Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I had an amazing week at Margaritaville resort Orlando to celebrate her birthday. Everything from the food to the drinks to the accommodations and the grounds were absolutely amazing. If you’re looking to stay in your own little slice of paradise choose Margaritaville resort Orlando and Ace hospitality. Trust me... You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, beautiful resort! We rented a 4 bedroom cottage for our stay (family of 4 with 2 teenage boys). The cottage was very clean and perfect for our family needs! My only suggestion would be to bring your own hangers as that was the only thing missing. Loved the resort. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend. Side note, Paty at the spa is AMAZING!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the cottage for a family wedding. While this was a great setup for the family and had great amenities we were unable to use some. The Hottub was over 106 degrees and the water level would not stay above the filter. This deemed it unusable. The cottage did not have hangers in the closets to hang up clothes. One of our guests asked for more Toilet Paper from the vstay desk and she was told to go to target. The cottage could also use a dust pan and a broom to clean up small messes. The floor in the cottage appeared to not have been mopped prior to arrival as bare feet were dirty after walking around.

Reviewer Comments: The property was nice overall and the staff was professional and very nice, except we had an issue that was unresolved which is why I gave 3 stars. The property that I booked was not what was provided to me and the issue was never resolved. Also, on our second night, the jacuzzi mysteriously drained by someone in maintenance and we lost a day of that amenity as well. They took care of the jacuzzi the next day which we were happy about. The property was nice overall just not what we were looking for, as we booked something was advertised different initially. Not sure if we were given a hard time because it was booked by a third party but the process of it was annoying. Lesson learned, don’t book through a third party. I wouldn’t recommend this property if you’re going to the parks like we did because you’re exhausted and then to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to your room was not ideal. It was a bit overpriced for a short trip. Also it’s about more than 20 minutes from universals so there was a bit of a drive. The cottages are self serving so you end up taking your own trash or get charged and don’t have room service. The property was spacious and had silverware we needed and such but it would have been nice to have more towels and toilet paper for the restrooms. I liked the balconies and the beds were very comfortable; also great water pressure in showers. It seemed very clean and the cottage was beautiful, we were also happy about the jacuzzi even though we were able to use it half our stay. Overall, it was a nice property and resort. If you’re staying for about a week or so, I’d recommend, but not for short trips; and maybe come during a time it’s not busy so your issue is actually resolved because mine wasn’t. The pool area and reception area are very nice and the shuttle came in handy. Beautiful place overall.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: overall layout of house was good. Not very clean as floors dirty and sticky. On site management at Margaritaville is terrible. Ran out of TP and told on me to buy. Waited over 3 hours to get sheets for pullout sofa and they refused to bring blankets. Said all on me because of how I booked. Booked through Marriott and what was stated in site is not true. Site said daily maid service that did not happen. Appliances did not work and never came to fix. Last thing, watch for the large ROACH in the kitchen. Will not return for the money spent.

Check in was a breeze, and very accommodating. Our cottage was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We were a group of mothers and daughters who loved gathering around the large dining room table for late night chatting.
