Great for Winter park and local restaurants! Fun stay!

The 6 of us (2 moms and 4 kids) had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of room for all of us. We loved the hot tub after skiing! The kids loved playing in the snow too. We called the property managers a few times (fix battery in smoke alarm, adjust temperature in hot tub and turn off fireplace) and they were very responsive. I would highly recommend this property!

The home was very good! We were super impressed with management company sending hot tub service mid way through our stay. We only rent homes with private hot tubs and even then have had issues. Not with this company- hot tub was super clean and well maintained!

Really a perfect location, close to Winter Park and lots of dining options - and super close to the grocery and liquor stores. Plenty of room for spreading out and the hot tub with great views was the best part. We can’t wait to come back!

Great House!!
Great house! Great service! Very close to shuttle and everything else in town. Highly recommend! Only advice -- don't touch the thermostat. If you turn it up, you're going to BURN up! Heat works VERY VERY well!

Perfect property; great management company
The property was more than adequate for our two families (4 adults and 6 kids total). The property itself boasts radiant heating (no cold toes!), a four person hot tub (critical for those post ski days) along with enough beds for the adults and the kids. The location was perfect. 3 minutes to the Safeway and decent restaurants (Elevation pizza was solid and you definitely want to check out Shreddy's tacos and the brewery next door if you like dogs). 15 minutes to the slopes.
The management company really stood out for their responsiveness and professionalism. Most importantly, the property management company provided all the necessities (coffee, spices, detergent, garbage bags, etc.) which most property management companies don't stock. Made shopping upon arrival much easier.
Only suggestion is to be very careful when getting in and out of the hot tub. The hot tub sits on a balcony over the parking spot. Any water will seep through the gaps in the balcony and land on the car. In addition, it freezes on the balcony making it very slippery. It's not the end of the world but the drive way will tend to ice and ice will form on your car if you're not careful. Ice melt is not provided by the owner of the property so just be cautious.
Would definitely rent this property again and be thrilled to work with Winter Park Lodging company again.

Everything went very smooth. And all was good. Our needs were modest. But the house was very good for us.

Great property
Great location and very nice home. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. Hot tub is on the smaller end (really made for 2 adults) but very refreshing after a day on the mountain.

Had a great stay, very nice place.
We had 4 couples and 2 small children. Plenty of room for everyone. Great to have a garage to keep bikes in, little small not able to park any of the three trucks we had in it.

Amazing vacation!!!

Amazing mountain getaway!
This home was absolutely perfect for 4 couples to enjoy a fun weekend in the mountains! There was plenty of room for everyone, the private hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing, the location was close to everything and the customer service from Winter Park Lodging was on point! I would recommend this home anytime to anyone, and I hope to be staying here again soon.

Even better than the photos!
We could not have been happier with this property. It was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Perfect size for our group of 8. Customer service was excellent too. Even though we didn’t need anything extra, I knew the owner company was ready to help, answer questions or run us out anything we might be missing.

Great home for several families and close to everything!
We loved the proximity to all things in Fraser. We were in town for a wedding and the convenience/distance of the rental to the venue made going back and forth very easy. Close to markets and town. Beautifully appointed with rooms and en suites on every level. Loved having a 2 car garage as it rained during our 4 day stay. What impressed me the most was the customer service we received through Winter Park Resorts. Each phone call was easy. They called the week before our arrival and also the day before to make sure that all was on track and to see if we needed anything further for our guests. The day after we returned home I received another call wanting to make sure everything was great. They did a fabulous job of staying in touch and answering our every question. This fact plus the beautiful location and decor made our stay just right!

Nice condo, very clean, well furnished kitchen
Everything was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Like the touch of having coffee for first morning and chocolates when you arrive. Grocery store is very convenient. Winter Park itself is a just a few miles away. The only issue was parking for 2 vehicles and garage is too short for a suburban.

Family vacation DUPLICATE
This condo is very beautiful and high quality. It sleeps 6 adults nicely with 4 children. Unfortunately we had 8 adults and two had to sleep on an air mattress with no where to actually put it. There is also no where for children to play outside. They did enjoy the spa. Staff was super helpful and very friendly.

One of the best places we have stayed.
Good location, easy to use, really nice interior, great views, hot tub was great, booking was simple, check in and check out couldn't have been easier, very clean. We use VRBO properties for nearly all our vacations-3-4 per year, and this one was one of the best we have ever had.

Perfect place for our family
This place was nicely decorated and large enough for 3 couples to have their own room and an extra large bunk room which we didn't even use. It was my husband and I and 2 of our boys and their girlfriends. All had their own bathroom. Kitchen and family room flowed well. Jacuzzi right off family room. 2 car garage. Everything we needed and nothing was rundown. Felt pretty upgraded. Short drive to skiing. Would return for sure.

Great place to stay - New Years celebration with friends
Great convenient location, minutes away from tubing hill which kids enjoyed and snowmobile tours. Close to Winter Park skiing area. Townhouse in good condition, upgraded / modern and spacious. Great for 3 families with kids. Checkout time is a little early but we made it :). Thank you Winter Park Lodging Co!

Great Place!
This is a great 4 bedroom unit. Lots of space, super comfortable beds, nicely furnished and equipped, and the hot tub was an added bonus. Location in Fraser was close to Safeway and Fraser trail. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place!
Well built and tasteful. Able to get minor issues handled immediately (thermostat not on) Clean and supplies at your disposal. Would only recommend more towels for hot tub. Which between that and the fireplace made the stay totally worthwhile!
