Nestled in South Forest Beach, this lovely condo for R 5,267 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our Condo at Seascape Villas on Hilton Head Island is nestled conveniently between the popular Coligny Plaza and the entrance to the Harbor Town at Sea Pines. This location is just a short walk across the street to a private path leading to the Atlantic Ocean.While at the beach Seascape provides a private Cabana with restrooms exclusively for their owners and guests. 4230 Seascape is a 3 floor Condo. With 3 bedrooms, each with their own TV, 2 full baths, a laundry area, 1st floor deck, storage for beach equipment and 3rd floor balcony The first floor living area features an open living room and dining room area as well as the kitchen. In addition to the table and chairs the dining room has a buffet stocked with barware, a wine chiller, placemats and serving pieces. It opens to the living area that features a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV and a comfortable sofa, love seat and chair. The spacious deck is located through the sliding glass doors outside of the living room. The large windows and sliding glass doors provide a lovely view of the lagoon just off of the deck. A patio table with 6 chairs and umbrella as well as a large gas grill provide another opportunity for outdoor enjoyment. Renovated in 2018, the kitchen includes a full size side by side refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker, smooth top range, over the stove microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware glassware and plastic ware for the kids as well as a large variety of pots pans and bakeware. Small appliances include a dual brew coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, blender, 4 slice toaster, crockpot and toaster oven. The second floor features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and full size washer and dryer. The first bedroom has a king size bed with 32 inch flat screen and lovely view of the lagoon. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed with an additional twin bed. The 2 rooms share a bathroom with a comfort height commode, quartz countertops and newly replaced shower doors On the 3rd floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom , 42 inch flat screen TV, reading chair. Through the sliding glass door is a private balcony with table and 2 chairs. This floor also has a small coffee maker so you can enjoy the sun peaking through the tops of the palm trees from the balcony while you sip your morning brew. In addition to close proximity to the beach the Seascape complex has many amenities within a mile radius: 2 onsite swimming pools, access to Hilton Heads extensive bike paths, grocery stores, restaurants, shops and entertainment. All are an easy walk away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape Villas. The condo is a short walk/bike ride to the beach and Coligny Park. The furnishings are very tasteful and everything that you would need for your vacation is provided. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The beach is only a quarter-mile walk away. There are two pools in the complex. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed using the wagon and the beach chairs provided. On our last night, there was a problem with the A/C (which could’ve made for a really uncomfortable night with the outside temperature in the mid-90s!). But Will, the host, got someone to come fix it within a couple hours of us texting him. We really appreciated his responsiveness and the fact that he got it fixed even late in the evening. We would love to stay here again!

We had a group of 6 adult women stay at this condo last week for a Girls’ Trip! We loved this condo and will definitely stay here again. So many touches that made it so homey. We had everything we could’ve possibly needed and more. Great location and very clean!!

The place was lovely and better than expected. The place is much brighter than how it appears in pictures. Had everything we needed from beach supplies to comfy beds to kitchen appliances. Walk to the beach was short and easy and Coligny was a walkable distaste well. Would definitely recommend staying here. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers, we had plenty of room.

Great property and well stocked and clean. Lots of stairs. Had to keep an eye on the 18mth old because she loves stairs. Found the baby gate on the 3rd floor when we were leaving. The wagon and other beach items came in handy.

It was a nice size villa. The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked. When we arrived the drawer under the stove was broken. The rugs were dirty. The couches and big chair could be updated. We really liked the dining room set. There are 8 chairs. It was nice having 2 balconies. We liked having a BBQ and a crockpot. You could make a pot of coffee or a single cup. It was nice that we could park in front of our villa. Very close walk to the beach!

This was BBC a great place, it is the second time we have stayed at this place. The last time we stayed we didn’t any kids, this time a 2.5 year old and 10 month, it’s not fully child proof but we didn’t have concerns for our little ones playing around the condo. Getting them to the beach was easy with them since access is just across the street from the complex. Great memory we’re made with my family here

We loved staying here during our family trip to Hilton Head. The close proximity to the beach was perfect - the wagon and beach chairs/towels made trips to the beach fun and easy. We also really enjoyed the patio overlooking the lagoon for our evening happy hours. We would absolutely stay here again, William was easy to communicate with and the condo was cozy. We had everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay here but it was nothing to write home about. The house is older and the couches, carpets and bathrooms felt old and worn which made them not feel super clean or comfy. Lots of small things that were annoying when they all added up. The beach stuff was fine but it was broken or ripped, 1 role of paper towels for 4 days, no laundry soap, 2 kids cups, only caramel coffee, broken garbage can, long beach walk, small stuff like that which were annoying. The walk to the beach was a hoof with 3 kids under 7 but the wagon made it easier and there was a lot of things we could bring, which we really enjoyed. On a positive note it was a large space and the beach was accessible. It was a very quiet condo area which was nice bc there was little noise from neighbors. We have all the cooking tools and appliances we needed and it was well supplied for the most part. In the end, this place was just ok. We’ve stayed at places we liked less and we’ve stayed at much nicer.

Great location, walk to the beach with excellent amenities including all the beach equipment you need and the wagon to get it there! Easy access, responsive host, very clean, well stocked kitchen. Two couples, we will make this an annual visit and plan to rent this lovely unit again. Absolutely 5 stars!

This property was perfect for our stay. Brought our son and 2 friends for their senior spring break. The location was perfect to the beach, shopping, and activities. The property was everything we needed for the week. We are not beach goers so having all the necessary beach equipment was very accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked...we just bought some groceries when we got there. The boys loved the bike rentals, they could go where they wanted and my husband and I could do what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the layout worked good for family. Needs better cleaning, baseboards. Carpet should go very dirty. But hard to keep clean with going to the beach and keeping shoes off it. Would stay again with kids.

This family-friendly condo was well equipped for fun-filled Beach days. From beach chairs and sand toys to a wagon and a boogie board, we had everything we needed for an afternoon in the sun. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, and condo was clean. Beach proximity was very doable with kids. Thank you for a fun stay!

Had what we needed

It was a little dated but had what we needed for our stay. There was a mix up on our arrival so we had to wait for it to be cleaned but they took care of it quickly and compensated us so we were satisfied with that. Mistakes happen. We felt it was a good value and the location worked well for us because we like to walk but the shops and restaurants were about a mile away which might be a consideration for some. We had a great time on Hilton Head.

What a nice place for a large group of people. It was me and five 14 yr old boys. Plenty of space, and the proximity to the beach and the pool on property were both wonderful! Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of beach stuff too - wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Well done!
