Location, Location, Location!! This unit has fabulous views of the beach, ocean and OMG the sunsets are Spectacular. Balcony is the perfect setting for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Kitchen includes everything that you need and probably more. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the Primary has a great view of the beach/ocean. Plenty of towels (beach & bath). Beach Chairs & Umbrella are in great shape and some have back pack straps for easy of use. You can walk to beach resorts on Mullet and restaurants in Jordan Village. We had an amazing vacation and will definitely looks at visiting again!!

Our family enjoyed our vacation . Hajj by in four 2 grown daughters with us the location was the best part. We were close enough that they were able to walk to beach: / walk to college area wherever here were little bars and restaurants. Perfect!!

Love the location of this property! Private beach access, community pool with swim up bar and food. Close to bars and restaurants, clean (more than enough space for a family of 4) and staff was very friendly.
The property has everything you would need for a great vacation. Having the beach chairs, towels, floaties, cooler and umbrella were great. Amazing ocean views!

Sean was exceptional, his communication was very helpful and quick. He had an amazing recommendation list that he sent after booking. The view is probably the most incredible I have ever seen. A lot of St. Maarten has changed since the hurricane but I would say this is the best area to be in. Not far from anything on the dutch side which is the best side to be on.

A wonderful place to stay
We had a wonderful week. The unit is close to restaurants (Jules has the best pastries) and popular beaches, but has plenty of privacy. The Cupecoy beach club is the perfect resort. The unit is very very nice and has spectacular views. We had issues with roof work being done (noise and tarps), but Sean was understanding and helpful in trying to minimize the disruption. Although St Maarten is in the midst of rebuilding after Irma, this unit and beach club are excellent, and the island has much to offer (blue waters, snorkeling, & a friendly atmosphere).

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunset Dream condo. It is large and has an interesting layout with three balconies. The view of Cupecoy beach, and its cliffs, is truly amazing. As many reviews have mentioned, the condo has everything you wouldn't normally find in a rental property. There are great backpack-able reclining beach chairs, a beach umbrella, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach mats, you name it. The cupboards are stocked with everything you need and there is a variety of alcohol available to make cocktails with. The location is great as well, making it easy to get to many attractions including the fine restaurants in St. Martin. Cupecoy beach is stunning to explore walking from cove to cove along its majestic cliffs. It is also a very short walk to the beautiful Mullet Bay beach. The neighborhood, in fact the whole island, feels very safe and the people are very friendly. I would advise guests to bring movies on USB since the TVs have no cable and we couldn't get the apps, (I.E Netflix), to run. When we tried to run the apps it said that you must agree to the terms and conditions, which it tries to download for several minutes, and then it gives you an error saying that the network is not stable. We didn't mention this to the owner because we had a Chromecast so we were able to cast Netflix from our phone to the TV, though this was flaky as well. The WIFI seem great for surfing the Web though. I have to mention that the owner, Sean, is a man of integrity who is great to deal with. We highly recommend this condo!

A beautiful home and GREAT location on the beach!
Sunset Dream really does have sunsets that you dream about!
Everything was exactly as stated and more. The place itself was much larger than I thought it would be and the layout gives you privacy when wanted with the two master suites and a third bathroom for guests. The beds were very comfortable which is not always the case I have found in the past at other rentals. I loved laying in bed and listening to the waves breaking, with my patio door open....
The second bedroom had a very nice garden view and also had a full very large bathroom.
There were TV's in both rooms and a large TV in the living room.......since we were there after the hurricane TV service was still down in the Cupecoy area so we went into town to watch the Super Bowl which is more fun anyway! We loved Buccaneer Beach Bar!
The kitchen is full size and had whatever we needed to cook a meal which we did quite often.
There is maid service every other day......Anna was amazing and very attentive.
The security at Cupecoy Beach Club is top notch. The guards were always at the gate and walking the grounds which made me feel very safe. Being two single woman, this is very important to me.
As for restaurants, Bar Code is across the street and is very good, Ernst & Fidel in Porto Cupecoy is wonderful, Mario Bistrot is amazing and Jules is our go to place for pastries and breakfast!
But if you want the BEST ribs and fresh lobster served to you on the beach in your beach chair, then you will have to check out Dany's Beach bar on Cupecoy beach. Ohhhh.....and the best Rum punch on the island!
So to sum things up......Sean's place was perfect and I hope to stay there when we return next February 2019 Lemondroppers!

Beautiful property; excellent location with nearby beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, casinos, etc all within walking distance or a short drive; the property's beach by itself is very private and wonderful - we also enjoyed nearby Mullet Bay beach as well

The property is amazing!
This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and loved every moment of it, although we have decided to stay longer the next time we visit! This home is beautifully maintained and has all one would need on vacation! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would find at your own home - if you wanted to cook meals in or bring have take out. Glassware, plates, pots, pans, utensils and spices. The bed in the master bedroom and the furniture are all very comfortable and there were always enough bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, noodles and a beach umbrella. Everything is in great condition! And, as wonderful as this unit is, I feel the location on the island could not be better...There are great restaurants across the street to go to, as well as Thai and pizza take-out. And, the beach at Cupecoy was AWESOME this year and being walking distance to Mullet Bay for rum punches and ribs was a bonus!

Paradise in the Caribbean!
We really like the location of this unit, easy access to both sides of the island, and plenty of great places to eat , purchase groceries and visit the many, many beaches. The sound of the ocean is awesome and the view from the porch was unbeatable. We were fortunate to be there during the Regatta week and we saw lots of sailboats, yachts, and other boats enjoying the water. We had a great sunset each night that we looked forward to each day. I look forward to the completed renovation of the fitness center.

Well-equipped condo with stunning views and easy access to a small secluded beach. Located near airport and short drive to many other beaches and great restaurants (don't let curb appeal dissuade you from dinning). French side within easy reach, but avoid rush hour. Planning our next visit.

