Comfortable Beds Safe quiet neighborhood Free Wifi Smart Tvs Open Kitchen and Modern comfortable rooms Free parking garage BUS-000602-2021 The space Includes: Self Check in through Keypad Front door entry Security Cameras outside of the home for added safety Each Guest Room Has Keypad Lock for Privacy Awesome living room space Complete Modern Kitchen Pool New elegant furniture Flat screen TVs with smart functions (Roku/Chromecast) Fast WiFi up to 100mbps Streaming Movies Iron and Ironing Board Washer and Dryer Heating and Cooling Parking garage for 2 cars Security Cameras outside of the home for added safety. These Cameras are located in the front door and the drive way, they only record motion activity and sounds within 20 feet from the device. There is an Alarm Panel Smart Device located in the laundry room. Takes a picture if the panel is touched or tampered with. You may simply close the laundry room door if you don not want the to see the panel. If you feel you need to cover it, you may do so as your privacy and security is important to us. This Panel does not record motion or sound during any reservation. Thank you for understanding. This is NOT a party house! No party & special events allowed!!!!! I live close by and neighbors have my phone number, so if you have party or any loud event, You will be removed out immediately without any refund and a fee of $100 Quiet hours are after 9 pm. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home in and out, Pool access in a spacious backyard, 2 car garage to protect your vehicle from the sun if need be. We ask that you please report all guest in your reservation. All Guest rooms have a keypad entry in order to save rooms from needing to be cleaned multiple times. We try and attract to all party sizes therefore if only few guest are booked, room codes will be given according to the amount needed. We are here to help and are always available to answer any questions so please do not hesitate to ask. !!!Very Important!!! Absolutely no parties or events during your stay. We've dealt with guest who broke our rules before and it did not end well. We don't mind guest over for dinner or family visits. However, noise levels must be low after 9pm. came to vegas for my bday weekend and had a blast. House was clean, easy access upon arrival. Towels provided and some wash cloths. This house was amazing. Thank you i would use again

This trip was extra special as I was traveling with a 1st Time traveler and my 2 adult children to celebrate the life of my daughter whose deceased. We needed to just relax and recharge. The 4 of us had an awesome experience and it’s particularly memorable because of this spot. Nice, clean, quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to a store. We were close enough to hit the strip & Fremont Street with a lyft and still come back to the house and fully enjoyed the pool. The Beds was all comfy, and again 4bedrooms meant we all had our own personal space. I’ll definitely love to come back on my next visit. Thanks, this definitely was a nice ‘Find’. ;)

Check-in is done with sending you an email on the day of arrival with a code. But you have to ask how check-in works because he doesn't let you know that. The house is not clean, the drawers in the kitchen are dirty, the stove is greasy, in the bathroom are hairs from the previous visitors everywhere. Half the house is locked but they let you pay for the whole house and you don't get to use that. Doesn't feel very welcoming. The hot tub outside makes an awful noise, we had to cut power to be able to sleep. The couch is not comfortable at all and the house not very cosy. The neighborhood is not very nice to say the least, a lot of old rusty cars with a wheel missing and groups of people shouting and so on. The house is not very wel maintained, could definitely use a paintjob en the gate doesn't close, that is not very safe. When we had to leave 10 days early due to the Corona threat the owner couldn't be bothered with giving us a kind of refund, not even a partly return of the cleaning cost (which isn't use anyway because the house isn't clean). Only a promiss of a discount for the next time we visit. But you can understand, that isn't an option.

This home was clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet subdivision close to a Smith's Grocery store. We cooked all our meals there and had all the comforts of home. Four bedrooms gave us all the privacy we needed. The hot tub was nice. The location of this property is perfect for NASCAR races. A couple more patio chairs would have been nice but we really enjoyed our stay.

The house was overall very nice. Clean and spacious. What is to be expected. But what was not expected was that the outdoor spa, and the main reason why I rented this house, would not heat even one degree. The heater would not start up no matter what the owner suggested I try over multiple phone calls. And he was not able to get someone out to check it until Monday, the day after we needed to leave in order to not miss work. The owner declined to reimburse any of the rental charges. The only thing he offered was to stay an additional night free, which was not feasible at that time, or get one free night in the future. And that will only happen if there is a guarantee the spa is functioning properly.

This place is in a great location and within walking or running distance to gym, food, and retail locations. Yuri was great at communication and worked with us on everything. Great bang for your buck!

We had a lovely time at the house -- Yuri was quite helpful in messages, and the neighborhood is very calm. The hot-tub gazebo is a great help in summer, and the master bed is huge; it can be a bit thin if you're heavy, but it wasn't a major problem. The location is up near Nellis Air Force Base, which can mean half-hour drives to areas near the Strip, but the distance is often worth it. Would stay again!

The House is very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The Patio is beautiful to sit outside. The House was clean and there are a lot of space to park the cars inside and outside the garage. Restaurants and Groceries are only a few minutes away. The neighboorhood was very quiet. If there are any questions or problems the communication with Yuri was very good. It was a really nice stay !

We really enjoyed staying here. It was easy to find and we had great communication with the owner for anything we needed. The jacuzzi was a nice bonus and there was plenty of room in the house for us. We felt like it was clean and the furniture and beds were comfy. Overall, we had a great time here.

We loved staying here! I've never slept so well in Vegas before! This is a beautiful home with everything you need to relax and chill while seeing all Las Vegas has to offer. The owners were very responsive to any of our requests or questions. The kitchen is great, and the hot tub in the private back yard is a nice perk. I would highly recommend this home to anyone coming to Las Vegas.
