Located In Arrecifes, The 24- hour Security Gated Community In Playa del Coco. This 4 bedroom 2 bath house is the perfect location to enjoy your Costa Rican vacation. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the local night life. The location also provides the peace and quiet you're looking for. The house has an open floor plan, and the fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, a full-size refrigerator, and an electric stove. The master bedroom suite has a built-in closet, walk-in shower, and a locally made Guanacaste wood king size bed. The walk out balcony provides a relaxing area where you can view the occasional wild monkeys. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a built-in closet. The third bedroom has a standard size bed with a built-in closet. The fourth bedroom is a smaller bedroom with bunk beds located on the second floor next to the Master bedroom, perfect for kids. The house can comfortably sleep 8 people. Included in the house: A washer and dryer, 1- 46' HD TV and Blue Ray player in the living area, air conditioning in each bedroom and the living area, a safe, iron, a mounted hair dryer in each bathroom, a TV with DVD player in the Master Bedroom, and WIFI. The pool and the covered outdoor jacuzzi is a great place to relax. It includes a grill, TV, outdoor restrooms, and lounge chairs and tables for guest use. Great condo in gated community. Just steps to the pool with an excellent sea food restaurant in walking distance. Everyone was so friendly!

Our family was able to gather to celebrate birthdays, and have a beautiful week! The townhome was perfect, in a great location. We enjoyed the pool, trips into town, and a few days at the beach. Our host and the staff at the townhome was fantastic! We will definitely book this townhome for next visit to Costa Rica!

We loved the little gated community with guard. We felt safe and had plenty of room inside. We were close to to town so we would walk daily to town to shop and eat. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!!

We stayed 4 nights and loved our stay. We are a family of 7 and there was lots of room for our whole crew. The pool was our favourite. Temperature was perfect!
Very close to groceries and shops. And 5 minute walk to the beach. Gated condo area, so you feel very safe if you have kids running around.

Great condo. It had everything we needed and if we found we wanted more the grocery stores and shops are within walking distance. If anyone has a hard time walking I suggest alternate transportation if going all the way to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the pool is refreshing. The condo owner is VERY helpful, he stayed in touch and answered all my questions.

Great pool! Perfect for families!
We stayed 4 nights and loved our stay. We are a family of 7 and there was lots of room for our whole crew. The pool was our favourite. Temperature was perfect!

Bargain Basement Price for a nice place
My traveling companion my son and 2 grandchildren stayed here. Plenty of room good cooking area (We had a fish supper which my nephew and family joined us). Good time for all. Neighbors great

We loved the home !
The house is beautiful and very clean. It had everyhting we needed. The downstairs toilet needs tp be fixed tho because it's hard to flush and it makes a lot of noise. Otherwise, the house was perfect ! We were very comfortable. Thank you so much for everything ! We loved playa del coco and Costa Rica ! We will be back for sure in the future ! ¡Pura Vida! :)

Very very comfortable, safe and clean!
We loved the layout of the home, the beds and bedrooms were clean and very comfortable... slept like babies! The house was well stocked with everything you need for cooking and the market is just a few steps away with well priced groceries! The gate staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming! The neighbours were helpful and friendly! The community pool was clean and warm and sunny! The downtown area is friendly with many wonderful restaurants and experiences!
My only advice is make sure you purchase or bring the daily supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, food wrap, salt/pepper and coffee/ sugar. It can all be purchased right at the market... so ensure to buy with your first shop!

Great location, great neighborhood. We really enjoyed the acomodations the house was perfect for our family vacation. The neighbors and security guards were great, very helpful they made us feel like we were part of their community.

Vacation
When our driver dropped us off at the house I was immediately stunned at how gorgeous the property was ! It was more than enough room for me and my husband ! It was perfect ! It was really nice and close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars . We enjoyed our stay in playas del coco. The beach was stunning ! Make sure when you visit to watch the sunset at night , there’s nothing like the view from the beach . Our trip was wonderful we will definitely be back !

Perfect for us!
Arricefes was exactly what our family with small children needed. The beautiful gated community gave us a sense of safety. The kids played outside with the other children staying there. They swam in the pool 2-3 times daily. There was plenty of space for us, we only used 2 of the 4 bedrooms. Robert, the owner answered our questions quickly.
In case you are considering a stay, you might like to know that the beach is a bit of a jaunt. It usually took us about 15 minutes to get there. Make sure to stay on the sidewalks when you have one to use. Also, the place is not stocked with much of anything. For example, there was 1 single garbage liner in each garbage can, and each bathroom had 1/2 roll of toilet paper. It was up to us to purchase more. We also purchased things like salt and pepper and seran wrap, which we would've gladly left there for the next guests, but it didn't seem like leaving things was appropriate.
We had the best time and visited 4 beaches and a waterfall during our stay. There's a great market behind the community and a restaurant in front. There's a more Americanized market that's about a 10-minute walk. The fellas taking care of the place were friendly and helpful, as were the neighbors. We will for sure be back!!!

