#2110 Topsail Dunes is a first-floor condo in beautiful condition with a great view of the beach and ocean! Watch the dolphins play in the surf. Gorgeous beach with a gentle slope into the ocean. Condo is same level as beachwalk and only one staircase up from the parking lot! Recently renovated unit with wood floors and a private balcony. Second unit from beachwalk. Very close to pool. Includes boogie boards, skimboard, beach chairs, sand toys. Fully-equipped kitchen. TV/DVD in family room and bedroom. Washer/dryer in hallway. Push-button code lock on front door eliminates the hassle of keys! Our condo is in excellent condition and very convenient. The beach is beautiful, peaceful, uncrowded, and family-friendly. Queen-size bed in bedroom; bunkbed in hallway alcove perfect for smaller person; queen size sofabed in family room. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: * Rates include sheets but please bring your own towels. * Check-in at 3:00 pm and Check-out at 10:00 am. * Pets are NOT allowed and NO Smoking. *There is an additional $250 charged up front but will be returned within a week if no additional cleaning is needed to be done by my housekeeper and when all parking passes and pool passes are returned and left in the condo. The condo itself was perfect. Had everything we needed and then some. The short walk down to the beach was perfect cause we’re in our 70’s. The deck was wonderful. We never once ate inside at the table. We did have some trouble getting the tvs working but my husband eventually worked them out.

We hadn’t been to the beach in years. This was a wonderful weekend. View was perfect! You can live on the balcony. Host thought of everything!

Not a bad little condo. Would be good for a couple but with 4 people it was really tight. Location to the beach access was the best part. The room was relatively clean but condensation from the HVAC ductwork is causing some mold above the washer and dryer unit and the ceiling is starting to sag. Nice kitchen and ocean view.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Always got answers to my questions right away. Easy access to the beach, beautiful up close view of the ocean. You do have walls on either side of the balcony giving you shade all the time which is nice when it is so hot, but doesn't allow you to look up and down the beach, only straight out. Super comfy bed and furniture and have lots of kitchen supplies for cooking. The one thing that could be added to be helpful are some hooks somewhere to hang wet towels and swim suits. Maybe close to front door for beach towels and in shower for wet suits. Wifi did not work at all for us. Asked a neighbor if they got service and she said hers was great and they had routers throughout. Not sure if that was the difference or not. Had very minimal connection with our server. Overall it was a nice place!

First of all, the condo was beautiful and very clean. It was literally steps away from the beach. You cannot get a better view of the ocean. It was perfect for my little family. We plan to try to stay in this exact condo next year. It exceeded my expectations.

Our biggest thing was the deck looking right over the beach. Also, there was plenty of space for the two of us. We hadn't been to Topsail Island for a few years, and it worked out better than we remembered.

First, our host was so helpful even before arriving to the property! The location was a little bit further from Surf City, the center of the island, but that didn't matter. You could not be any closer to the ocean - the view was unbelieveable - coffee on the patio every morning was amazing!

Cathy's condo was perfect for our week long getaway. It is modern and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook when we didn't go out. Great views from the balcony. Going in September allowed us to enjoy the quiet beach which we walked several times a day. I would highly recommend Cathy's condo if you visit Topsail Island.

My young kids and I really enjoyed staying here. The beach was close and the unit itself was well stocked. It’s a little bit of a drive to surf city and some of the more touristy things but we made it work. And now we know for next time. I’d definitely stay here again.

The property is as advertised and the owner is very easy to communicate with. The view is wonderful and access to the beach, pool, and amenities just steps away. The only complaint I have is a preference one. We prefer a softer bed and the queen mattress was a lot firmer. Otherwise my family and I enjoyed NTB and this condo very much.

Location was everything for us. Our Son is in the Marine Corps. and we were looking for a place to stay that had quick access to the base so we can visit with him as well as beach access for a little R&R while he was working. This location was perfect for what we were looking for.

This condo was a delightful find! So tastefully decorated, it felt spacious despite the small footprint. Cathy had the condo well stocked with basics for the kitchen and plenty of cleaning supplies for me to be able to properly take care of inevitable messes. I don't get away with just a couple of my kids often, but if I were going back to Topsail I would seek out Cathy's little oasis again in a heartbeat!

We were the first to stay here after a renovation. The kitchen and floor were brand new, and the owner didn't skimp on the renovation - everything was well done. The rest of the condo is also up to date and clean. The beach is kind of narrow at high tide, but it never felt crowded. It's a great location.

Unit very beautifully decorated with a newly renovated kitchen. Our unit faced the ocean and it was great to spend time on the patio for our morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and dinner and stargazing as the night wore on. Would not visit again in the summer. There were too many families, and their tents were set up before 7 a.m. oftentimes taking up the entire rear beach on either side of the stairs. Often times the people would not arrive for hours. If the tide was not in our favor it was difficult to find a spot in the morning. We saw many people arrive and depart from the parking lot with their beach chairs, etc. It was obvious many people were not staying in the condos. We don't hold this against the owner,
but there needs to be better security and regulations on how many visitors a condo owner can have every week.

Had a lovely time at North Topsail Beach. This condo was perfect for my husband and myself. Nicely decorated, comfortable and great view! The beach is just steps away. Great shelling! Recommend driving 15 minutes to the Riverview Cafe - delicious, fresh seafood and great service.

We would stay again at this property. The kitchen facet needs replacing along with the sprayer. We had no need for owner or management contact over our short stay. We thank you again for an excellent experience in your home away from our home.

My wife and I wanted to give ourselves a little beach getaway while we visited family for the weekend in Jacksonville. We loved the condo! Not too big, and can't beat the view! Great value for the price. Cathy was always quick to respond with our questions, (and regrettably we had a few). Most of the better restaurants are about 20 minutes away in Surf City, and it's about a 30 minute drive to Jacksonville. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for what we need for two of us to retreat for the weekend. The beach is literally 10 feet away. We sat on the deck morning and evening, listening to the surf and watching the waves roll by. The condo was perfect for us - a good size living area and small kitchen. All the amenities we needed. The beach is very shallow so during high tide, there isn't much room to spread out and sit on the beach. During High traffic times, I imagine it would feel very crowded. But for a few days, and before the busy season, it was lovely. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the island is very small and has no vegetation; barely any trees which made it feel uninviting. This is our first time at North Topsail beach. I found myself wondering what it was like before the hurricane Florence came through.
