Nestled in Paso Robles, this lovely house for R 18,636 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Minutes from downtown, wineries, and the Fairgounds, this property is privately situated on a 1 acre lot with amazing views (and visits from local deer) with plenty of off-street parking. We offer a large pool that is 4ft deep throughout, perfect for kids and adults alike. Pool is surrounded by spacious deck area, for lounging in the sun, Yoga, or viewing the stars from the country setting. We have a thermal pool heating system that is dependent upon sunlight and ambient temperatures. Provides comfortable pool temperatures May to October. Please note that we enforce quiet hours from 10:30pm to 8:00am in order to ensure that we comply with local laws and are good neighbors. We utilize NOISEAWARE at this property, which is a NON-recording device that measures only volume/decibel levels and is privacy compliant. Each bedroom has convenient USB plugs and Amazon Alexa/Dot on every nightstand. Echo Dot and Echo Show in kitchen and family room for recipes, weather, movies, jokes, as well as access to Amazon Unlimited music in every room. Covered patio in backyard is equipped with speakers, misters for those summer afternoons, and a natural gas BBQ. Side yard also has shaded patio with picnic table. Upstairs rooms (each with own luxury white hotel linens, towels, hairdryer, ceiling fan, and Alexa feature): ~ Huge Master Suite with 1 Queen Sleigh bed + 1 Memory foam platform sleeper sofa to sleep 4 comfortably. This property was the perfect location for a girls birthday weekend celebration. Beautiful pool with lots of deck chairs for our group of 12 to lounge by the pool. Great kitchen with lots of seating area/living room spaces.
I had a little trouble, figuring out the outdoor versus indoor music, but the host did have lots of instructions laying around.
Lots of extra pool towels was a bonus.
I didn’t have kids with me this time, but they would have loved the game room! Great place for a girls get away or a family holiday. Can’t wait to come back!

An amazing property! A group of friends celebrating a big birthday. The home was so comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful neighborhood, spectacular view. The beds were excellent, kitchen had everything we needed. We spent the days swimming and relaxing. We hired a caterer recommended by Teri who prepared a wonderful dinner for our group one night. It was unanimously decided we will come back for our annual trip.

We stayed here for my mom’s 60th birthday. The house was amazing and perfect for our needs. The views were spectacular. The host was super helpful when it came to ideas for wine tours and restaurants. Only complaint we had was that there was a rooster at a nearby house that was very loud and started before 5am. We also weren’t able to work the outdoor fireplace, but it wasn’t something that we needed to have on. Overall, great experience!

Teri’s place is perfectly set up for a luxurious getaway with family & friends. We hosted a family reunion and a baby shower and the house was equipped with everything we could ask for. The game room was a huge hit when the Sun made it too hot to be outdoors and the pool was the perfect size and setup for hours of outdoor fun!
Teri graciously allowed for a earlier check-in and check-out which was a huge help with the heat and elders in the family. We look forward to visiting again!

We loved the home, the outdoor space and the game room. The best possible equipped home with everything you could think of and some things you never expected. Lots of technology in the home with gaming devices included. We absolutely loved the pool and lounge chairs. My only wish was a king bed since my husband is 6'1" we don't sleep well in a queen together.

This was a great home for a wine tasting week with friends. The location is perfect - very close to downtown, which made it easy to get to restaurants, but also removed enough to be quiet and have wonderful views of the area, which is beautiful. The house itself was great, too. Our group of three couples had plenty of space, and we enjoyed all of the outdoor space. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Paso Robles and this house was perfect for our family. Everything worked well and the house was very clean. We were able to keep cool in the pool and the AC kept the house very comfortable in 110 degree heat. The game room was a hit with the kids and the adults enjoyed the sunsets from the patio. The house is very well taken care of, we would definitely rent again!

This was the perfect hang out spot. There were enough rooms and beds for everyone in our party and it looks just like the pictures. Host provided a website with great winery options and travel accommodations and it made planning my sister bachelorette party a breeze. Will definitely be staying here again for family weekend getaway. Absolutely amazing experience and incredible home. Highly recommend.

This property is immaculate! Super clean, extremely well stocked with spices, coffee, teas, games, entertainment, and so much more. Definitely a 5 star accommodation worth the price. We had around 4 families stay, with 2 children per family. None of the kids even thought of turning the big screen tv on because they were having so much fun with the available amenities. The game room is super cool. We were all impressed with how clean the floors and bathrooms were. The pool's safety gate is a definite plus! We didn't have to worry about children wandering off into the pool because of how secure the gate was. We cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!

This was the best vacation rental I've done- the home exceeded expectations, everything was clean and comfortable, clearly labeled and easy to use. The host is super responsive and even shipped some left items back to us within a day. The view is gorgeous and the pool was perfect for lounging. Very comfortable and spacious house to stay in- we hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool :) We traveled with our family, our parents, and another couple with young kids. The kids ranged in age from 1-7 and all had a great time at the house and enjoyed the beautiful backyard to play in. Teri was very responsive to the few questions that we had. The house is well equipped with all the necessary items that you need for a weekend stay.
Convenient yet also quiet secluded location- we were able to enjoy a few local wineries and restaurants all which were less than 10 minutes away. Our favorite part of the home was enjoying the sunshine and views from the backyard. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Paso!

This home is beautiful and in a great location only a few minutes drive to downtown. The pool was lovely. It is a flat 4 feet deep all the way around, which is great for the younger kids. The kids also loved having their own separate space to hang out in the game room, which is a converted garage. The hosts have thought of everything you might need for your stay and we had a fantastic time.

We did a family vacation/80th birthday celebration! The home was beautiful and with 10 of us large enough for everyone to have space on their own. The game room was good for all ages - especially our 22, 18, 16 year olds with pool table, card table, numerous games for all ages. The kitchen was well fitted with spices and staples/dishes etc. and equipment for all types of cooking. The outdoor areas were great with a large pool with chase lounges and table;. Beach towels were very nice and plenty. The patio area had a large fire pit, BBQ and sitting area and eating area. I was pleased when you opened a door to the outside areas an alarm sounded briefly (nice sound) which was good since we had two young children 15 months and 4 yrs. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds and pillows were. The extra long twin beds fit my two grandsons 6'7" and 6'2" comfortably. The master bath on the second floor is very large and nicely done. There is a second bathroom for the other 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Downstairs there is a bathroom across the hall from the 5th bedroom. The laundry room had all we needed to wash clothes. The area was very quiet and the host was excellent at responding immediately to any questions. The house is located close to town and surrounding areas. The entire family agreed this is a great place for a family vacation/celebration.