Fun in the Sun
We found this prefect for our family get together with member coming from around the world. The town of Coco is a short walk away so if you can find many things to do and eat. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor grill. It was a great surprise to find out that there is a very nice grocery store 'around the corner'! The neighbors we met were a highlight of our stay.

Nice property! Good location
Very nice house in an excellent community. Good value. The comunal areas are very nice, and the place is very safe. Only one space for parking but there is space outside close to the security office. Some cleaning issues at the refrigerator. We very happy with our stay. Robert was very communicative.

Great place to stay in central location to great beaches.
We stayed here for 4 nights and it was the perfect accommodations for our family of 5. The house is homey and has most everything you need. A few spices and cooking oils in the kitchen would have been handy but no big deal.
It’s a short drive or walk to a good grocery store and some good places to eat. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset most nights. My kids enjoyed the board games that were available and especially the close proximenity of the pool.
It’s a good location to many beaches. Within an hour or so are several great beaches, including the surf town/beach of Tarmindo. We didn’t care too much for Coco beach but we loved Playa Hermosa just a short drive away. The security of the gated community helped give us a sense of peace and the neighbors were friendly.
We would stay here again if we come back to Playa del Coco.

Great Location and Great Facilities
This property is in a great location. Just a ten minute walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants even closer. The property was modern, clean and well maintained with everything we needed provided. There is a nice pool with a barbecue area. Most of the time we were the only ones at the pool so it was like having a private pool. The property is in a gated community and although we felt safe in this area it was another comfort factor. If you are looking for a rental that's relaxing when you need it but close enough to enjoy nightlife and watching sunsets on the beach with a margarita in your hand then this is an ideal property for you.

The perfect place for a much needed family vacation
This was the perfect place to stay on our family vacation. It had everything we needed and more. The home was clean, plenty of space for everyone to spread out, easily accessible from the airport and to the beach. The pool area is adorable and most mornings we had the pool to ourselves. The balcony off the master bedroom is a great place to have your morning coffee or to relax with a glass of wine as your evening winds down. I highly recommended staying here. The owners are quick to respond and a delight to work with. We will definitely be staying here again!

Costa Rica rocks!
This was our very first time in Costa Rica and we couldn't have picked a more wonderful place to stay than this lovely town home. It was close enough to town to walk for shopping, dining and beach activities. The atmosphere of the home was inviting and relaxing. It was well equipped with all the convenient essentials for a family to cook at home and entertain guests. The owners are nice enough to also have plastic ware so that you can lazily lounge around the pool and soak up the warm sunshine. The beds were ultra comfortable with quality linens and plush towels. We loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer at the home so that meant no dirty laundry to lug back with us. We had an awesome vacation and when we go back we will definitely be staying at this HOME away from HOME!

This property is in a secure, gated community close to grocery stores and a pleasant walk to the beach. The pool is a cold water pool with plenty of seating for reading, relaxing or playing board games and enjoying each others company. The property is a little difficult to find the first time, but follow the owner's directions and you'll do fine.
The unit has adequate bedrooms and kitchen facilities. You do have to bring all your own spices & dish soap and the oven doesn't work. The living room can accommodate 5 people comfortablely with a bit of rearranging. The "on-demand" water heater works when it likes, but a cool afternoon shower is always refreshing.
Watch for the monkeys coming through the trees in the afternoon and enjoy the restaurant at the end of the street - pleasant people willing to accommodate.

Our stay at the house in Arrecifes was wonderful! The house was great and very secure. It is located within walking distance to everything. The pool was perfect. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Only complaint, a big one, is air-conditioning is only in bedrooms and no screens for letting in the breeze without the insects. The candle on the dining room table actually was bent over and pointing down, having weakened from room temperature heat.
Everything else was fine, as long as you stay huddled in a bedroom to stay cool.

The property looked just like the pictures shown. The guards at the gate were great. The wifi was not very good in the unit. We had to use it by the pool which was a little bit of a hassle. The complex was very close to the grocery store and a short walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart and it was a 2 min drive to the beach. Henry Zuniga from tide water adventures was able to pick us up at the front gate and take us on great excursions(highly recommend using him) This was my first home away rental and we had a great experience!

Costa Rica has too many beaches to count and many are just a short drive from Playa Del Coco. Each beach town has a different feel and each it's own personality Playa Del Coco has a very laid-back feeling. There is a large market for all your needs just a few blocks from the home and restaurants and the beach are just 10-15 minutes away. This house sits in a secure compound with other similar homes and everyone we encountered was very friendly. Ample parking if you've rented a car and very quiet and private.

This condo complex is small, private, safe and secure. The unit itself is very spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. This is an ideal setting if you are looking for rest and relaxation. During the hot Costa Rican days we lounged by the pool and had it all to ourselves on weekdays. We enjoyed several meals at Milanes Restaurant and discovered that they will deliver your food to the pool so you don't have to leave. We also visited the various markets and purchased food for a few meals during the week. Our favorite thing to do was to take early morning walks thru town to the beach then return to the pool to cool off and relax. Our week stay went by too quickly and we are now looking forward to our return visit.