This condo was spotless. Open and spacious. Loved the deck overlooking the ocean.
Perfect sunset every night. Bedrooms are very accommodating. The owners have thought of many things that make your stay very enjoyable. Umbrella, chairs, floaters......the condo is fully furnished! I wish we had use of a clothes washer/dryer in the unit though. Parking is very scarce but always found a place to park. The security guards at the gate were all really a pleasure. The pool/club house people were warm and friendly. Swim right up to the bar and get a drink. The residence and guest were all very nice. The walks on the beach were great and very clean. We loved walking to the grocery store and always stopped at the French Bakery and Fat Tony's . A Casino right across the street and a few in town. Cheri's in town was highly recommended for drinks, food and entertainment. We never had a poor meal anywhere. All were great and enjoyed everyone we went too. Another wonderful vacation at Sunset Dreams, St.Martin
My husband and I have stayed at Sunset Dreams for our 4th year now, and we always enjoy our vacations here.
The location and the beach are the best! The island is easy and fun. Lots to explore and very relaxing.I can't imagine going anywhere else!
The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished, clean, and there is everything that you could possibly need available.
Another great thing is that the complex is gated and guarded 24/7, which is comforting while staying in another country. Although we have never had any problems while vacationing on St. Martin. We cannot wait for next year already!!!

We had another great vacation in St. Maarten.....If you stay in this condo you wont regret it, you will fall in love with this place, it is heaven.
Your home away from home is the only words for this beautiful condo. What you see in the pictures is what you get at the condo...The views from the balconies are truly amazing. You see the cruise ships coming in, in the morning and going out all lite up at night, so pretty. The planes fly right by. This year there was a little sting ray swimming right out front of the condo, that was pretty cool to watch.
There is a Casino right across the street with the best Italian food I have ever had and they make pizzas that are to die for....
Your own private beach pretty much, there was not to many on the beach, it was wonderful.
Cupecoy Beach Club is the best...the swim up bar and the best service and food....thank you Chandra and Maria....
You really should rent a car while you are in St. Maarten, there are so many great places to go: to eat, drink, shop or just sightsee. It is a very friendly island and really easy to get around. This was our third time to this wonderful Island and out second time staying at this condo...thank you Sean and family for letting us rent your beautiful home. We do hope to be back next year!

Return Visit Was the Best
This was our second stay at this property in less than 4 months. We liked the condo and location so much we could wait for "same time next year". This time my wife and I saw more of the island. It was so nice traveling around the island and beaches on the days there were no cruise ships in port. Having fresh French pastries and cold Dutch beer while watching both sunrise and sunsets were remarkable. Can't wait until the next time.

Home away from home!
WOW! We just returned from our stay at Sunset Dream and it was absolutely wonderful! The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had all of the dishes, glasses, pots and pans that you could need. The bedrooms, living room and dining room were absolutely perfect, spacious and very comfortable. The views from each of the two balconies and rooftop deck were magnificent! For most of the days, since we were there on off-peak time, we had the pool to ourselves, which was great. The Cupecoy Beach Club is located at a convenient location. We had a car and it was a short drive to everywhere, whether you wanted to spend time on the dutch side or venture into the french side. We would definitely consider staying in this condo again.

We'll be back!
Me, my fiancé and my daughter (age 17) and son (age 15) absolutely loved this place! It was quiet, private and clean. It was a quick bus ride to the nearest market if you didn't want to walk and the security guards were so nice. We loved the Cupecoy beach but also really enjoyed Maho beach right next door. The condo was beautiful and the balcony views were gorgeous! We will definitely be back!

Sunset Dream - Wonderful Stay
Just got back from a 4 night getaway. Have always wanted to stay at Cupecoy Beach Club and this unit was perfect. Everything you could want it there. Loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean, and ending the night with a glass of wine on the upper deck, we were able to catch a sunset though the palm trees!! Would not hesitate to stay here again!! Easy walk through the upper gate to Mullet Bay, our favorite beach. We also spent a day just sitting on the sun deck built into the cliff at the resort. Twice we walked out to the Maho area prior to dusk to catch some planes at Sunset Beach bar, and just grabbed a taxi back from the Casino Royale. Also easy walk across the street to the newly revamped Starz Casino. There are two sports bars over there so we were able to catch NHL and NBA finals. Can't wait until We can sneak away again!!!!

Family Vacation
Great time, don't want to leave! Trying to fit every last minute in and soak up the sun! Condo had magnificent views, everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Wish there was washer/dryer... Our 3 night stay was amazing. Great location. Close to the airport. Mullet was within walking distance. Recommendation to go to Rosie's for ribs was spot on. The condo itself was beautiful and spacious. The view is spectacular! Enjoyed watching the sunset from one of the 3 decks at the condo. Sitting pool side was just as relaxing. The sun deck located half way down the stairs towards the beach was another great spot we enjoyed on the property. Snorkeling was amazing, we saw an octopus amongst the fish. Enjoyed walking along the beautiful beach. There were 6 people in our group, the 3rd couple stayed in another unit. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Miriam at the pool bar is very sweet. She makes delicious drinks and food! The other owners/renters we met were very nice people. This place is definitely worth going back to! Sean the owner made booking and our stay very easy.

Great condo, great location
We had a fantastic stay here in late March '15. The condo was nice and spacious, and is well represented by the accompanying pictures in the listing. The location was terrific, not far from the airport but far enough. The views were beautiful, and we had the beach (and pool) mostly to ourselves while we were there. While I'd recommend renting a car to take full advantage of the island, there's multiple restaurant options across the street/within walking distance. Communicating with Sean and getting into the condo was a seamless process - would love to come back one day!
