My 23 yr old daughter and I stayed here for a long week-end. Larry and Dee have truly thought of everything!! Their property is immaculately clean, cozy bed, great air conditioning for hot days, stunning outdoor space for cool evenings, incredible WIFI for the working vacation. You are in the middle of quiet vineyard country with Healdsburg only a couple miles away. Just book it!

Lovely scenery and comfortable large master suite with private patio. We went for our 20th anniversary weekend - very romantic.

A charming, comfortable gem set in a beautiful and quiet location overlooking vineyards. The hosts were terrific.

When you find a gem, you have rave about it. We didn’t expect to literally be staying in a vineyard, to have a patio that at night provided that amazing sky, being greeted by the morning harbingers each day and that delicious afternoon breeze. This gem is located at the junction of California 128 and Alexander Valley Road, so you’re minutes away from some of the area’s most enjoyable wineries, and a short ten minutes away from Healdsburg. If you’re venturing further there is of course CA 128 for a short drive to Calistoga or St. Helena or the 101 nearby. You just can’t do better if this is the area for you. The guest suite: words like immaculate, flawless, and pristine fail to do it justice. The host’s attention to detail and comfort were perfect. The necessities were all there. The bed, bedding, and arrangement off the charts (when your 28-year veteran interior designer wife gets excited, then you know you can endorse). And a bathroom filled with fluffy soft luxurious bathroom linens! The area information provided by the knowledgeable hosts, spot on. Easily the best guest suite we’ve stayed at globally. In the hotel category, a five star.

If I could give it 6 stars I would. The property and room was “top of the line”. It was a nice quiet private location, luxury decor, snacks, and everything you need after a long day on the tasting trail (including spruce up service daily). Larry was such a great host, and the entire rental, check in, stay, and check out process was awesome. Thanks for sharing your property and making our stay perfect.

My husband and I could not have been happier with the beautiful space that the owners have created! Everything was high end and immaculate the space was perfect for what we were looking for our trip. We had privacy, fabulous decor, plenty of space inside and outside, and the setting was beautiful, away but very close to everything we wanted to see. We were in the middle of a vineyard, and could even walk to some beautiful wineries, with walking paths right outside our door. Downtown Healdsburg was just 5 miles away. Larry, had wonderful snacks and beverages already there, and we appreciated the light housekeeping. We look forward to coming back to Sonoma, and we would definitely stay here again! Lovely property 5-10 minutes outside of Healdsburg. Exactly as represented in listing. Lots of space. Incredible bed and linens. Yummy munchies provided. Best shower I’ve been in in years - maybe decades. Loved our time there! Two tiny words of caution. There are people living above the unit so you may hear occasional footsteps. They were minimal and not disruptive for us. The sea grass (?) rug is beautiful but I’m a tenderfoot. I wished I had my slippers with me. My husband had no issue at all so it’s just tender feet like mine. We totally will be back on our next visit!!!

This property is perfectly located and central to the Sonoma wine regions. We were always a few minutes from any of our destinations. The property was extremely quiet and serene. The bed was so comfortable and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities including water, milk, coffee, ear plugs, soaps, hairspray, facial wipes and many more. I highly recommend this place for a party of 2.

We let out expectations creep up on us with all 5 star reviews of this place, and it was fantastic - the private porch amongst the old wine vines, the cozy fireplace for the cool evenings and mornings, the delicious coffee (and foamer with organic milk in the frig...), the comfortable bed, great smelling candle, ideal location... We are looking for a good excuse to come back soon!

From our arrival to leaving this little lodging stay was a gem! Very private and wonderful. We enjoyed every moment in this luxury suite! We were running quite a bit for various fun around the counties and this location served us well as a base camp…albeit with all the high end appointments you could desire! The owners were available whenever we reached out and very nice! They really have a great set up and private accommodations! Thanks so much!

Wow! Wow! Wow! There’s a reason this lovely rental has 100% Five Star reviews! Larry & Dee have ensured every detail of your stay is comfortable and memorable. As others have mentioned, the decor and furniture are beautifully appointed. The bed is unbelievably comfortable with beautiful crisp linens. The bathroom, is equally as lovely with luxurious white fluffy towels. Check in was a breeze and Larry was very responsive to texts. We also appreciated that they arrange for someone to come in daily to tidy up the room; including a mid-week linen change. I could go on and on…….but I will say that they truly offer a 5-star experience that in many ways is far nicer than many of the very high end hotels in both Sonoma and Napa Valley. We will be back!

The unit is very nice and on a beautiful property. The decor is beautiful and everything is top notch. I recommend this property to any couples looking to relax after a long day of wine tasting.

This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed, ever. The room was luxuriously appointed and comfortable, with private entrance and patio area, in a large beautiful house surrounded by vineyards. Equally close to downtown Healdsburg and Geyserville. Larry, our host, was always within minutes of responding to any texts and questions. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the area. Loved it!!

Run and don’t walk if you’re thinking about booking Larry’s suite. It is the perfect place for a couples getaway to wine country. Within walking distances to amazing wineries. The suite itself has been beautifully decorated and you’ll never want to leave especially with Larry’s wonderful hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect getaway in the heart of wine country

This was our 2nd time staying at this proprietary. Everything was spectacular. This place is clean and well managed with first class amenities. Fully stocked mini frig with yummy snacks including sparkling water, delicious coffee and breakfast treats. The manager Larry is easy and quick to communicate. A jewel in the middle of wine country. We will definitely return when we have the opportunity.

Perfectly appointed property surrounded by vineyards, conveniently close to several outstanding wineries. Luxurious furnishings with ample seating, ultra comfortable bedding, and added thoughtful touches of microwave, complimentary stocked snacks, beverage fridge, plus Nespresso espresso system made this stay impossible to leave! This is a spectacular little place to stay in wine country. Very well appointed with a surprise daily maid service. Food in the pantry and a lovely side yard. I think this is a great place for a couple to stay in Sonoma county.

Every part of our stay from booking to departure exceeded expectations. Upon arrival, we were so pleasantly surprised by our room. The room was immaculately clean and fastidiously decorated. The host is incredibly accommodating and provided us with more than we could have asked for. We are accustomed to staying with four seasons properties when we travel and we genuinely found this room to be better than many five star hotels! Can’t wait to book again! Suite is very nicely furnished and the snacks and beverages were a welcome bonus.

The property was is a perfect location, situated among several Alexander Valley wineries and vineyards. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, yet also close to a few access roads which we used for morning walks to take in the picturesque scenery. Larry and Dee have thought of everything one might need when staying at their retreat. We took full advantage of the patio area (along with cheese/crackers & blankets -- amenities inside the retreat!) to enjoy purchases from the winery experiences earlier in the day. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place allowing you close proximity to Alexander Valley you'll definitely want to check out this beautiful spot!
