Gaylord and Main Street. Interior of house was clean and as pictured, but the exterior areas are not in the condition as pictured. Exterior furniture and maintenance has been deferred. The house backs up to a traffic roadway, which looks like a park path in listing picture. Overall, it served the purpose for our family of 4, but I will try something different next time.

The home was very clean and inviting. We had everything we needed. I would suggest some steaming device for the tv. The local antenna did not work half the time. We are not late night people, so we relax at night (watch a little football). We would stay again.

We loved the area and the little house. We found a bar that we will now call our “spot” and will definitely be making a trip back.

We were very impressed overall with the communication, cleanliness, and troubleshooting with the homeowner (Richard). He even took care of some wasps and let us back inside when a child locked us out. The home was very cozy and a classic, tastefully-updated cottage with all amenities that you'd expect. The home is nestled in a friendly, quiet neighborhood across the street from the lake, trails, ramps and parks. Great location and spot to spend a long weekend, week or whatever you like.

House was great, we visited when it was just so hot out so we didn’t get to enjoy all it had outdoors (such as the great back patio and fire pit). Would definitely consider visiting again in cooler temps to be able to enjoy the outside!

We just needed a couple days to relax and enjoy Grapevine. This is a great location to do that and Richard is an excellent owner.

Already cute and appealing location, but it's even better in person! All the things I liked about this house from the photos were even better in person. The nice little touches were so appreciated and the hospitality of the host to leave everything we needed made our stay perfect. Along with the peaceful quiet and beautiful view of Grapevine Lake, we also enjoyed the centralization location. It was easy to get to the best shopping locations and places in DFW we wanted to see. We hope to stay here again and spend more time enjoying the view.

Had the opportunity to stay here during a work conference. This is a great cottage in a great location. Just a few steps from the lake and less than half mile to a public boat ramp. The best part is it makes a good location to work for a week with the Gaylord conference center being walkable distance. Shower and bathroom were nice. Hardwood floors complete the cottage feel.

Great little cottage for a getaway - close to the lake but also close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Well stocked. Communicative host. Would recommend to friends and family!

Enjoyed our stay- clean property, as described. The key box was a bit hard to find when we arrived as it was on a light beside the door, and we weren’t able to easily see it as we arrived late at night. Our only complaint was that when we arrived, the thermostat was set to 60 F, and it was really cold outside, and the system took a few hours for the house to heat up. The blankets were pretty thin, so we were uncomfortable for a while, but once we got the house heated up, everything was fine for the rest of our stay. Really convenient location and clean property.

Perfect Cottage
Richard is an awesome host. Very responsive and helpful. The cottage is extremely well stocked and as charming as pictured. If you are looking for a peaceful spot near Dallas/Fort Worth, this is perfect.
