About this condo rental

Situated in Dennis Port, this attractive condo for R 3,684 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. We are centrally located on the Cape and near everything you would need and more to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. This warm and inviting unit offers 4 guests a comfortable living area along with a patio where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and maybe a cocktail in the evening. Out back there are a few picnic tables along with Some charcoal grills. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook in or enjoy the many wonderful restaurants nearby. You will find a 120 foot stretch of private beach across the street so pack your beach chairs and umbrella and enjoy your day on the beach. To rinse that sand and salt off there is an outdoor shower for your convenience (out back). There is plenty to do and see and we have provided some information at the condo to help to plan your Cape Cod getaway. You may want to add a ferry trip to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard or maybe plan a Whale watching Excursion. A trip to Monomoy Island to see the seals is one of our favorites. There is plenty to see and do or maybe nothing at all! There is one full bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. At the condo we have Magazines/Brochures with information on things to do and some suggestions on where to eat and what to see during your stay at the Cape! It's a great little condo that we enjoy very much and we are happy to share it with you. Few important things, we do not provide sheets or towels, you will need to bring your own. No washer or dryer on the property. We do provide pillows and blankets. There is a designated parking spot for one vehicle. No Trailers or RV's are allowed. The condo is professionally cleaned each time a renter leaves. We pride ourselves with owning this property and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We just ask to be respectful of our condo, we worked hard for it. Note: The state of Massachusetts has passed a Tax Bill that expands the current Hotel and Motel tax to include rental of homes and condos (Short Term Rentals). This tax would apply to any rental of 31 days or less. The tax became effective January 1, 2019 and would apply to any lease signed on or after this date for a rental beginning July 1, 2019. The tax in the town of Dennis is 12.45%. Of course, as owners and renters ourselves we are disappointed with this new law, however with any law we are obligated to impose.

It was an awesome stay. The weather was nice and the condo was great. It had everything we needed. Easy access to beach. When I had a question I just submitted an email to the host and received a response immediately. Due to the storm coming in we had to end our stay a day early and the host was very gracious about our early departure. Looking forward to another stay at this location.

The stay was great. The only issue we had with the room was the mattress it was terrible. You sank in 3 inches and it was hard to get in and out of the bed because of it without waking the other person up other than that the place was excellent.

The location was great and it appears just like listed. We had a problem with the double bed and couldn't sleep in it due to it sinking in the middle. We had to purchase an inflatable bed and set it up in the middle of the living area. Kitchen was small with limited cookware so we didn't make anything but coffee.

I booked this property as a last minute get away to relax and recharge. The property was exactly as it is described, it was very clean and supplied with everything I didn't know I needed! It was in a great central location and just steps to the ocean. The property manager was very pleasant and accommodating and communicated in a timely manner. Rental neighbors were quiet and a pleasure to meet. Don't hesitate on this one, it is a must!

A wonderful place across the street from a private beach! Couldn't be a better location! We fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Nice patio facing the water. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Linda was a very responsive host. Very happy!

This was a perfect place to stay on our vacation. This one bedroom condo was perfect, with ocean views from your patio and a private beach. The locations is convenient, with restaurants and activities nearby. The unit was clean and the mattress was very very comfortable. Everything you need is available! I will definitely returning!

My husband and I really enjoyed the Cape. The cottage was perfect for the two of us and centrally located. We enjoyed a bike ride, walking to breakfast, and the beaches. . I would recommend staying here for a nice peaceful stay. Thank you!

The cottage is in a great spot, close to the beach, quite area but all stores and restaurants are in close driving distance. As an visitor from Europe we have been surprised that no linens and towels were provided, we had to buy all that for the last couple of days of our US vacation.

This is an awesome location! Amazing ocean views, right across the street from a private beach and walking distance to several restaurants. In the heart of Dennisport and easy to get to 28. Unit is very clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful view -accommodations. We are regular visitors to Dennis and this area is particularly outstanding due to the close proximity to the beach and very family and neighborly atmosphere. We had never seen the unit except for pictures and it was even nicer than we expected. The view and access to the beach is great and the owners were quick to respond to any and all questions we had. We have already reserved it for next year!
